Awful! Sign saying be back in 15 mins. Waited over 30 minutes in my car for nobody to show up? Sign shows they are open until 8pm. It’s 3:12 and nobody inside door locked with a sign saying they be back??I don’t understand how this is acceptable for a business? Never will shop at this location! Waste of my time. Very frustrating! I would show you the sign but there isn’t an option to insert a photo.

Every single time I try and come to this store they are NEVER open. Did they close or do they have different store hours? They have their hours listed as 10am-8pm however every single time I come no one is there on time. I’ve been sitting outside for an a little over an hour and watched 5 people come and go. Part of me wants to wait until someone shows up to tell them they need to change their hours or hire people who will actual work their listed hours this is NUTS

Twice now the store has been closed when it’s supposed to be open. It’s 12:07 pm on a Friday. Their hours say they should’ve opened at 10 am, I go to the door and it’s locked. I am mad.

On break sign on door. I’ve been waiting for 1 hour n 15 mins no one back from break. I’ve invested my time already so thought I should just wait it out but now this was a giant inconvenience for me waiting it out. GNC how’s your benefits? Would love 1 1/2 hour breaks 1 hour before closing. Seriously crazy unprofessional

I’m not sure what’s going on with this store. Hours say they open at 10am I waited outside for 30 min this morning from 10-1030 and nobody showed up to open the store. It’s now after 1130 and have been calling with no answer. Ridiculous.

Twice now I’ve gone to get protein powder during POSTED OPEN BUSINESS HOURS, and they’ve been closed, light out, doors locked. Who the hell runs a business like that? Not cool.

No acknowledgement. Which is fine but when you are the only one in the store it’s common courtesy. Then if you ask a question you feel dumb for not knowing the answer. I’d expect someone who works there be able to have a friendly conversation with education on the product.

Could not believe the incredibly poor service on the phone today. Asked for a product, was told it was in stock. The guy on the phone spoke to me with 0 decency or respect that you would expect from just human to human interaction. Beyond appalled. A lot of businesses are suffering right now and I would be not the least bit sad to see this one completly gone. May only the best survive.

Assistance I received was great & helpful. I have a nut allergy and the sales clerk helped find new protein bars I can now get! When checking out she noticed my past purchases were for a different flavor item. Saved me a return trip. Thanks

Just went to buy some things with my husband, the sign said they opened at 10 today and it was 10:30 and the door was locked. We knocked and a female came and opened the door, then I asked if they were open and she just said yes and walked away. My husband had some questions about a product he had never used, as he asked she was at the counter one her phone and counting the register she gave attitude like we were inconveniencing her. At that point we left, we have been in there before when she was working and she was less than helpful that time as well.

Let me just start this out by saying, Ive worked in retail . I get the stressful part. I am 1 week new to the area and was calling to get a picture of where they might be located. Very gruffly somebody answered; not with a hello can i help you, but with were not even open yet . I asked what time do yo open. and he said we are not open yet i can see the manager is really interested in obtaining new customers and meeting sales goals. This is BULLSHIT Im going to FoodsPlus

They used to have knowledgeable, huge guys who ACTUALLY lift in there. This place was the best GNC around. Looks like they took off and now there is some ditzy blonde girl in there all the time. Has absolutely no product knowledge, and states completely incorrect facts which could put someone in danger or even injure someone. She has no idea what shes doing, trying to push sales way too hard with no knowledge on the actual product itself. Awful experience. For anyone who takes working out seriously, steer clear!

Went to register and the female associate was typing on her phone while i was standing there waiting for her. she finally put her phone down and rang up my things. she said these items are buy one get one half price, so i picked up another. then i noticed the price she was ringing up was 39 when the sign near item said 29, and this was my third time buying this product at 29 and the online cost is 29. when i pointed this out to her she said its because of the Buy one deal. i then told her that the 39 plus the half being 19, is the same as if i purchased the 2 at the reg. price of 29 so where is the deal. she then said that the price is actually 39, and that she hadnt had time to change all the new pricing in the store. I told her that was false advertising. She then said ahe would put it in for the 29, but then charged me 29 for each, and never gave me the deal of buy one get one half off. She had a bad attitude from the start with texting while a customer waited.
