This place is kind of far from our home but we come here about once a month to have our bottles cleaned out and refilled.The guy had to raise his prices a bit to make up for his increasing rent costs. Still we like the service and its understandable.I would just ask that he use a clean towel or get paper towels, when drying the bottles after fills. On our last fill he used a smelly, wet towel. It was so bad that the smell was left on our bottles and stunk up our car. Even driving with the windows didnt help.

Everything was fine but, I went to fill the bottle with alkaline water and when I got home, when I filled a glass I noticed that the water was dirty, change glass and the same thing happened check the garrafón and I was and he was full of garbage, I talked to the man in the store and he excused himself saying that he has no cameras in my house and does not know what I did to the water!instead of saying that he was going to check the water, he blamed me and I was responsible, as I am going to throw something into the water, he cleaned the boat before filling it!I say come to give you free water!free if I page it, that man I believe is the owner very bad characterI will never come back !I was referring several clients but not after this!Check your water before leaving the store!

We lived near the Water Inn for 5 years so we discovered it by complete accident while shopping at Game Stop. We had been filling our jugs at grocery stores but had begun to notice those machines werent being serviced when needed. We tried the Water Inn and have not used any other place since (even though we have now moved further away).The staff is always super helpful and kind. They smile at everyone that comes through the door. They always help with the jugs and have washing stations (Ive never actually used them bc they always do it for me). Typically my husband gets our jugs filled and hes 6 4 and pretty strong so doesnt need help. Im 5 1 and while Im definitely capable, I absolutely appreciate that when I go alone, the staff always helps me.The water is fantastic and tastes great, customer service is top notch and theyre very affordable. Its the only water store that exists as far as were concerned :)

The price is a little more than filling your large jugs at a machine in the grocery store, but every time Ive gone with our three 5-gallon jugs, the employee at the store has rushed over and rinsed all of the jugs and lids then filled them and put them on the cart for me. Despite the signs indicating it is self-service. Wonderful attention, the water consistently tastes good (the machines elsewhere can suffer as they get farther from the last cleaning date), and you can get a pre-pay discount that they will keep track of for you - and that you can easily keep track of, also, if you are nervous about it.

Same filtration system as everywhere else. The reason for the 5 though is the manager was very helpful. As soon as we walked in he greeted us started filling our bottles. Great place to fill your water needs.

I love stopping here. Im from NYC and this is the neighborhood Bodega. The owner is great, always helps me with the bottles to the car. I can grab my water, a popsicle for the kid, some socks and a couple of watch batteries. I love it...

Very friendly and fast service. Was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes tops including three 5 gallon containers which they rainsed well prior to filling. Water tasted great and they have a 24hr fill station which I am sure I will visit.

Fast, friendly service! Very clean location. Been going here for over a year and always love seeing the friendly staff that runs this great service. Each time I go, I get around 28 gallons of water and the staff gets me in and out in a very timely manner. Also love that they accept credit card to make checking out even easier. $1 per gallon of alkaline water!!! Best price in the Dallas metroplex! Unbelieveable!!
