They did me well.

I find this AutoZone location to be very helpful and friendly with quick response and detailed information when I ask a question about any problem I could have with any of the 4 vehicles I own.

WATCH OUT FOR THE CURB!There is a tiny, totally unmarked curb you need to step up to avoid injury. Hurt my foot pretty good on this safety hazard and was lucky to catch myself and not injure the rest of me. The store manager said he’s ‘been trying to get it marked’ for a long time.Just a quick spray paint job on the edge would be really helpful. From my car after the fact, I could still not clearly discern the height of the curb. It just blends in.PLEASE take 5 minutes to FIX THIS!

Been going here since 2000, stopped going around 2017 when management changed for the worse and all the great help left. Enter Kyle the new manager. All is good again and I have resumed purchases and visits to the plaistow location. Great service with a smile again woohoo!!!

The store is very well stocked, the only thing that pissesc me off like tonight is, before I left my house to go there, I Googled auto zone, it said they were open till 8pm, it was 7:15 pm when I got there, light off, nobody there .

An incredibly terrible experience. I needed one headlight, not a pair. I knew the headlight number I needed and I asked for assistance in how to tell which color I needed to match what I had already. The employee was incredibly rude. Told me it wasnt hard to figure out and to just go look at my car. The whole point of going to an auto parts store instead of shopping online is to get assistance. My child even commented on how incredibly rude and mean the person was. I was frustrated with the lack of help and how mean he was and left in tears. Dont waste your time at this store. Horrible, unempathetic employees.

Warranty is a joke. Bought rotors with a 3 year warranty and they could not look up the order by the order number. Had issues at this store in the past, same issue. Phone number has been on account for years and still no luck. Calling corporate for a resolution. More annoying than anythingUpdate: Emailed CS and they said there was a glitch and IT was going to resolve. I will update once I know

Had the worse experience I have taken my buisiness elsewhere after 26 years of buying parts there watching great sales clerks get mis treated and I just got sick of these new clowns you ask to check the calipers in box to make sure they are correct and guess what another 40 mins later your there again 4 the correct part I go to Napa now more money but right parts

Good store, a bit small, but they had the part I was looking for in stock, as the corporate web site had stated. Checkout was super quick, and part verification was correct.

Helpful staff, can find what you need most of the time, meaning its a very busy store. So if they dont have it its either on its way or they can get it for you.. good group works here and knowledgeable.

Benjamin is freakin incredible! What a great guy to have working at my local store! He always has good information for me and is happy to help. I have a closer store but I always go to Plaistow hoping Ill run into him so I can leave better informed than when I went in. Solid employee! Basically he cares that my car works properly, sometimes more than me, but its appreciated.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are better than other stores. Stock in store is sometimes limited, and Ive left with less stuff than I went to get. But, they always order whatever it was and have it there waiting for my next visit.

Ive been bringing waste oil for disposal in a 5 gallon steel container at this location for years. Was told today it needs to be in oil containers only. Reasoning seemed questionable so not sure if this is a NEW corporate policy or this particular employees policy. Just an inconvenience.

Stopped in to have my battery checked after needing a jump with no idiot light warnings. Will tested the battery and replaced it for a good price in about 20 minutes or less! Awesome service!

Terrible. Went to go buy a battery came to return the core and they refused stating they dont have the money. Management should of known that and be prepared so now I have to waste extra time and money because they clearly dont know how to manage their day or money. Didnt offer store credit or anything kinda ridiculous to get charged for a core and refuse to take it back

They are great at what they do. Very timely and efficient of what you need and very good advice of whats wrong with your car I wouldnt go to any place but them first

These guys know more than most of the other neighboring parts stores. I always know what I need, but they are helpful and can sometime offer up some good tips. They have a good rewards program and actually put stuff thats decent on sale.

This is my go to for local parts. Its mostly always the right thing (lets be fair - autozones part listing isnt perfect.) Theyve usually got the common stuff in stock and everybody Ive dealt with there knows their cars.

Counter person was helpful they didnt have everything I was looking for but that was fine but my problem WITH auto zone is there software, getting a part get your vehicle apart and find the one auto zoneGAVE YOU IS THE WRONG ONE !

Has most basic needs. Employee knowledge of vehicles has dropped dramatically in the past few years. More of a just a parts counter now with cheap tools, stickers and bolt-ons.

I was THAT customer coming in during a snowstorm looking for help installing new wipers...and in the pouring rain needing help with new headlights. Theres this middle aged dude with glasses that helped me both times. Dont thank me, its what I do he says. Guy is a class act. Hes the reason Im sitting here writing a review on Auto Zone instead of doing literally anything else

Went there Sept 17 to pick some stuff up to treat the exterior of my vehicle. I was the only customer in line to make a purchase. I know at least 3 workers saw me waiting. Not 1 employee acknowledged me. Waited about 4-5 mins. Then left the store. Will NEVER go back to any AutoZones EVER

They also have big smelly people behind the counter that always dont help you or they have to look it up in the computer when its a no-brainer part but hey you can get basically anything you need for any vehicle very cheap! and if you know somebody who knows somebody they can make you an account and say you spend over $100,000 a year and then you get like 15% off all your purchases so that at least helps when youre ordering thousands of dollars worth of parts. the only thing thats very irritating about here is they dont have much stock everything has to be ordered and if I call on the phone and tell them that I need a caliper I literally have to go there and pay them cash before they will ship it like really I need a caliper youre going to make me go there twice to get my caliper when all you have to do is order it and have it there in 2 or 3 days and then I will come and buy it. But hey AutoZone makes it happen! So if you need some spark plugs in need some weird guy behind the counter to know if you have little tires or big tires in order to order your spark plugs then you should probably go here or if your lug nut on the left side Natchez the lug nut on the right side then the oil pan should be you shaped!

This particular plaistow location is honestly the worst. They are not friendly and i try not to come here and stick to the haverhill location but sometimes i have to and they are not helpful at all and its as though you are bothering or interrupting them when they are obviously doing nothing. Advance auto parts usually closes at 9 and today i came here and the doors are locked around 8:30.

The store handle situation very poorly and when I called a higher up # they say it was miscommunication on his part did not offer to fix it. Plaistow store just lost a customer. (This is what you get when you order parts with cash and you come in with receipt to pick it up and give you a hard time. CASH
