I appreciate the polite and helpful folks who assisted me with ordering. I dont order metal very often, and I needed 60 of round tube. I spoke to two different people regarding my purchase and they were both helpful and efficient. The prices are obviously higher than if I was a bulk buyer/shop, but the prices are 1000% lower than hardware stores. Delivery was reasonably priced and arrived on the day promised, earlier than expected. I highly recommend these folks for all of your metal needs. Their proximity to me also allows me to order only what I need now - no need to try and warehouse a bunch of material when they already do that and they are right down the street. Metal Supermarkets Plano is my go-to place for all of my garage/tinkerer/fabricobbling needs. 10/10

It was my first time in the store and I couldnt be happier! The store was close to my work making it really convenient. The prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding! I walked in with a request for a specific size and quantity of aluminum I needed to complete a project. They had what I needed and had it cut in less than 20 minutes. They are great when you call and are willing to purchase right then and there. You can call them pay and just pick it up or have it delivered no problem. Heres the catch if you just need a quote from them, good luck youll never hear back unless your already willing to pay before you know the price. I have tried countless times to email for a quote, use their site to get a quote, or even call and ask for a quote (mainly for the purposes of giving a quote to a potential customer on a project). Every time my emails or website requests go un-answered. Whenever I call they take my number and say they will call me back with a quote and of course I never get a call back. Not sure why they arent willing to help out in that aspect but Ill just have to use a different metal supplier, most can give you a quote within minutes over the phone no strings attached.

Like your ad says, I can get as little or as much metal as I need for my projects. Im a home DIY customer and much of what I do, with where I live, would not be practical or possible without your service/products. This is a great source (the cut-offs shelf!) for the home hobbyist!

Very nice service. They will let you buy as much or as little as you want. I buy very small bits for DIY blacksmithing. Prices are expensive here though, as much of their steel is cold rolled.

Im from out of state, I cant speak for prices in Dalls, but I paid 2.5 to 3 times what Im used to in other states Ive lived. Trailer parking in front is impossible, in the back its limited. But then I had to walk around the strip mall building to get to the front desk. This place isnt on the end. Small facility, but they will cut and help out the first timers

I go here on a pretty regular basis for various types of metals. While I never order in a large scale (the metals are used for blacksmithing), the staff is incredibly friendly / helpful and I have not had a negative experience to date.
