Awesome service. Karen (the pharmacist) is phenomenal! I will definitely recommend this pharmacy to friends and family.
The pharmacy is a joke. Lady was ridiculously rude and slow
Why make an appointment at a certain time only to be blown off and everyone else goes before you. Just to stand there waiting for half an hour plus before they actually get to you. So disorganized.
Best drugstore around!
Store is clean. Most staff are generally very helpful
Always out of medications.it’s doesn’t matter that you have filled them for 15 years. Also filling errors, more than once.
Pharmacist is very disgustingly rude!
Great customer service in the pharmacy!! Very helpful pharmacy associates!!
**UPDATED REVIEWI updated my review to 4 stars because the went online and corrected their hours. I’m sticking with 4 stars because like others have said, some of the younger staff can be pretty rude. You could maybe chalk it up to “teenagers” or “bad days” but anyway, thank you for addressing my issue!!*INITIAL REVIEWI would give Rite Aid more stars because I do not go in often, but I’ve never had a bad experience. Although, I do agree with Tracy Hanson’s review about the rude cashiers. They definitely don’t have “people” personalities. Personally, I never let that offend me because you never know what somebody’s going through but some of them could be better with their customer service skills. My most frustrating complaint would have to be whenever ANY corporate company does not pay attention to or update their information online. I had a prescription called in today (Monday) and went there to pick it up based on the hours posted online but when I walked in the pharmacy was closed, and had been closed. The cashier said that they close at 8 but online it says 9. Which kind of sucks because I NEEDED that prescription tonight, not tomorrow. And I did check specifically for the store versus the pharmacy. I’m now wishing I would have had it called into another pharmacy 😔😔Please update your store AND pharmacy hours on google!! And I will update my review 😉
I have to write this because I have been in this store several times to use the western union and those cashiers are just pain rude with zero personality! When I got there today the woman running the register rudely asked me if I was recieving or sending.. I was recieving.. she then asked how much ( I understand that they just had opened) but her attitude and roll of the eyes was uncalled for. There was no pen at the western union desk (luckily I had one so I didnt have to ask her for anything). I went to the register and tried to make small talk even stating that I was sorry that I was there so early after they opened.. she wouldnt even look at me never mind smile nor say oh its ok NOT A WORD FROM HER!! After I got my money I said thank you! STILL NOT A WORD.. when I went to walk away she said you need to take this with you (the piece of trash yellow paper that you write your pin number on.. REALLY??!! You talk to me just to tell me to take my trash with me?! Mind you this is not the first cashier that has had zero personality.. like I said Im in there quite a bit.. Im sorry if your employees dont like people then maybe they should not be working with the public.. and if western union is such an inconvenience to rite aide then Just remove it.. Im sure there are other stores with employees with personalities that actually dont have an issue with doing their job!! Dont worry I will find some place else to go from now on.. I dont want to inconvenience your cashiers..
I get my prescription here and I also get my Supplements to here good price, Clean, Friendly Employees
