During quarantine I’ve been making masks for a local hospital. My machine started acting weird. I emailed D&D on a Saturday describing the problem. Lots of used machines of various brands for sale in addition to the new Pfaffs. I had my old Bernina serviced by Dave. I learned a lot and he was so gracious and helpful with other customers who came in.
