I wanted to take a minute to brag on one of the associates at this store, Kelli. She knows the products inside - out and is really good at steering you in the right direction. It can be really daunting going into an athletic clothes store and trying to find something that works for you (especially if youre just getting into the swing of working out) but her friendly and upbeat demeanor makes you feel comfortable and even supported. Employees like her are invaluable and the perfect face for a company like this.Ive always had nothing short of a great experience in this store and will continue to buy Fabletics clothing.
Great quality clothes and the sweetest staff. Everyone is always happy to see us and ready to help if needed. They also always have treats on hand a water bowl outside for my pup!!

Fabulous customer service. Had a couple of online purchases that I needed to size down on. Cant remember the associates name that assisted me it was maybe Holly or Molly but she was great. She pulled all the sizes I needed and we swapped out my originals. Also I picked up a new outfit. The other ladies were super friendly and helpful as well. Easy exchange process. Literally would have been in and out but for needing to try on new size.
Good luck getting any help shopping at this location. Had an appointment and was in the store for 30 minutes getting no help and couldn’t even a fitting room. If your looking for a Medium or Large don’t even bother they mostly had XS and 1X+ in stock. I was looking forward to getting a good haul but when employees make you move from where you’re looking multiple times so they can show the one person they’ve been helping for 30+ minutes stuff exactly where you are trying to shop it’s a little frustrating especially when you can’t even find one to help you. Ended up going to the Lululemon down the way and got excellent service, found some great things marked down, and quality customer service through out the whole store as we shopped.
Clothes look great, but the staff was pretty rude. They would cut around you all the time but never ask you if you needed help. My gf was tried finding staff to help, and would make eye contact but they would walk away. Anyone that was wearing a little nicer outfit was prioritized way more than us, even though I had enough merchandise to be a couple hundred in my hand. Put everything back and left.
Love Fabletics love their clothes love their deals but this location was very low on inventory
I have gone here and purchased many clothes over the years. Every time I am here the store employees have been so helpful and nice to me. In particular last time I went Kelli D, helped my friend find clothes we could not find on display by going above and beyond to find them in storage. We even had a good conversation and she was so sweet and super helpful. This applies to so many other employees in the past a well. Highly recommend Kelli, the brand, and this store!
Be ware of purchasing products on-line. The company signs you up for a VIP membership that charges you a non-refundable $49.95 a month and call it a credit to your account. Straight Shady.
Staff was very friendly! If people aren’t familiar with how Fabletics’ VIP membership works, I can see why they can be unhappy, but I think that frustration may be more directed at the business model. At least in my experience, the staff at this store was very helpful and kind.
Let me preface this by saying I never leave negative reviews and I’m certainly not one to be a “Karen”. However, I just experienced awful customer service at this location. So much so, I’m cancelling my membership.They had no issues helping and chatting with my friend. When I asked for assistance, it was as if I was troubling them to help me find a size or even explain to me how an ‘outfit’ worked. I was ignored the entire time even after making eye contact multiple times.I’m disappointed because I had my first membership credit to spend and was excited to treat myself as I am a new mom. I will be doing so online and cancelling going forward. Back to Lululemon I go!

I love the store, but sometimes I feel uncomfortable shopping. A year ago one employee was judgmental and gave a facial expression when my friend asked if I was interested in their leggings. Ever since then I always feel uncomfortable shopping in this location. I shouldn’t feel pressured to appear well off to shop anywhere.

I ordered clothes online and they didn’t fit so I decided to go to the store to return them and get some thing else. There was a big confusion and mess up with returning my items but the workers were so patient and helpful. They truly worked hard to find a solution to accommodate me!

I do like the clothes but we drove 30 mins to this Fabletics that is suppose to close at 9pm on Saturday to learn that this particular store closed early at 6pm. They were still in the store working. When we called to speak to someone that works in store,, they say the closing is due to outages but they had lights on and all surrounding stores and restaurants were open. Very disappointing.

First order items were great along with customer service. Now all I get from the company when I call about my order that was shipped almost 2 weeks ago has been delayed due to COVID, in which I would understand however NO other company I have ordered from has a problem getting orders to me. They even said it would be reasonable to expect there to be a month long shipping process. I have lost confidence with this company.
Ive come to this location about 4 times now and honestly the customer service is a mixed bag. Some times the staff is just above and beyond amazing and other times they were just completely lazy and did not want to take accountability for their mistakes. The Fabletics company overall is not great either. I rarely found leggings in my size (L-XL) in the new colors or styles that would be offered online or in store as they would sell out within days and Fabletics does not necessarily re-stock in those same styles or colors.I make sure to skip the membership every month but for some reason I was charged anyways. I came in to the store one last time to go ahead and use the non-refundable membership charge and was treating horribly by this stores staff. I called ahead of time to ask if there were leggings in my size available at this location and was told there is. Once I came to the store, I was notified that I had to add my name to a waiting list in order to get in. I have no issue with waiting my turn especially when other people have arrived before me. But I was never notified on the phone that there was a wait list (30 min to over an hour). I would have come on a different day. Once they let me in, I was shown to my fitting room and then ignored the rest of the time I was there.For me this was the last straw. I dont want to shop at a store that hardly ever carries my size, while still attempting to charge me every month for a membership that I couldnt really use even if I wanted to. The leggings are ok. But you have to be careful what type you get and in what color because they will show every drop of sweat.
We had the best customer service from Kelsey. She took her time to explain the products and went out of way to help us out . She even spent time to write down her personal favorite sport bras so I could shop on line with my daughter. We had a great experience and we we will be back . Thanks Kelsey .
I am very disappointed with fabletics I signed up for the so called free membership and was charged $50 for a membership token that can be used to redeem an outfit. When I called customer service they refused to explain why I was being charged the $50 and hung up on me.They dont deserve 1 star and will not refund me my money.
I am a VIP online and this was my first time in the store...WOW! This experience was well worth it, they are so attentive to your needs there. They helped me in the fitting room, and at the checkout making sure I got my discounts. It was nice to touch and try on the sports bras and leggings before buying, I am always impressed with the quality of Fabletics. I will be back! =)
The concept behind this company is absolutely ridiculous! They encourage you to pay a membership fee and it’s different to cancel. I just wanted one outfit for my trip . Not to be scammed by an online membership!
Beware it automatically enrolls you to monthly VIP membership of $49.95 and there is nothing this sort visible to customers during first purchase and it is hidden, beware of this fraudulent practice.. avoid if possible
If I could give a negative review I would. The worst place to purchase anythinggggg. I really thought let me get socks. You can’t mess up socks. And let me tell you, the worst quality socks lol is that even possible? I was so upset because I had a gift card that wouldn’t process online for some reason so I contacted customer service in god knows what country, but it wasn’t her fault that these American brands reach out to them for cheap labor, she tried to help me out best as possible but there was obviously a language barrier. Do not buy from Fabletics on line. They give you a VIP membership as a first time buyer without your approval and then charge you $50 a month. I called to try and cancel and the customer service refused to cancel my Membership until I spent the $50 dollar credit which really wasnt a credit because they charged my card. After 15 minutes of trying to get my card reversed and membership canceled they hung up on me twice. This is complete Fraud and unacceptable. Do not buy from Fabletis online period.
I ordered two pairs of shorts on 12/14/2020 and it is currently 1/6/2020. I’ve contacted three different fabletics consultants and they either don’t know where the package is, don’t speak English, or are just blatantly rude. I used to love this brand but have been increasingly disappointed with the customer service and the countless erroneous charges placed on my account for items I did NOT order. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER. When Ive tried to call and get the issues corrected I was told things like there is nothing they can do for the inconvenience but as a one time convenience we can return the money ... So sign up for a membership of you want unauthorized charges and a simply inefficient customer service team.Rep (Alex) & Supervisor (Giselle) gave one of the worst customer service experiences when I had to call in about and last order placed that I did NOT authorize. Im still waiting on my money back and cancelled order.
Placed 2 orders on 7-1-2020, today 7-14-2020, no one can tell me where my packages are. USPS has not even received my packages. They use a 3rd party shipping company so Fabletics has no idea where the packages are. They have my money, I don’t have my items and no idea when/if I will have them. IMO this is theft. This company is located in Mexico and the Philippines, I had known that I would not have ordered from them. I have had NO problems with getting orders in a very timely manner from other companies during this pandemic.
This is almost borderline scam. I placed my first order because of an ad that promoted great prices. Got my stuff easily and quickly. But after that? It was a very limited selection. Usually out of popular colors, styles, and sizes. So your selection is minimal. Prices are never as affordable as your first purchase. You are auto billed every month for basically nothing. Because if you decided to cancel after being billed you cant get your money back. You either get a credit and continue to get billed until you use it and then call again to cancel, or you forfeit the credit and auto billing stops. Plus, customer service is terrible! Twice I called to try and understand what their charges are for, and the first time I was on hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on. Customer service seems outsourced out of the US as well. There are better options for workout apparel. Dont buy from here. Not transparent with costs, super sneaky to get you locked in, and after that first purchase, your selection and pricing is not what you started with. Downright shady.
This review is for the Fabletics location at The Shops at Legacy.I recently ordered from Fabletics for the first time and became a VIP member. You have to go online between the 1st and 4th of every month to either take advantage of the special deal or skip to avoid getting charged a monthly membership cost - which actually becomes purchase credits. If you are organized, you can avoid the monthly fee by simply skipping.FYI - I learned that this location is a Test Store for the Test stores in the US. This means they are looking for new ways to enhance the customer experience to test in other markets, to then launch across all stores. Basically, you may experience hiccups in their process at times since they are trying to bridge their online experience to physical stores, and visa versa.The Physical Store - 3 stars:Regarding the physical location - the Mens section is very small, but assuming that 70-80% of the business might be driven by Womens sales, I cant complain, but I do wish it was a bit larger. They were missing a lot of the styles and sizes I saw online. I am mostly a size Large in Fabletics clothing. This is a let down from a digital to physical store shopping experience, and hopefully the corporate office can look at new fixturing to be able to showcase more styles and have more sizes in stock. I wanted to try on more, and probably would have bought more if I could have actually tested out more styles. Regardless, I did find some items I did like.The in-store returns process is painful and needs to be fixed. Your system needs to be improved to make the lives of your associates a lot easier. Maybe my return/exchange was a one off, but fortunately I am patient. Not sure how other people would feel though!Service - 5 stars:The fitting room setup was fine considering the COVID precautions in place. The associate in the back was friendly and able to quickly look into other sizes available.Fortunately I was able to work with Jamie, the manager, who was able to figure out the technical issues, along with working with me to ensure I received my promotions. It took some time, but she was able to troubleshoot, critically think, and provide a solution to ensure we left taken care off. She did a great job multitasking as well, keeping a friendly attitude, holding a good conversation, while working through the issues (I would have been way too distracted, so kudos). Great job, Jamie.If you buy Womens styles, I would check out their location even if you have a slight commute. For Mens clothing - if you live close, I would drop by, but I am on the fence if I want to keep my VIP membership. Comfortable clothing and quality, but it can be expensive at regular price, just like the other athletic clothing stores.

I love this store! The staff is so friendly and they always help me find what Im looking for. The manager actually got me some discounts that I didnt know I could get for being a gymnastics coach, its the trainer discount. So if you coach any sports let them know so you can get the discount as well! The store is kept very organized and clean so its easy to find what you want very quickly!
I called to cancel my order & the rep told me that my credit would be used so go ahead & keep the order & THEN cancel afterwards. Therefore, I did that and they charged me again! I tried to call back 3 times and I kept getting disconnected. Now I have paid $103.00 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. They will not refund my money. I tried to unsubscribe from their emails which are constant and they keep sending them! They have truly ripped me off. SCAM!!!!!!!
Poorly put together company. I have been a VIP member for years and their customer service is dishonest. I am now cancelling my account. If you try to use your points for the free outfit the cart glitches and will not let you check out. You can then try to place the order through an agent but then they wrongfully charge you a different amount than you should have been charged. After all that, somehow they cancelled my order because they were out of stock which is impossible because I ordered it the day it came out and their rep processed my order. Then, magically my points to finally use for my free outfit were gone and I never received an order. Terrible customer service and they are running a scam like business. Dont do business with them.

I signed up for the VIP membership online. When I got my first order in overall they fit well, the only problem I had was that the top would roll down everytime I bent over or sat down. The next order I placed was a pair of Casper colored leggings. When I received my email confirmation the color showed Aegean. I started a chat with customer service, and they said I must accidentally selected the Aegean color. I am 100% sure I chose the right color! Now the color I wanted is out of stock in my size! Horrible customer service! Do not waste your money!!!
The sales staff were exceptional. They were helpful and knowledgeable and informative and made sure that we got the best we could and what we wanted for our money. I will definitely be returning. Their product is amazing and high quality for the cost. Finding things in the store was easy due to the cleanliness and orderliness of the racks and wall units.
Order was not delivered to me, and sent back to the warehouse. I only found this out by realizing I hadn’t received it and checking the tracking information. I wasn’t notified by fabletics that there was an issue with my order. My full order was no longer available for purchase because some items were sold out. Because I used my “member credits” (that came directly out of my bank because they have all of my bank account information) they would not refund this to the bank account they have linked. Only would give me member credit (to which i had canceled my membership and would no longer receive member discount) or a check that would get to me in a month or longer. Not a great experience. Agents on chat & phone were very apathetic. Said they don’t have the functionality to process to my bank account - which if this is the truth (they originally told me the only way to get a refund was member credit - I had to keep asking for even the check option) needs to change as soon as possible. There are plenty of call center systems/programs that would have this functionality.
I decided to try the initial legging promo. These leggings are not squat proof and do not pass any kind of squat test. I could read the tag through the leggings. I can buy better leggings for cheaper on amazon. I’m canceling my subscription.

I put in my order over a month ago and still have yet to receive anything. I am seeing that this is happening to a lot of Fabletics customers. And this is not due to COVID-19. I’ve received all my other orders in a timely manner. I even put in a case with USPS and they worked diligently to discover that the Fabletics shipping partner, PITNEY BOWES, hasn’t even given my package to any USPS facilities. All of the tracking info I’ve received says “USPS awaiting shipment” but USPS investigates this & determined Piney Bowes is just placing “electronic stamps” which is just a reader scan and it doesn’t actually mean the shipment is moving to any actual facility. They have yet to actually put the package into the hands of anyone at USPS. In OVER A MONTH. Now I’m waiting on hold for over 20 min now trying to get a hold of an agent so I can cancel my order and get a refund. Which they probably will make some excuse not to do. DON’T BUY FROM FABLETICS online unless you’re willing to wait for over a month.*Update- I was given a refund so I did appreciate that. Seems it’s definitely their shipping partner, not Fabletics themselves. Ah well.
I ordered online with this company on June 23, 2020 and recd my order a week later. Then, on July 6 my credit card was billed $49.95 for lack of purchase. I contacted customer service on this charge and they informed me I was a VIP member and would be charged this amount every month and that it went to a credit on my account. However, at the time of purchase I was not informed that the company works like this. Very shady. My money was not refunded and I canceled whatever membership they thought I had. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM FABLETICS AGAIN! Zero stars for them!!!
Like another comment said, do not fall for the 2 for $25 leggings. They ended up charging me another $50 after it for some monthly membership. After using the chat to talk to someone in customer service, he informed me that there was a “skip” button, which apparently wasn’t obvious enough for me to see and click. Would’ve been nice to at least get an email confirming that membership so I could’ve at least canceled it before they charge went through. I gave it two stars because the leggings I received are nice, but none of that is worth some overpriced leggings.
I have visited the store three times. I like the quality of items in Fabletics. Some of the styles are cute and different, but they also have a nice choice of basics if you dont feel like getting crazy with your workout wear. The employees here are overall friendly and helpful. the screens in the dressing rooms are pretty high-tech... They work as long as you dont bring your own items into the dressing room, as those dont get entered onto the screen.
Beware of Fabletics horrible customer service!!!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!! I was gifted 3 outfits from Fabletics, but were the wrong size. Since I do not have a way of contacting the person who gifted me these items - still with the tags on them - they will not exchange them for the correct size!!! I had to repeat myself twice to customer service and then 3 times to a supervisor that I do not have a way to contact the person who gifted these to me, but still was told to contact that person to get their account information!! Seriously!! Who would even give out their account information anyway. Horrible customer service!! Buyer beware of you ever need to exchange something that you yourself did not purchase. I will never - ever - be spending my money where they are this way. Shame on you Fabletics!

Nice store with great people working here and good clothes, but their customer service on the website is absolutely abysmal, especially when it comes to communicating shipping problems. Mens clothes should also be in stores not just the website.Edit: Added a star, however, they can never seem to keep stock of the mens clothes online.
My husband purchased the ugliest pair of leggings for me from this store in a size I cannot wear, and tried to return them today. $60+ freaking leggings! They wouldnt take them back, even though I never tried them on, and they were returned within 30 days like the receipt stated was their policy. We live in Arlington /Fort Worth area, so he drove over an hour to return them. He said the people are rude there. Now, Im going to have to go up there myself and try to get them returned. They offered him store credit. I looked at this website, and there is nothing in this store that I want.Update: My husband was able to get a full refund when he went back today. I appreciate the resolution of this matter.
The clothes are nice but Jesus Christ the shipping is miserable. It says that the shipping takes 4-7 days and it has been 2.5 weeks and still nothing....
I am giving them 5 stars for several reasons. I only ordered a few pair that I LOVE. i did not think i had actually signed up for the membership. Then I noticed the 2 months of charges but when I went to the fabletics sight it said I had no credit. I love their leggings but was not interested in every month.The live chat feature left me waiting for a while but got thru on the phone line. I was NOT happy about the situation but the lady was GREAT. She immediately addressed and refunded and she said it would take 5 to 7 days but the next day the refund was available in my account. Kudos for not only a great product but not trying to just collect money and memberships. Thank you. When I am ready for more leggings this is the place.

I’ve been standing in here, staring at four people talking to each other at the register... and not really about anything important.. and not a single one has helped me despite several making eye contact. Not really sure why ever since I’ve walked in I’ve been ignored but I’ve been clearly standing, staring at them and not a single person has approached me. Did you guys just look at me and judge me orrrrr???? I came in with questions, looking to purchase and nothing.
The first pair of leggings I received were see through but I decided Id wait and try to give them another chance however, I was surprised to find that they are trying to charge my card despite me skipping the month. I have tried to get in contact with someone but to no avail. They keep stating they can not find my email but they find it perfectly well to constantly send ads.
I love this store! The associates are always so friendly and helpful and the leggings are amazing. So much better priced than Lulu.
I really appreciate the quality of the outfits. Love the pants, love the shirts but if an order is incorrect its just too much of a hassle to get it exchanged. If I had a store near by, Id consider shopping there but dealing with their customer service department for the online store was not enjoyable.
Read what you are buying folks and you will know about the membership fee. Months can be skipped at anytime so you still get your 2/$24 deal. I am giving 4 stars because that is slightly annoying, but I also know how marketing works.
The worst subscription company I’ve ever been involved with. They charged my account multiple times when I skipped the month. Customer service wouldn’t help me. Every time I’ve tried to cancel my subscription they’ refused and given some excuse as to why they can’t. The leggings I did get were cheaply made and ripped after wearing twice and they were too big for me. Not impressed once so ever.
They charged me an extra $50 dollars after I had already paid and got my leggings. The leggings are high quality yet not worth them hacking my account. This has not only happened to me but several of my friends.
I ordered online and got a great pair of leggings, I made a VIP account not knowing it can possibly charge you $50 a month for making an account. I called to cancel my account and the service was very rude and not helpful at all.... I do love my leggings and super cute but the whole system seems a lot like a scam for your money and the service was awful. If you plan on buying workout clothes often I suggest this but other than that, very disappointed.

I just ordered my first order from fabletics. Seems like a great product. I have not received my order yet but have already been through a customer support nightmare. I received an email that one of the leggings I ordered could not be shipped and would be removed from my order and I would not be charged for it. Okay no big deal - except hat I had a discount on the order and thats the only reason I ordered three items and not just one or two .So I use the chat support to ask if I can use the discount on my next order. I kept getting disconnected from the chat support .It took four threads and they actually never resolved my issue via chat. I finally called support and the agent I spoke with was helpful and resolved my inquiry very quickly - in about 10 minutes or less after I spent about an hour combined on the chat support .I believe it is the platform they are using to manage chat that sucks rather than the agents, they seemed nice.Bottom line, if you have an issue, avoid the chat support option Just call in and youll receive better assistanceMaybe I will update my rating once I actually receive my items that were not affected by the issue .
My friend and I went for the Fly Barre class workout that was held inside the store for the first time today. The instructor, Kay, was great at leading the class. Afterwards, we were helped by several of the store associates, but Martha ended up assisting us with fitting and the final checkout. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and since everyone was so friendly, I ended up doing so because the styles and the quality of the items looked nice. I bought a sports bra and leggings with the 2 for $24 deal after signing up for the VIP membership. The associates were very clear in explaining to us about the “skip” button that you can press between the 1st and the 5th of the month if you don’t want to get charged that month. Otherwise, the money charged can still be used at a later time. Forget Victoria’s Secret sportswear. I’ll be grabbing mine from Fabletics in the future.

I actually liked the 2 for $25. I was trying to choose my style for the “monthly membership “ and the site was not easy to navigate. Never saw a buy or skip a month option. I communicated with their chat support who were rude and not helpful. I canceled it all together. The only thing I would recommend is staying away from the 2 for $25 due to the quality of the actual tights. I like the side pockets for the cell phone but when I workout, I have to keep picking up the tights from my waist and adjusting them from my thighs.
Had to make a return for some Leggings I got as a gift from a member. Was expecting a hassle since I wasn’t a member but def got the complete opposite. For starters, dressing room experience is genius... they scan what you’re trying on and it is displayed on a touch screen in your room so that you can request different sizes from employees without getting out of dressing room. When I finally needed to make the exchange, Whitney went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not just make an even exchange, but to apply their current sale to the member pricing my friend has paid for the leggings. So I ended up with a store credit that was def unnecessary
I went here originally for the Demi Lovato event but I had returned to exchange some clothes and do more shopping. I was really impressed with the quality of the clothing. I purchased a sports bra with matching pants and they were EXTREMELY flattering! Even in XL pants, the design never stretched and they looked so good on. The quality feels very nice off and on the body. I used the outfit for dancing last night and the sports bra never moved out of place and the pants (high-waisted) never rolled down either.As far as service goes, it has always been good. Associates have been friendly and helpful over the phone, and in store they were always willing to help me; whether it was finding a fitting room, helping me choose an outfit, or explaining how the membership works.The store itself is very clean and easy to navigate. All in all, very happy with the purchase and I will be returning again next time I need more athletic clothes.

DO not fall for the 2/$25. From the next month on they start dinging your credit card for $50/month! The product is great but you will get screwed with another monthly scam.

I was referred by a co worker to go shop at Fabletics for my up coming to trip to California. I was excited to go as I was looking online at all the nice clothing they have to offer. When I walked in the store not one single person talked to me nor helped me figure out my size. I was really annoyed by the lack of cud omer service and very disappointed. I ended up buying 2 outfits to take on my trip but I wanted more. No one asked me if I would like to become a member. As I see on my receipt staying how much I could have saved if I was a member. Also there was a sign on the counter that also stated free tank if you spend over $79plus but again nothing. I am very disappointed at the customer service and that I did not buy more items but I was ready just to get out of there and go to Dicks Sporting Goods to buy what I need.
Loved the store. Customer Service is wonderful. Clothing great quality. Took a complimentary Pilates class with @tennillethompson . Loved it. VIP Membership is a great deal.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. they are a total rip off.... They will continue to draw money even when you cancel....

My wife and shopped when the store had just opened, the service is great the staff was courteous. unfortunately, the item my wife had purchased fell apart at the seems after the first wash. she was embarrassed to take to take it back. we have not shopped again but probably will return.
When I first started buying fabletics I was size large... now Im a medium. Thats how much I LOVE these clothes

Great quality leggings but customer service was horrible! I was on the phone making an exchange for over 30 min. and never received my shipping label. I had to call them again this morning and nothing was in the system regarding my exchange. I was also exchanging items that came out to $50 for items that were $42.70 and they would not refund me the $7.00 and change for the difference. It was a nightmare and not worth the hassle. I also lost a deal for three shirts that I was trying to exchange items for and they refused to honor the price. No communication from the sales representatives either just an all around headache such a shame because they have a lot of cute options I will just go to nike and get the same quality and price without the rude unhelpful customer service
Not impressed with their customer service online at all. And they make contacting them complicated for even the little tings like cancelling a membership. Not impressed with the online store and its service

I bought some leggings around a month ago online for 2 for 24$ which i thought was a great deal. This morning i woke up to a $45.95 transaction from Fabletics that i did not authorize. I called customer service and they were very rude and told me i signed up for a VIP membership, which i never did, and told me i could get my money back but only in store credit. I had to go to my bank and file a fraud claim to make sure i get my money back. On top of it, they sent me the wrong size leggings and they were awful quality. Do NOT give this website your debit card information!!! I will never be using this website/store again. 0/10

This company isnt even worth one star but that is not an option. They have the worst customer service. They fail to communicate delays in their order fulfillment or shipping. Worse is the customer service line that cannot answer questions properly and end up repeating the same thing over and over again. They dont even have the knowledge or know how to look for the answers to questions regarding the order. They make promises about sending updates by email and that the reason Im not receiving updates is because it is in my spam, and refused to believe me when I explained I had looked in my spam. When their final email came (proof that emails were not in my spam but just not being sent at all) stating they had canceled my membership, despite the fact I hadnt canceled the account in case I wanted to return my items (if they ever came), I am relieved that I no longer have any connection with this company. They tout the VIP membership as such a great thing to be sad about losing, but who really wants to support this company when they dont respect their customers. I recommend you ditch your customer service line if you want to keep any customers.
Shared my info personal address and name with sales companies. In turn causing subscriptions and subsequent charges. In lamens terms- opened the door for endless sales calls as my phone number was shared through the site. Thanks Shamletics!!
