This company has been fraudulently charging my card. They were paid in full months ago and out of no where they tried to charge my card $200+ at a location I’ve never visited. When I called the store location to report the issue; they claim they do not keep the information on file and referred me to their corporate office. I waited on hold for over an hour and the corporate office never answered!!! Please be very cautious when doing business with this company!!!

I’ve been with this company for about a month . It all started off bad and I looked passed it because I need furniture in my apartment . I had inquired with another store and the transferred me to Plano, the first thing we heard back was that we Couldn’t order from Rent-A-Center because we were trying to steal furniture only because we Changed our address which we moved apartments so we had to.. he said we couldn’t order from any stores at all . Which was also a lie they then finally got me in to do paperwork and everything went through.. I’ve been with them for a month and every week when it’s time for a payment they say my card declines so I call in to pay my bill and this is every week when they could simply put the new card on file .. someone told me I could pay online but didn’t tell me how . at first I was thinking that maybe I did something wrong but now I think it’s just that company being lazy and not putting in the correct information .. The manager is horrible who sits here and tell someone that their card doesn’t have money on it when they’ve pay the bill multiple times.. I can’t with this company anymore . I definitely wouldn’t order from this store !

Let me start by saying the only reason you got to one for me is because zero is not an option. We have been with you guys for many years and purchased many things from you guys but your management change is horrible. It started off three months ago when one of your delivery drivers decided to run over our mailbox, hop out, check on it and then drive off without notifying us. Thank goodness we had cameras so we were able to see what happened and who damaged our property and when we gave you a call It’s still take 2 to 3 weeks before anyone come out to our house to inspect the mailbox or look at the video. We even called and made a report and was told that a regional manager would be back to us within 48 to 72 hours and that phone call still hasn’t been made. Now here we are three months later and still no solution from your end and to top it all off you drafted our account without our permission And when I called to complain about it all your accounts manager could say was I’m sorry and I’ll make sure to make the card and active so this doesn’t happen again. Maybe you guys should start holding your employees accountable and stop covering up inappropriate and criminal behavior.

Joe was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me find the perfect recliner. The day of delivery i had a family emergency and i called the store to let them know. Joe called his delivery guy and told him to come to my house as soon as possible. Not even 30 minutes passed and they showed up! He was amazing and so was the delivery guy! Thank you!

Ordered a bed from there that was full of bed bugs. The frame didnt fit the mattress. They are very gross and sloppy facility. Please steer clear as much as possible. Theyre insurance company was extremely rude and didnt want to fully resolve the issue.

Someone at this store is stealing credit card information my card was charged for $300 and I called the store and asked about it hung up I’m my face and refused to answer the phone again!!!

Wow what can I say, when we inquired about previously owned furniture we were told that they dont have any. How does a place like Rent-A-Center not have used furniture available? Perhaps the woman who informed us did not like the way we looked? Perhaps bargain hunters arent welcome? We went to Aarons where we were treated like royalty AFTER CLOSING TIME and my daughter is the proud owner of a previously rented sectional that is beautiful in her new home.

Thank you Joe. You and your delivery team went above and beyond to make sure we had a new washing machine delivered at a last minutes notice when No One else in my area would. It was Saturday afternoon an my washing machine had just given out and leaked all over. The best anyone else could do was bring me a machine did not want for too much money in about a week. One call to this Plano RAC and I had just what I wanted at a great price delivered the following buisness day. Its refreshing to get such personal service.

Walked in, Not much on the floor. Easy to see everything. Someone said hello, there were only 2 people working and one was with a customer. We had some questions about beds but the man was no where to be found. When he did come out from backroom he was cleaning. It seemed like he didnt want to help as all. So we left ill go get what i want from somewhere else.

This location is deplorable. Do yourself a favor & take your business elsewhere. The manager, Joe, has to be related to someone who makes hiring decisions because I find it very hard to believe a reputable business would allow someone with such poor customer service skills manage an entire store. The way he speaks to PAYING customers is ridiculous.

Called today to pay a bill for my hubby but instead I get the most unprofessional no customer service skills having manager (Brandy). She did not want to take my hubby money instead she wanted to argue. Then had the nerve to say well you can schedule a time for us to pick up the product. Maam, I am calling to pay does it sound like I want to return the product. Apparently, they like having unpaid accounts especially if someone is calling to pay. Not a happy customer.My first time using the company and it will be my last. Try another rental company before you try this particular one on Park in Plano. The manager is rude.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD..STAY AWAY FROM RENT A CENTER PLANO TRUST ME!!! THE MANAGER JOE IS HORRIBLE AND HAS SOME KIND SHORT MAN SYNDROME, HE SENT HIS WORKERS TO MY HOME 3 TIMES IN ONE WEEK AND TWICE ON THIS PAST SATURDAY (5/19/18 ) AND GUESS WHY OVER $80. $80 FREAKING DOLLARS THEY KEPT COMING BANGING ON MY DOOR CALLING MY PHONE, JOE EVEN CAME HIMSELF AS IF HE WERE BIG AND BAD..HE WAS SO RUDE TO ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION, HIM LAURA AND MANDY OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS CAN KISS MY ASS, THE ONLY REASONABLE RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE IS GEORGE AND IF IT WASNT FOR GEORGE JOE WOULDVE....NEVER MIND. ANYWAYS IM TELLING YOU GUYS RUN FROM RENT A CENTER IN PLANO TX OFF PARK AND JUPITER...THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF HIS EMPLOYEES OR HIS. I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and lately I wont even walk into the rent a center into league city, texas. The manager Krystal was awful to me. I have taken out 6 tvs, 2 living room sets, 2 kitchen tables, a washer, and 2 beds plus a tv stand. All with was paided for except the 75 in I just took out. I have never had you all pick up my stuff. I had made a complain before on her and nothing was done. The district manger Gabriel is the same as her. I would like to talk to the regional manager or someone higher . My mom and dad passed away within a year and yes things happen but even if i was late on my payment i paided it with a late fee but the manager at the league city told me i should be grateful that they helped me when my parents passed away. First of all she didnt help me pay nothing, i didnt she her take out her wallet and pay a week or 2 for me so to me that was awful and when I spoke to the district manger Gabriel he told me he couldnt tell me nothing because he didnt know the story. At least Christine from Plano apology to me right away and thank you for that Christine. I talked to the district manger Gabriel on friday and told me he was going to let him manager know to talk to him but nothing so far.

This place is a rip off its for people who have no credit and they try to make you pay for weeks you dont even have the items delivery is when ever they want..and they dont care what you think about it. Thumbs down on these jerks..you caint even get in touch with there management to to whats going on they like ripping people off and laugh as there doing it ..youll see for your self..why pay full amount and then some for used items really folks get a life save your time and money with these folks are youll be sorry just watch and see.

I would never try to order from Rent-A-Center! I ordered a sofa 3 times because they didnt have it in stock then after waiting 10 days I got a cancellation email and they have no clue why I am done! I found the same sofa for 1500.00 dollars less somewhere else! I would never recommend them!

They arrived at my apartment without the proper tools, screws and bolts to put my bedroom set together. I was told they would return in an hour and when I called the Plano store to Inquire about their whereabouts the store manager Raymond tells me I ment for them to call you, I sent him on another call, the person who originally took it apart isnt here and hes the only one who knows where the screws are and theyll be there sometime tomorrow to put it togetherI have unassembled furniture clogging my bedroom at this very moment.This is highly unprofessional of them and I will no longer do business with this company again!

The staff is deplorable! Stay away from this store! If I could give a zero star rating I would. I do highly recommend using this company however not this location.
