Purchased a brand new B23 tractor. Had it for 2 weeks loader disconnected on it own. Sent it back they blamed me and said that they would fix the damage this time but next time I’m on my own. Took 6 weeks to fix the damage got tractor back to finish my project. Half way through the loader came off again. This time they looked into the problem and found weld slag that was in the way of the swift lock. Now they apologized for my inconvenience but that means nothing. Sales and service very rude. Don’t buy anything from these people they have no idea what they are selling or how to service it.

I had a appointment for my kabota tractor. (Said 2 days to do it.) It needs a rear axle seal. Now going on 3 weeks. Still not fixed. I use it for my job so every day no money. I called service a guy I talked to was rude. Said I would get a call next day from the women I have been talking to. Nope no call. How long does it take to fix a seal.

Bought a new Kubota tractor today from Scott M. The whole experience was great and Scott was very honest with me. I did a ton of research and really knew what I wanted was more looking at dealers and how I was treated. The first time I visited Scott was helpful and gave me a clear pricing sheet (no shady bait and switch like other places). I had several conversations with him and there were “extras” I thought I wanted, Scott could have very easily said yes and charged me the extra money but he was honest and after talking with me more we decided it would be a waste of money. I came in with a bank check, signed the receipt, Scott gave me a run down of the tractor and I was out of there all within 20 minutes (I never felt rushed though). Overall great experience and would definitely go there again and recommend to others.

As a Realtor I am frequently asked for referrals. From best pizza parlor and babysitters to painters and renovators..Recently a new home owner with an extensive lawn asked me what I knew of lawnmowers . I replied call MB Tractor in North Reading. I am very careful when I make recommendations as they are a reflection on me. Well he called me to tell me he Loves MB. Their sales person was wonderful, their Concord St locale convenient and their new place very nice. He also loves the fact that they service all equipment. Due to this Covid time he said they took every safety precaution. Hes planning on getting his snow blower there also.Thank you MB ..Ill be sure to recommend all the time.

I bought a new tractor from MB Plaistow over a year ago - excellent experience. The tractor has been a life saver. Since then I’ve had two minor warranty repairs with pickup/drop off. Service has been perfect on both occasions. Parts department has been friendly and helpful every time I go there. Just a great group all around - thank you!

My father and I went in to buy a new walker mower and all was great over the phone with Julie until we arrived and started talking with Scott. Scott was not helpful and explained they were not going to take a check or cash and was very rude about it and ended up having us pay an extra 15 dollars to run around and get a bank check. Now, we came back to speak to Julie as we were kind of disappointed with MB altogether. When we arrived this time she was thankfully there! She went above and beyond making sure we were all set with our purchase and even got my dad set up with a cup holder for it when Scott said it would be impossible. If you want to talk to someone who’s straight forward and will talk to you as a human she’s your go to!!!

Communication and integrity were severely lacking in my tractor buying experience. I have never had that much trouble trying to spend that amount of money, usually sales people are enthusiastic and helpful and neither of those qualities were apparent in the process I went through. I ended up buying elsewhere and Im very glad that I did. I was sorely disappointed.

If you think you will ever need service - do not buy a tractor from MB in Plaistow! Their service person is arrogant and rude. Were filing a complaint with Kubota and taking our business elsewhere.

I stopped in because I needed an adapter to step my class 4 hitch down. Parts counter guys not only said that they probably didnt even have what I was looking for but provided ZERO assistance in helping me. I ended up actually finding the adapter I was looking for on the shelf, something that they didnt even know what they had but it sure wasnt because of the useless parts counter employees.

Ive never tried so hard to buy something from a business and fail. Asked about tractor pricing, was shoved a price sheet and told to do math myself. Brought in written quote from competitor who was super nice and accommodating but a bit further away and asked if they could come close, salesperson seemed personally offended, they failed to follow up on even sending me a written price quote. Three visits and nothing but frustration so I purchased elsewhere and had a pleasant, straightforward and professional experience a few thousand dollars cheaper.

Called Wednesday to drop machine off for repair was told they will look at it same day. Fast forward a week the same service tech told me they are 2 weeks out before they can look at it. Can’t believe a business would be this dishonest to their clients I would have never even dropped the machine off if they were upfront with me. Will not be bringing anything to them or purchasing anything there again

The worse service I have ever seen by an equipment company. They are rude to you o. the phone and in person. The last phone conversation I had ended up with some hillbilly accent guy hanging up on me before I could straighten out the issue. Purchased a brand new Kubota from MB after checking out their different options at Deerfield fair. Bought the model I wanted and when they delivered it, it had zero fluids in it. The driver wanted to take it back but told him Id buy the fluids myself. Do you think MB could have at least given me a free hat or t shirt for the mix up? NO. Great sales people and excellent prices on equipment but their complete lack of customer service is the reason for the 1 star.

Parts department can’t do their job to save their life! Sad part is the old timer who works there is near genius! Tried this place a few times in the past year and it takes them weeks to get your parts. Steer clear and order it yourself . Too bad it only takes a few lazy people to ruin a good thing

The guys there are honest and dont try to sell you anything you dont need. Bought my new snow blower there work great. I needed a new chain saw hooked me up with gas oil and extra 2 year warranty just for buying the fuel there.

I think my salesman needs a performance review... I will say he was no pressure. Mainly because he didnt say anything about the tractor. Zero instruction after purchase. No call backs after sale... Typical bad service dealer. Maybe other salesmen are better than mine was.

Purchase a new BX series tractor in 2017. The salesman that I dealt with was trying to Nickel and dime ne even after we came up with a set price. So first impression of Mb tractor needless to say wasnt too great. The few days ago I noticed there was a hydraulically so I decided to call MB in plaistow after a co-worker told me that chappel tractor came out to his house to fix it for free. After speaking with service they explain to me that they were a month out on repairs and did not go to peoples houses. At the very least he should have started the warranty claim Knowing It was 3 days until my warranty was up. Just terrible customer service in my opinion and Ill be dealing with chappel tractor from here on out

This has to be the worst tractor dealer on the east coast, out of state buyer beware. I buy a million dollars worth of equipment annually, all different types makes models etc. I do this all over the country from California to deleware and I have never dealt with such a crappy dealer before, they are truly lost in their efforts. They cant follow through on any of their promises, I wired 20k yesterday morning and they dont have the decency to verify payment. Tomorrow morning my first call will be to consumer fraud and the second will be to the better business bureau.

What? Ive had my tractor for less than two years, about 110 hrs. Ive kept up on maintenance, and in that regard, I called today to set up an appointment for oil, lube, cutter deck, general maintenance. Gentlemen in service, very nice guy, tells me they are two weeks out. I say okay, Ill make an appointment. He says its first come, first served. So lets get this straight, I have to give up my tractor for two weeks to get maintenance done? My tractor sits in their yard, not being worked on, while my property and grass grows out of hand? What? Not a very customer oriented process!

Purchased a new Kubota tractor from MB nothing but problems since.First I requested that they call me so I could verify everything was correct when they delivered the tractor. They did not and several problems with loose and missing parts on the tractor.Next did not get a bill of sale or the title to the tractor had to send several emails phone calls and wait several weeks for the paperwork. Ran the tractor for 16 hours and it started leaking fluids called the service department left messages no one returned my call for two days.Poor customer service. Wish I checked reviews before I made a purchase with them. If customer service improves I will bump up the stars.

My BX2360 shut off when I got off the seat like the mid pro mower was engaged (but it was not). The tractor then would not start. I tried trouble shooting and web research. I was concerned I would have to pay to have a pick up and service, while my grass grew out of control. I called and spoke with Jerry and Jon. They had me sit on the tractor and talked me through the fix over the phone. I cleared debris from the PTO linkage and the problem was resolved! Thank you! They made me a loyal customer!

Staff is very rude prices are way too high and I wouldnt go there again if someone paid me to go there. Never met such discourtous and rude people in my life. They need to take a course in how to run a business and deal with people appropriately.I cant believe theyre still in business the way they talk down to people.Prices are way above the competition compared to where Ive been previously as theyre apparently intrested in just making a dollar and flat out robbing people. Its truly a wonder theyre still in business. I will NEVER go here again and NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy!

Should have read reviews!!!! Recieve a special in the mail Tractors $139 pick up and delivery, nearly 3 weeks later its finally ready and when my wife calls they state thatll be $229. I call about IF IT TRULY WAS PARTS AND LABOR EXTRA they need to let you know ahead of time how much it would be. He then tells me that Jerry gave the wrong labor rate its only $209? So what do you get for $139 how much was Oil and Filter? This is the second time this has happened!! Stay Clear.

Never order anything from these people!!! I ordered parts from this company 2 weeks ago and I never received anything. After being on hold for half an hour with their customer service, they tell me they will call me back and I never receive a call back... Horrible customer service and they cant even ship on time.
