Didnt honor coupon. Correct product, size and quantity. Manager confirmed it was correct, but didnt honor it. Whats the point of have coupons if they wont be honored. I guess its just to lure people in 😒

Decent quick store to run through for everyday essentials

If Family Dollar stores are going to survive, they need to be more competitive with their products prices; very highly priced. Although sufficient products are in place for customers satisfaction, there are too many competitors offering the same products at a cheaper price; step it up Family Dollar!

When they first opened it was a five star store,some good people still work there but now they have hired this Luis guy and all of a sudden he is a super store manager,what happened to people like Randy,Mike,Gayla the nice and friendly people,I guess this explains the turn over ratio in this store,WORSE THAN A CHICKEN HOUSE TURN OVER,but if FD dont care about the associates we know they dont care about these comments...

Extremely bad customer service. I was trouble figuring out how to work my credit and Michelle the manager had a smart remark to make every time I tried using it. Then when I went to get my other credit card out the car I came back to another register because she told the girl she didnt want to help me- which is fine. Then I asked the girls name that was so rude to me and she came over and started making rude threatening comments to me and ignoring the line of customers at her register to stand there and talk mess to me. Absolute trash!!! I will NOT be going back to this store.

The little boy Christan was very rude as he is Everytime I go into store 9397 it as if I hate going in there while he is working so if I could give no stars i would and he got mad at me cause I was going to pay with card and cash like u could hear in his voice he was upset cause I wanted to do that than he proceeded to get up set at me cause I asked him did he get my starburst that was left in the hand basket very rudley he said I got the one u had I said no I got 2 so than Christan than proceeded with his attitude cause he had to add something to my ticket boy if I did not have to go in there I wouldnt

The family dollar that is by the 14 st. Those cashiers are very rude they think youre going to steal something ... instead in the 18 st dollar. They are so friendly I recommend that store is more comfortable. There you feel like family.
