Rugs Rolls & More is the place to go if you want knowledgeable, professional assistance in picking out your carpet. They are good at narrowing done your needs and preferences and pointing you in the right direction. They have a wide variety to choose from and allow you the time and space you need to make a decision. We took samples home and they were very responsive in coming out to measure and then following up with an exact estimate. Their installer was excellent and fast.I will use them again in the near future.

We wanted to replace our fiberglass shower with tile. Our builder recommended Rugs Rolls and More and we were so happy he did. We were nervous about all the types of tile and the decisions that had to be made. Claire was so helpful in navigating us through the process and helping with the decisions.Robert was our tile installer. He was meticulous and thorough. A couple of times he took some portions of tile down and redid it because he wasn’t totally happy with the lines. We are so happy with our new shower !

Rugs Rolls and More has an excellent variety of flooring products, I have redone every floor in my Condo with their rugs and linoleum. They helped me choose the right products for my specific situation, and insured that the installation was completed professionally, on-time and to my satisfaction. I found them to be personable and a pleasure to deal with, which is a nice bonus!

I asked Claire if she could possibly install wood flooring in our new place prior to us moving in - so very short notice. She fit me in and the job got done. There was an issue with the baseboards not being completed properly, Claire had the installers there the next day and got the job done right and it looks fantastic! Absolutely thrilled once again! Through the years we have used Rugs Rolls n More for many projects, both at our home and our lake home. Claire has always been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. All around positive experience from helping me pick out the right carpet in my price point to coordinating the installation to following up after. Claire recommended the perfect carpet, including helping me pick a color that would work with the paint colors of various rooms. The installers were professional, polite, and did quality work. I was going to go with a big box store for convience and price, but heard one too many horror stories about problems with installation. I am very happy I went with Rugs Rolls & More. If I ended up paying a little more it was worth it to know that I was in good hands and that it would be done right.

I cannot begin to say enough about this company! Claire is wonderful and gives the kind of service you rarely see anymore. She will come to your house and do all the measurements herself at no charge. Her team of installers have been with her for many many years and they are completely professional. I have had no problem whatsoever leaving them in my house while I am at work. They sell quality flooring products, not the kind of stuff you would buy at Home Cheapo, but the pricing isnt high like you would expect. I would never go anywhere else for my flooring.

We own a converted camp, and there have been many trials, tribulations and mistakes made along the way. One of my initial mistakes was to tile my kitchen myself. After just a few years the tile started to separate because of the lack of support underneath the floor. Thanks to Claire, the owner and Shawn, the installer we were able to replace the tile with a one piece vinyl floor covering with no more worries. Shawn cut out a template for the sub-floor and vinyl that was so precise, it came out actually flawless. I will call Claire again for my bathroom in the fall.
