Craig was absolutely awesome! I took my car to them to get my AC working in July. He diagnosed, that my compressor and condenser needed to be replaced. He had a little trouble getting the air to cool properly after my compressor and condenser was replaced. But he was very nice and wanted to make sure I left a happy customer so he persisted, until he finally got it to work properly. He was very kind and courteous. Even though it took a little longer than I anticipated to get the car AC working; I was happy that he was willing to get it fixed right. He seemed honest and ethical, compared to other places and people Ive taken my car to get fixed. Few years ago I took my car to Firestone for the same issue and they completely ripped me off! So in comparison they may not have the biggest or the best looking shop, but I believe they know their work and they are honest and courteous. So I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their car AC repaired or brake pads done.

I stopped by without an appointment after my vehicle failed an inspection test. I was met with a warm welcome by Ray whose attitude was fantastic. He quickly checked my car and was able to fix all the 3 issues that were raised by the inspection, making it possible for me to complete the inspection the same day. If there is 0 rate will give it yo them, they are not experienced at all, almost saying thief, stole my money, they know how to change the tire only, dont go there for any service, they will charge you hundreds for diagnostic and they will say we cant fix it and you need to pay the diagnostic, they will say why you didnt ask us from the beginning about the diagnostic charge, i told them i asked you and you told me to stay in the room and they will let me know, they said sorry the technician didnt let you know, horrible place

My AC not working, they told me the compressor is down, will cost $1200 to change it, and they charge me $85 for checking, I went to another place and they found its just the fuse, $10 to fix it in the other place

The team fit us in at the end of the day when other shops would not. They addressed our tire issue quickly and we were able to start our road trip. Couldn’t have continued without them willing to see us right before they closed.

I can into the shop with a tire and rim issue that I knew would be a problem to deal with. The owner and the staff began working on the issue persistently. They worked on the issue until it was resolved 2 hours later. The staff at this shop worked so diligently that it made me think the rim was theirs and not mine. I really appreciate the type of customer service professionalism they displayed. They are courteous and genuine. I will continue to bring my car needs to this shop!!!!!! THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

My car battery light came on and I went to this shop down the street from my home. I asked the guy how much would it be to see what the problem is he stated that it would be free. Usually for a diagnostic shops charge you atleast $75.00 to even breathe on the car. So he told me that my battery was weak that I needed a new battery. Placed the battery in for cheap I called auto zone to see how much the batteries actually run for and the guy gave me a great price with labor. Next day my battery light came back on called the guy and told him. He told me to bring it back to gm the shop something else is going on with the car. Headed over there the car dies right in the middle of K Ave. I called him told him I couldn’t make it he still let me get the car towed to the shop. Next day he took a look and sure enough it was the alternator. He literally did this job in one day. Warranty on each thing that he replaced. Great customer service they know what they are doing and even if they didn’t what I respect about them is they will make sure you are satisfied by the time it’s time to pick your car up. I rode Uber for two days but it was wealth the ride so my car can be fixed correctly please go here great guys great mechanics.

NEVER go to this store especially if you are a foreigner.Before i left the key to them, i had confirmed twice the price should be 115,one fifteen. Once in a call, another time at the counter.However, when i picked up my car they charged me one fifty. Finally I had to sign the receipt.They played with word games and cheated.There were no negative comments listed about that but I was ripped off.The only reason i can come up with is that i am a foreign customer. This is racism.

I came for labor work to be done by installing 2 tires to my Vehicle, One of the tires that was installed at this facility was flat not even 48 hours from when the tires where installed I then had go to another Tire shop PAY Again to install my Spare tire as per the mechanic who installed my spare tire he stated the tire dropped the air due to a dent on the rim he then asked me did they advice me of that and i was not aware of it so i called Numerous times I left numerous voicemails and no one would answer I called the next day calls are being rejected, So i came back very Inconvenient because Now I have to take off of work, I TRIED Speaking to the shop manager he was VERY RUDE cutting me off trying to speak over me basically Accusing me saying that I must’ve hit a curve so i then spoke to the gentelman who installed my tire he even mentioned remembering installing the tire on the damaged rim, I did not go to the tire shop asking for a refund of any sort all I was there for was to see what my options where if my tire could be reinstalled or anything they can help me with then the mechanic said nothing could be done since the rim was damaged, I HONESTLY FEEL RIPPED OFF If the mechanic noticed that the rim was not in the proper condition why not tell me before I payed them to install it instead they were quick to take my money & manager want to say its “your product your fault” “Why are you even here theres nothing we can do for you “ telling his employees “put her tire back in her car so she can get going “ the manager was JUST VERY UGLY not how a “manager” should act, I work with customers MON-SAT 9-8 and the way I was treated was unexeptable.OVER ALL DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME HERE THEY ARE NOT PROFFECIONAL PEOPLE TO WORK WITH, they are quick to take you money but not willing to be HONEST WITH YOU FROM THE START, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Took 4 wheels with mounted tires to craigs auto in lucas. Told them to mount on new rims for mud/hunting season, not my daily driving tires. Old guy at craigs thinks he is the tire tpms police. Lost 3 hours at craigs dealing with the tpms nazis and then took to Plano discount tire. WOW!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! In less than two hours had my tires un-mounted, re-mounted on new rims and balanced. Cheaper price than Craigs and faster friendly service. THANK YOU PLANO DISCOUNT TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!!!
