Had to bring back an item and I had used my debit card as I stood in line no greeting so I asked the crabby lady for cash back since it wasnt a cc purchase and she said you cant get cash back and I said why its already been taken out of my account why should I have to wait for my money. She replied it gets put back in your account to which I said ya in 5-7 business days. I was not happy! Nor was she very nice.

There was almost nothing in many parts of the store. They have a growing section of HBA that can be found in any store. I went to find two things left with nothing.

1 week ago I purchased a pillow top from this store. I then tried to return the item today. I had the original receipt as well as the card I purchased the item with. I knew from past experience that I can return an item out of its original packaging. They also have their return policy on their website as well as on their receipt that does not state return packaging must be included. When I arrived at the store Athena was at the register, she did not greet me she instead rolled her eyes as soon as she seen the item I was returning. She very rudely asked if I had the box the item came in. I said no, but I have the receipt and the card. She then called the supervisor over her name is Stephanie. Stephanie didnt bother greeting me she simply said in a very rude voice, we cant take it back without the box you can call the manufacturer. Then started to walk away. I told her that I knew this wasnt the case as I worked for bed bath and beyond for years and it also says that items can be returned with a receipt on their policy. She said ya the return policy changed August 1st. I know this isnt true as I read a sign posted at the register that again, does not say anything about items needing to be in their original packing. The whole thing was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like a common criminal and was very embarrassed in the store with the way these two women were talking down to me and not even attempting to help me. I will not be returning to this store and I truly hope these two woman know that they cant just treat people like they are criminals. I was profiled by both of them and it is unacceptable. As soon as I left I called two other stores in the area and asked if I could return my item without the packaging and they both said yes, no problem. I am disgusted.

It annoys me that the buyer doesnt do a good job with matching. For instance, you find curtains you like and cant find a single tablecloth in the same shades. Consult walmart. They do a great job with this.

Bed Bath & Beyond Plaistow is a nice clean store with friendly staff. A great place to go if youre looking for pretty much anything for your home. Dont forget to bring your coupons. Even if theyve expired! Pay no attention to the expiration date as they take them! Not to mention you can use a coupon per item purchased. So if you buy 10 things you can use 10 20% off coupons or 10 $5 off $15 (as long as each item is $15 or more). Just make sure and do the math as sometimes a $5 off $15 if a better deal than 20% off an item.

They have a lot of great buys. Unfortunately a lot of the things that I was looking for are not in stock. They seem to have a lot of the same thing in stock but not always what you want. Staff has always been very helpful. I wish they would have a wider selection.

Went to the Plaistow store was greeted by Dylan who got my friend and I a carraige and asked if we needed help with anything. He brought up the registry we were looking for and explained how its used. I told him how impressed I was with his service and honestly every employee that we saw was nothing but helpful. Unfortunately, it is rare these days so we were delightfully surprised.

They had a bath may but I wish that they carried it in colors and not just cream. It was nice to have a 5.00 off coupon.

Ive been there too many times in the past few weeks to pick two curtains that are exactly the same first I had the same color and pattern and two different lengths went back returned one they ordered another one online fine I got a completely different curtain I liked it better so I wanted to order another went back and I get a different color.
