Ive personally known Young for a long time. Based on his character, I knew I wanted to use his company when my wife and I decided to build out our media room. I found Youngs knowledge to be top-notch, and he quickly / timely delivered on all items. It was a complete / total experience that we are completely happy with. The final results were exactly what we hoped for.

Core AV was awesome to work with and recently completed my home network upgrade. It was a collaborative experience from beginning to end and I am very happy with the results. Rarely does a contractor talk a homeowner out of things that would net the contractor more dollars, but every once in a while you find a good one that will shoot you straight and get you exactly what you need and not a bunch of extras you wont use. I needed a reliable network backbone that could support not only my work from anywhere business needs today, but anything else I want to throw at it too. The installation was excellent, above and beyond, came in, installed the components and left the house cleaner than they found it. I will have Core AV back out soon to do the real fun stuff, audio/video!

Young Ahn patiently heard out all my needs over the phone and was able to provide me with ideas and options for completing my home network wiring conundrum. His running of cables through the nooks-n-crannies of the house and installing of network jacks were both impressive and professionally done. He vacuumed up after he was finished as well. Young ran ten ethernet lines for me. He stayed positive with a can-do attitude in an old house with many unpredictable hurdles. He meticulously labeled all lines and outlets and cut clean precise holes for outlets. There are get it done fast rough-in technicians and there are get it done right finish technicians. Young is the latter with very competitive pricing.

Our first real need was to expand our cabled access to the Internet. Young gave a very fair estimate, returned exactly when he said he would, worked very hard as he ran into a couple unforeseen problems--isnt that always the case when you try to retrofit something in an existing home?--but overcame and left everything in completely finished and clean condition.After such a stellar performance, I decided to stretch a bit and asked him to install a pair of ceiling speakers that would give us true surround sound experience. Again, another difficult retrofit, but he was like a magician at finding a way to make it work. He kept us inside budget, helped correct a setting on my system that was giving us poor sound, even with just stereo--and the end result was amazing!If we every need anything further in this arena, such as if we run into a problem in the future or need an upgrade, we will definitely want Young back to help us.

The programing of my Harmony remote was exemplary. Each features I needed was added and each feature of my home entertainment system works with the press of one button: Cable TV, DVR, Smart TV apps, X-Box 360, and Play Station 4.
