Went for oil change for my ninja 650, they did a great job and the service is super fast feels like little expensive compare to self service but yes we need to do it with actual technician once in a while. They adjusted clutch able, throstle cable, adjusted engine idle speed, topped of coolent, oil change, oil filter change, etc.. highly recommended this place is very friendly and great customer service. They have a huge collection of Kawasaki, Suzuki, vespa, aprilla etc also a helmet store bunch of accessories. Only sad part is they are bit pricey but service is excellent

Fantastic dealership with great people that prides themselves on customer service rather than milking every dollar out of the buyer. John was the person who sold me my bike with Morgan and AJ finishing my deal. They were professional, courteous, and not pushy. John let me sit on every bike in the showroom to see what fit me the best. Needless to say, I found one that fit me so well that I wanted to buy it right then - and I did! 😁 Morgan and AJ took care of the finance side of the deal. They were fantastic and made sure that I understood the terms of the deal. All my questions were answered and more. AJ even does insurance - and shes probably the cheapest youll find! I spent maybe 1 hour total at the dealership - most of the deal was done over the phone while I was at work, including the finance portion. What a fantastic and convenient way to buy a motorcycle, why cant every dealership be like them? Overall, I had an amazing experience at Kawasaki Suzuki Plano and will definitely be recommending this motorcycle dealership to everyone!

Excellent and fast with a great selection and reasonable (always unavoidable) fees. Went in ready to buy, signed paperwork, and was ready to leave within a half hour, for about 2.5k less than their closest competitor. Zach is awesome and had me on the road in no time flat on my brand new 1000SX. Parts was awesome and helped me find a way to put my phone on my tank (super affordable magnetic tank bag), plus gives you a few bucks off when you buy a new bike there. So, bonus. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with buying a vehicle. It started out great with Zach as my salesperson, he was awesome, however the management at this place is the worst. I bought a brand new 2022 moped, and from the moment it was delivered, there were problems. The very first time that the delivery driver/mechanic for the store started the moped up, it took him about 5 minutes of trying before it started running. He told me not to worry and that it was simply a normal thing with new mopeds that would wear off in a week. Consistently for 2 weeks, I was having serious trouble with getting the engine to run, and I did everything they suggested to do in order to fix the problem. After nothing seemed to be working, I called again 3 weeks later to see about getting it checked up on. They told me that I would need to pay the $300 fee that THEIR mechanic charges to bring it back. I expressed my concern with it being a brand new vehicle, at this point having only 70 miles on it, and already having problems, and their solution was to take it to a place closer to where I live that they knew and communicated with often. This place gave me an estimate of 3 MORE weeks until they would be able to even LOOK at the moped, even though I already had the part to be replaced. Plano Kawasaki Suzuki did nothing (except the bare minimum of the warranty) to help, and I am now left without any way to get to school (im a college student). If I had known that I would not be able to reliably ride the moped I bought in AUGUST until the END of OCTOBER then I most certainly would not have bought it.

He communicated promptly anytime there was an update or if I had any questions. They also made sure to verify the shippers I hired were legit and that they comfortable sending the bike off with them. The staff are very knowledgeable. John Collins was very helpful through the ordering and purchasing process of a 2022 Mule. The Dealership Manager and Owner were extra mile and took a personal interest to make sure the vehicle was perfect and my trailer would accommodate the vehicle width. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Sold my bike to upgrade, unfortunately they did not have bike that I want in used stock due to current inventory situation. Everything flys out of their floor. Selling/appraising process was easy and smooth. Jason was being upfront and reasonable negotiating price (close to what I expected). The owner of the dealership also gave me some insight on the motorcycle market and how they conduct their business I was impressed by his passion about motorcycle and their customers. I love this place.I inquired a day before appearing about a sports bike I was interested in, and an individual by the name of Blaine responded very quickly and gave me the specifics. Liking what I hear, I arrange a next day meeting, paid for the bike I wanted, and that was that. Brooke over in Finance also made the transaction very quick and to-the-point. You have some pretty genuine people over there now compared to when I visited a year ago. I bought a Z125 from them and traded in a Ducati Monster. I visited once, ten minutes before closing time and just wanted to look at a few bikes, and I felt very welcome even though they were closing up. Three people offered to help me while I was there. I did the application online for the motorcycle I wanted, and Tom called me the following day and confirmed my info, ran my credit, and was able to get me financed. It was a very pleasant experience and very easy. The GM there, AJ, will do anything that her employees will do. I watched her talking with customers, she offered to help me on my first visit, shes always very visible and available, and I could tell she was very hands-on and would pitch in if needed, on top of her other responsibilities running the store. That gave me a lot of respect for her.

My wife and I came in and bought two scooters from this dealership. We worked with Jason in sales and AJ in financing. Both were very friendly and professional. We were very satisfied with the scooters we got and believe we got a really great deal. I was able to take my scooter that day, but my wife had to order hers because they didnt have the color she wanted. They were able to get my wifes scooter delivered by Wednesday of the following week. The whole time, they were communicating with us and keeping us up to date, which is great. We got there pretty late in the day on Wednesday and brought my son with us. He had decided he wanted a scooter as well. They got us out the door with my wifes scooter and with my sons new scooter that day, even though everyone had to stay late to do it. They even let us pick out some helmets after closing time and got us setup with everything we needed.Then, as we were leaving, we had a little mishap with one of the scooters about a block away. I looked up and saw that AJ had literally run over to assist and Jason drove his truck. Everyone was OK and AJ took the scooter back to the shop to have maintenance give it a look over and make sure it was OK. We returned the following day to pick it up. Everyone from Jason and AJ to parts and maintenance was professional, courteous, and gracious.I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. Tom Kaufman sold me a new motorcycle. He was most knowledgeable. I bought the bike from Plano Kawasaki because I got an excellent deal on it price wise. Tom told me if I had any problems at all to let him know. I candidly told him I lived 250 miles away, and because of the distance, he would probably never see me again. I had some issues with the bike, and he spent a good bit of time with the service staff to help me work things out. He provided a level of service beyond what I would have expected if the dealership were in my home town. I highly recommend Plano Kawasaki.

Stopped by today to set up an appointment to have my scooter tuned and had one question to ask the service manager. I was greeted by a not so friendly man who informed me that I could not speak to anyone. His words were; the service manager and the technicians never come out front to talk to anyone since they work on commission. So, I will not return and will take my business elsewhere. He did tell me I should check on you tube if I had any questions.

PKS is a great place to buy a bike. They had every model from my shortlist in the showroom. I was so thankful for the ability to compare the cycles side by side in order to find the perfect match. Tom stuck with me through it all and never pressed me to hurry up even though I think I sat on each bike 4 or 5 times. After I decided on the H2 SX SE+, every single person that I interacted with at the dealership bent over backwards and went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant for me.
