Purchased a “Brand New” transfer case from him for my Rubicon, it was junk. Nothing but problems with it.

Had an alleged Body lift put in for $800.00 Cash..... and he was clear “CASH”. I asked several times “body lift”. Although I’m not a mechanic I know difference between body and suspension lift.Well he misinformed me.... I was having a suspension lift put in by reparable Mechanic and he told me I had same exact kit in my jeep.????😡A $90.00 kit.... $710.00 profit in 3 hours labor is a screw job. Don’t make my mistake never pay cash to mechanic “no record” and check the work.....This guy gives honest mechanics a bad name

Best prices on Jeep Wranglers. Dave knows Jeeps inside and out. He personally goes through each vehicle top to bottom as if he were keeping for himself. Purchased my Jeep 6 months ago and love it.

I bought my truck from Chris and Joe and they couldnt have been more helpful and supportive. My experience with them is one that will have me returning for all my future purchases.

Called and spoke with Dave @ Plaistow Auto several times on the phone before making the 3+ hour ride up to see the truck. The Wrangler had just 17,000 miles on it and a replacement engine due to a flood which he disclosed and i was ok with. The owner said that all fluids in the differential and transmission was flushed and clean with no water or issues.Fast forward just 982 Miles and the transmission blew. Brought to our transmission shop and about a half gallon of water was found in the transmission which burned out the solenoids rendering me a useless $27,000 Jeep Wrangler. I called Dave @ Plaistow to try and have him make it right and pay for a transmission (used) not even labor etc just the part and he wanted nothing to do with it and said it was sold as is i am on my own he didnt make any money on the deal etc etc.I put a used transmission in the Jeep at my cost of $1950 and had the front and rear differentials flushed as well as the transfer case to be safe and guess what? They ALL HAD WATER IN THEM!!!! The transfer case fluid looked like a strawberry milkshake and the rear diffs were milky, Nothing was ever flushed, i specifically asked if he flushed all the fluids after the flood occured and he said yes and that the Jeep dealer did it, so i asked for a receipt and he couldnt remember if Meineke did it or the Jeep dealer, it has been just over a week and i never have received a phone call back or any financial assistance with this matter.I would not deal with him again, he does not stand behind what he sells, nor does he return phone calls, i would not take his word on anything again if you cant take the time to flush fluids after a flood and you run a salvage rebuilt operation, it is mind blowing.
