An overall great experience. The store manager Preston was very helpful, and if it wasnt for him, I probably would have gone with a 7 table, even tho 8 ended up fitting just fine. Patrick and Bill did the install and arrived right on time and got everything perfect within a couple hours. They called twice in the days leading up to the install to confirm, which I appreciated. Couldnt have gone any smoother, I am very satisfied.

I had a great experience buying this table with the assistance of Preston and Ciarra. Being a first time pool table buyer, I had lots of questions and they took the time to explain the pros/cons of different tables. Preston also arranged for delivery to a location about 2 hours outside of Plano.On the day of delivery, Patrick and Cooper were on time and very professional. They explain the set-up process and took every precaution to make sure no property was damage while setting up the table in an upstairs room. They were very meticulous in making sure the table was in perfect condition and the area was totally cleaned prior to leaving.I would highly recommend Universal Billiards for any gaming needs!

Our in-store salesman at the Plano location, Preston, was great. Totally up front with any limitations (we ordered right after the big freeze this past February and he mentioned things would take longer than usual). He was right. Took longer than we wanted, but understandable given the circumstances. Our delivery and set-up team, Patrick, Blake, and Mason, were all great. They actually got here earlier than projected, which was fine, and did a quick and thorough job setting up the table and explaining basic care and feeding. Overall a great job. I had a circa 1970 Fischer 9 pool table moved from Fort Worth to Plano today. Dustin and his crew were great. Took about 30-40 minutes from the knock on the door to ready to play. Complete care was given to the antique pool table and to the hardwood floor it not stands on. Centered and leveled perfectly in my stacked formal living and dining room. They even wiped about 30 years of dust off of it.

I started shopping for a pool table while my home was being built, and e-mailed some questions to Aaron at Universal Billiards. He answered every question I had, sent me pictures, gave me his advice on what table would work in the room I was planning on putting it in, gave me everything I needed. I went into the store to purchase the table before my home was completed because of a sale they had going on, and they held the table for me at their store until my home was completed. I just had it installed last week, and I couldnt be happier. The install crew was very professional, quick, and even stayed quiet enough not to wake a napping baby in the other room. Ive recommended them to a couple of people already, and fully plan on going to this store for anything I need in the future. Very happy.

I chose to purchase my first Pool Table from Universal Billiards due to the excellent customer service I received from Daniel McIntire. We bought a pool table on a Friday afternoon, and had it delivered the next day. We got a great deal on the table, had a professional crew set it up in just a couple of hours, and have been very happy with it! The table is well made, the personnel we dealt with were very knowledgable with no high pressure, and quite patient with a small child in the store that wanted to play with all the different games. Genuine Customer Service Still Exists!!! I had been shopping for a billiards table for several months. After reading many reviews on websites and stopping in several DFW billiards stores I ended up at Universal Billiards. The store was incredible and the sales associate, Aaron, was very knowledgeable. Unlike other stores there were no high pressure sales tactics or misleading prices. Aaron and I discussed types of tables, what I needed out of a table, where I wanted to put the table considering space, care for the table and all costs associated with a pool table. After leaving and returning several days later with my fiancé; Aaron remembered me and we picked up just where we left off in our discussion. I didn’t get talked into buying a high-end table or buying pointless accessories that I didn’t need (like when you buy a car). I actually ended up with an incredible deal on a gorgeous table with custom felt, accessories and installation. We set up a delivery later that week (not 3-5 weeks out like the competitors). The friendly installation crew, Patrick and Marcus, arrived right on time and worked with me to find the best spot for the pool table. They built, felted and leveled the table for me. After the installation, Patrick took a few extra minutes and walked me through taking care of the table and gave me his cell phone number if I ever had any questions. At the beginning of February I purchased the Legacy Radley 7 ft. pool table from you universal billards Plano location... My UB very friendly, very knowledgable sales rep was Aaron Stacey. I recieved a call from Aaron two weeks prior to the date of delivery to inform the table was on back order therefore would not potentially delivered until the end of March.
