First experience. Needed standard A service on a 2017 MB. The service was professional courteous and prompt. The pricing was also considerably cheaper than what I was quoted from other places. Check engine light on my vehicle came on, so it wouldnt pass state inspection. My usual repair shop was backed up and couldnt get me in for a couple weeks. I saw that Eurosport had good reviews and is two miles from home, so decided to give them a try. Was really glad I did. They pulled a boatload of error codes when they ran the diagnostics, so unsurprisingly, the estimate was pretty substantial. What was surprising, however, is that the folks at Eurosport referred to me to another shop for a large chunk of the repairs. Mario explained that the other facility does excellent work and would be a better option for me on this portion, as the second shop specializes in emission systems repair and would also save me money. This info was offered up proactively; I never even asked for other options for the repair. For me, this is what you hope for in any service you pay for - honesty. I will, without a doubt, go to Eurosport again in the future should the need arise. Cant say enough good things about the whole experience.

Have been coming here over the past few years with BMWs and my old Audi. They have always been honest and fair about pricing and set realistic expectations on all my cars. I just sent my 17yo son there for an oil change and once again, they were polite, professional, and respectful to him. I started coming here for just general repairs on my and my wifes BMWs about 3 years ago. Now Ill say that our cars are both 1999 models (21 years old). But Id dare anyone to find any other Bimmers of this generation (E46 & E39) in as good of condition as ours. All repairs and even modifications have been done quickly, cheaper than the dealer, and done better than anyone else could have done them in the area. These guys absolutely know their stuff when it comes to European cars! Even domestics! They service my Ford F150 as well. Ill always continue to use Eurosport for anything automotive. Eurosport Automotive did some work on my 2007 Porsche Boxster. Kris and the Team were very professional to work with. The car is now running great again - and Ill only bring it back to them.I also brought my wifes E350 Mercedes in for a 2nd opinion after a large, local Mercedes dealership told me we needed about $1200 worth of repairs done after their diagnostic test - including new brakes. Eurosport Automotive did the same diagnostic test and called to say they will not do any repairs at this time as the car is in great working order, and that the brakes have about 50% life left.Thats the kind of integrity and expertise Im looking! I highly, highly recommend Eurosport Automotive!!!

I purchased a lowered, modded JDM Honda Prelude and took my car here to see if they could raise my suspension so my tires wouldnt rub my fenders. The guys here are true car guys and said none of them wanted to touch my suspension because it was perfect and if they raised it, it would really detract from the look of the car. I agreed and will change the size of my tires so they fit better without changing the ride height. Its refreshing to have mechanics with integrity that truly love cars and only want whats best for them. If you love your car, bring it to these guys. Theyll treat it right.

The owner is extremely careful about wearing masks, social distancing etc. Customers have to wait outside during the pandemic- but with a small waiting room, I admire them for their prudence. The costs of services are far below the dealerships and they dont oversell what is not needed. Excellent workmanship with the right equipment it takes to repair certain makes and models.- I have tried other alternatives and had issues. They are an authorized repair center for several brands. Once I discovered them, I became a repeat customer.

Finding a good mechanic for Volkswagen is not easy per my experience and I am very happy I found this shop . They explain to you every single repair in detail and you get the best rate in town. These guys are the best. Hands down. And they treat their customers like their own family. Seriously. They helped me out a few years ago. A bunch of us poor college kids were driving out to Dallas for summer work when one of our cars broke down. A BMW M3. Cracked the oil pan on a truck tire on the freeway. These guys knew we were broke and in a hurry. They pushed us to the front of the line, and put a temporary patch on oil pan. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road, and only charged us a small percentage of what they deserved to be paid.I cant praise them enough. A good business run by better people.

This was my first visit to Eurosport Automotive. It was for a quick battery registration. They were the least expensive shop that provides this service. They were courteous and prompt, I dropped the car off and went to get lunch. The car was ready before I returned from lunch. I bring them a more challenging repair job in the near future.

I just moved to Dallas and my 2008 Audi A4 2.0T (110K mi) had multiple issues pop up all around the same time (which I was told about prior to moving). Mario and Kris explained all my issues but didn’t push me to get them done at the same time and worked with me to handle major issues first. I never felt pressured to do any maintenance. Ive taken my 2003 530 for servicing and other repairs over the years and I am very pleased with the level of service at Eurosport. As long as I own the car, Ill continue to use ES. The most recent service was a repair to the front bumper paint due to a scrape by another driver. It looks completely brand new. (Just one note however - when they reset the inspection light on my dash, the outside temp display converted to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit - one minor slip in attention to detail).

I decided to take my car here after extensive Google review research which appeared to be very good. I was looking forward to having a solid, reliable mechanic. I was greatly disappointed. A two-day at most fix turned into a week long holding cell for my car. After explaining to them what was wrong with my car, three days later (with no work attempted on it) I call them to ask about the progress and they have me come in (even though I didnt have a working vehicle) and tell them what was wrong again. Finally they got to work at a sluggish pace and finished a relatively easy job.The labor was a little pricier than other places. Was this the end? Oh no. A few weeks later while taking my car in to get it inspected for registration renewal, Firestone finds out that a part that needed to be replaced. That part happened to be what Europsport claimed to have fixed prior. I took it back to Eurosport with my original receipt and wasted another two-days for them to fix something easy again. This time they finally did it. What a let down.The only thing they had going for them for me was their friendliness.

I have been using Eurosport for a couple handfuls of German vehicles over the past 2+ decades. The team is extremely honest and frank with evaluations and recommendations. They explain what is urgent, what is recommended, and what is discretionary, and why. Communication is excellent. The value of the service is superb. They have also done me a great service with a few pre-buy inspections of pre-owned vehicles--pointing me to good vehicles and highlighting risks to help me avoid bad purchases. I would not take my European cars anywhere else. Eurosport has earned my highest praise and recommendation.

Im always reluctant to bring my vehicles to a shop as Ive had countless bad experiences in the past. This was my first bad experience at Eurosport. I made an appointment online, but when I took my car in I was told the online scheduling was not working. I had scheduled an oil change, filters checked and tire rotation and this cost almost $400.00. My tires were not rotated and I dont know if the filters were checked. A month and half later my service due light comes on for an oil change, so was my oil changed? I was surprised and disappointed in the service that I received and I had been recommending this shop to my family and friends that own European cars.

Went there to trace a minor oil leak in the A8.While technician was looking at it, I spoke to other mechanics in the office about different bmw engines, performance upgrades ect. They also stressed that they are very perculiar about reassembling car parts back together the proper way, and that they couldnt stand it when others dont do it right and miss stuff. Being a German car enthusiast I was kind of excited that they knew what they were taking about. At that point I though I have found a shop for all my German cars... and all the things Id like to do to them.Technician calls me over, tells me he cant find a leak since Ive recently cleaned the area with break cleaner, asks to bring the car back in a week.Get home, find out I have screws are missing from the splash guard ect. That I my self screwed in there. Although a bit annoyed, figured Id mention it when I bring the car back for oil check again.Called back week later, couldnt even get to the part where I bring the car in for work to be done.As soon as I mention that their technical missed stuff.... all I hear is something among the lines of... Hes a super duper technician, I know him gazzilion years...I trust him over you.All I wanted to hear was, ok, n/p we messed up. They would have had $ 2/3k worth of my business right of the back. How can I trust a place with larger jobs, if they lie to me about such simple things as missing 6 screws. Worst if all try to make me look like liar. Lol.

I took my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and an alignment. Everything was done quickly and the price was below what my dealer had quoted me for the same service. The little, well dressed, gentleman at the front counter was professional and great to deal with. I even spoke to the owner of the shop while I was there, he seemed like a true gear head and you can tell he has years of experience, since hes well into his 60s. Thanks to the Eurosport Team!

Ive had my car serviced by Eurosport twice now and every time Ive received excellent service. The techs there are quick, do a great job and communication is excellent. In my most recent trip, the tech found worn parts that definitely could have contributed to a reoccurring problem Ive had with my car. If you have modified your euro this is the place to have those kinks worked out.

I have been taking my 05 benz for service there as soon as it ran out of warranty. They have kept this car in top running condition. It now has 437,000 miles and never had anything done but basic service. Nobody believes the mileage on the car.

I switched to Eurosport Automotive from Classic BMW and over the years they have proven be faster, easier, much less expensive and more reliable. An example is Classic suggesting to replace my headlight unit to fix the blinker (after changing the lightbulb a few times). The estimate was $1k. Eurosport charged $60 to change blinker socket, and it worked. For Classic I can understand that kind of mistake, but I just trust Eurosport.

My experience at Eurosport Automotive was nothing short of phenomenal. The friendliness, timeliness and professionalism of the staff, in particular Adam the front desk writer and the tech Jerry had completely blown me away. They took fantastic care of my 2012 Volkswagen Golf R as it came in for a clutch change and mounting of Euro-Spec LED tail-lamps and even updated my APR tune to the latest version. Got me in on a Sat late notice. Did a full electrical diagnosis for free. Unfortunately the part was $1500 but they encouraged me to shop around and then they would install it. Seemed very honest. Only bad, was the lobby is too small.

Every time that I have needed work to be done on my VW Tiguan, Eurosport has always been great to me. I keep coming back due to their great customer service, and reasonable pricing. I own a high mileage BMW 535i. I like to perform some maintanance and repairs myself, but leave the critical items to the pros. Adam and the crew and Eurosport are very easy to work with and have done an outstanding job with diagnosis and repairs on my car.10/23/18 Update - time for some engine mounts and a washer fluid pump. Im up to 160k on the 5 series and Adam and I just noticed I got 47,000 out of my last set of rear tires after Eurosport set my alignment.

I am a returning customer to Eurosport Automotive. My A/C unit was not working, my window regulator was jammed, and the service engine light had been on for weeks ! The guys and service at the shop are 1st class. They have worked on my car several times and are always willing to match or even beat quotes from around the area. They are lower in most cases to begin with anyways. It is quite a drive for me to get to Eurosport, but it is the only shop I take my car when I need to get it worked on.
