I ordered a double doozie fully iced cookie cake for Halloween. My order was perfect and available for pick up on time. The lady that gave me my cake was friendly and attentive.

Staff was delightful! Ths Best fudge brownie, that Ive ever had, in my entire life, is here! OH WOW, Umph. It was like heaven in my mouth! Its just like, Oh Wow!Malls are irritating to me. I believe this store is inside one. I had to be here, bc of work. Im sorry, not sorry. Icing doesnt go on cookies. This isnt good. Also I usually look at overpriced stores, as this is a ripoff. For that brownie, take my money now.I just need to keep myself away from there. Its really that good.

These people were awesome. Made my kid the cutest pig birthday cake ever. He was so excited. We went to get out of the car and dropped it. He was heartbroken and so were we. Luckily it was early enough for us to call and have another made. Got there to pick it up totally expecting to pay and they gave it to us free. Awesome kind people that made a little boys day. Customer for life.

A large family group of us wandered over here to get cookies for the kids as a treat. The staff was patient with us and our discombobulated ordering and paying behavior! They also did a shout out to people who seemed to be in line behind us and that was good work. They made sure to recognize customers. On our visit it was just a couple of youngsters working so maybe that is why it all went well. In fact they seemed to take it all in stride. I thought it was fine. The kids had slushies or cookies and everyone was happy to choose their own special treat.

I have just recently gotten some frosted sugar cookies from this store. They just melted in my mouth! I think there must have been some kind of change in this store because the service was fast and very courteous. The employee actually seemed to enjoy working there and was interested in what I thought about the cookies. Very nice change! Next time I will check out the Snickerdoodles. Will be returning now that service is better!

The man who works there is awful and that’s a nice way of putting it. He acted like we were inconveniencing him from the get-go. He rolled his eyes at me when my kids wanted a slushy and continued to act annoyed every time I ordered something. My son tapped on his window to point to a cookie he wanted (he’s two) and the jerk working there rudely told him not to touch anything. Once I told him he was being rude he took the cookies from my kids so we had to go elsewhere. This place is the WORST.

Terrible. terrible. terrible.what happened to this place?!? it used to be so good. the young guy working with airpods in his ears is so outwardly rude, completely ignores you, doesn’t help anyone in line, pretends he’s on the phone while 6 people are waiting for more than 15 minutes. he walks to and from the back while still “on the phone”, (but not talking) looks at the people waiting and walks back behind the door...this happens 4 times, and we are all just standing there. not one person has even been helped.he finally gets of his “phone call” and then tells me he can’t take anymore cookie cake orders because he has to make cookies to fill the empty cases.what in the world?!?please hire some new employees that actually care about their job. employees that will actually work.if this is the “customer service” allowed by GAC, then this place won’t last much longer. guess i’ll make the drive to stonebriar mall and order from them.this was a complete waste of time.this kid also doesn’t answer the phone. i called three times to place an order and he never picked up.weird and terrible at the same time.

This is a good company with good employees who work hard and give off good vibes. All of the negative feedback isn’t needed if you don’t like the place just don’t go ! Overall this place is awesome and have good service I hate to see all the negative towards the place when it isn’t needed.

Growing up I loved Great American Cookies, but lately I have been let down by the quality, the shrinking size, and the rising prices of their cookies. $1.79 for the tiny cookie I purchased. They were never this size years ago.I have no reason to be a customer anymore.Customer service could use improvement as well.

Terrible service... waited on hold for almost 10 minutes. Hung up and tried calling back only to repeatedly be sent to voice. How hard can it be to answer a phone and answer a quick question!? Lol
