This is sick of a cute store here, the employees are a delight to be around with how respectful and helpful they were to me. I can tell that they do love their job and take pride in the store. They have an array of odd but cool things for sale like Texas honey, Jams, pickles, different small fudge bars to choose from. I don’t live in the area but if I’m out in the area and I need to send anything out I’ll definitely use this place again.

I can still get my mail after business hours when the store is closed. That is a nice convenience! There is also a nice little boutique to grab unique gifts for yourself or loved ones. I went here for the first time and the prices seemed a little outrageous...$18 to ship something regular mail that was $10 at USPS and another package that they said was $9 to ship that was only $5 at USPS. They also kept trying to get me to ship it using a more expensive option that I didn’t want. I’ve heard great things which is why I decided to try it out but a little overpriced when I went....

Would much rather go here than the post office any day. The two workers Janie and mack where very helpful. Plus all the nic-nacs, candles,honey, cbd products and other things that they sell are very cool if you need a gift for someone, Definitely check them out. I Always come here to send out any of my packages 📦

I had an amazing experience at Pack and Mail today. I was in a massive rush to get my passport renewed and Larry was such a wonderful help to me! Not only did he make sure I got everything to the right people, he made the entire process (filling out forms, other documentation, the photo, etc) so simple. It was a breath of fresh air getting to speak to an actual human being and he knew exactly what to do. Furthermore, I had to ship another package and he got that done quickly and reasonably, as well. Oh, there was no wait when I walked in. Felt like family! Thank you guys!

The people here are so friendly, helpful and efficient that I just rented a mailbox that I dont really need to show my gratitude since Im sure they only make a pittance for the work they do for me. Very good service. I went to this store this morning to send back some merchandise via UPS. I no longer had the original box; just a return label. Ive never been here, but it was close by so I decided to try it out. The young guy at the counter (I neglected to get his name) greeted me as soon as I stepped in the store and took care of the rest.
