In a recent situation, I was between numerous online stores that were all the same actual company pretending to be more stores and they only offered drop shipment. The lack of customer service drove me to continue to seek other options until eventually I discovered Regional Uniform & Supply.It is wonderful to still have brick and mortar stores. I was need for an expedited shipment, and Andrew was able to assist me for an order and delivery. It is the personal touch and customer service that brought me here to ensure that people know, customer care and service still exists. Thank you.

Placed an order almost a year ago they don’t email back nor respond to me. I haven’t received my products or my money back. I Spent over 130$!!!

Called to see if they wanted to donate to a charity golf event for our local officers and they said “we wouldn’t be interested in that sort of thing”🤷🏼‍♀️ I hope our police and first responders know they have no interest in supporting you but guess they want your support! Hhhmmm

Really friendly, and will return items when defected no questions asked. Very knowledgeable about their products. Carries a full line of clothes, uniforms, police accessories, and fire man equipment. I have been buying from this establishment for almost 20 years.

I came here for supplies for an EMT course. The salesman was knowledgeable of all the products I was looking for and was extremely helpful. Plus, it’s just a few minutes from home. I’d highly recommend to anyone and will certainly shop here again.

Friendly and helpful staff! Bought some EMS gear (pants, cap, shirt, etc.) here for a reasonable price. Must be one of the only if not the only store in the DFW that sells 7.5 trauma shears.

Andrew is very helpful nice and goes above and beyond. Will definitely be back for future equipment and recommend friends well worth the drive.

Very expansive store

The place was in disarray, there were clothes all over the floor. The guy who worked there was helpful enough but didnt seem enthused to be there.
