I went to this location wanting a ladies cut, there was a homeless man who seemed mentally ill walking around outside of the shop talking to himself cursing and yelling at the cars passing then he came into the shop to help the stylist clean up, he then began to have a conversation with himself about my outfit and joined in on a conversation I was having on my cellphone lol.... I get we all need a little help & respect no matter what or who you are but with this being a place of business I felt completely uncomfortable and I had to leave.This is bad for business especially for new clients looking for a safe place to relax and get pampered. The stylist that I met was nice and courteous but I just didn’t feel safe here.

There isn’t a clear system for booking for all stylists. At my last visit, I was quoted one price online, but was up charged once the service was done. I also arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, but didn’t sit I the chair until an hour later. Also, when you contact the stylists on the number given on their personal cards, they take forever to respond or they don’t respond at all. It’s the same for Messenger communication. For my second visit, I waited an entire day for a response when the message was read & I had to send another message to see if I could be scheduled still due to being desperate. I actually canceled my upcoming appointment on Saturday because of this. The atmosphere of the place is really good, but the communication and booking with customers is lacking. As a tipping customer, I expected more. I really wanted to love this place and make it permanent. However, I won’t return & it’s unfortunate because I loved the atmosphere & the conversations with both ladies, both times. Last thing, they are also not enforcing the wearing of a mask by customers. On both times that I was there, I’ve witnessed customers and staff without a mask or wearing a mask improperly. Lastly, they are not enforcing mask wearing by customers. Some of the staff isn’t even wearing a mask or wearing it improperly.I’m not even sure if I am saying her name correctly, but Herlaina?, was so nice. I enjoyed our conversation. She was also very gentle with my re-twist. The product used to re-twist was heavier than what I usually re-twist my hair with on my own. Still, not a huge problem for me. I’ll be back & I’ll just bring my own gel with me. The price was also fair for a last minute appointment. I’m glad that I had the opportunity to sit in her chair! :)

I came in as a walk in and Chill was very accommodating. I have been going to him ever since for my retwists. He is always on time and I have never spent more than a couple hours max in the shop. Chill has made me so much more comfortable with my loc journey. I would recommend him to anyone.

Compassionate and patient! I needed help right away to fix matted damage from strong bleach used by another salon. Because of pressing commitments I only had a small window of time available right away, and she made it work, despite it being same day last minute.Cant tell my new cut was a necessity, not a choice. Horrible place, highly recommended not to go, all the towels and clothes for shave, hair cut, or for hair Wash are dirty, they have never been wash, you can smell them its disgusting and you can even see the stain, all clippers not cleaned, you can easily get sick or Catch somebodys sickness.
