Delivery was super easy and was only $150 for and entire truck. We will definitely be using them again.

The stones here are nice. Customer service okay but not too friendly. The weighing system is questionable. Instead of weighting one at a time, they weight and then add another bucket. I had three buckets and 1/2 13qt garbage can. Got home and checked weight against what was charged. The bucket weight was the same; however the garbage can was much less in weight. They said the weight was 130 pounds and the weight I got was 89. Thats a big difference. Not sure if I will return. If so, will only purchase one bucket.8/1/2021 This is an update to my review posted on 7/27/2021. After my post, I received a message from Cole asking that I call him . Spoke with Cole by phone and he explained what possibly happened in the mix up and immediately wanted to make things right by refunding me for the difference. From start to finish I got great service. Alex was quick and efficient when selecting my stone and arranging the delivery. When the mulch and stone arrived at the house the delivery drive was super accommodating. I will definitely buy all my landscaping needs from Outdoor Warehouse going forward.

The price the quality The Knowledge a very largs selection & they deliver. In more ways than one. If you are pounding a yard makeover on a big box card....DONT!!!You wont get anything like these selections not in size quality or price.This place will make you re think how you pay for any landscaping at all.

Great experience for us, we changed our order a couple times and OWS was quick to respond to our needs. Delivery was smooth except for me changing were I wanted the pallets set, lol. I have been in the construction business for 30 years and unfortunately you deal with a lot of bad suppliers. OWS did a great job all around and I will use them from now on for my jobs.

I really appreciate all the staff here. Over the past few years, Outdoor Earehouse Supply has been my go to place for our home hardscaping projects. We have built a retaining wall, lots of drainage work, and a stone patio using their supplies. They know me by name, are super patient, and allow me to ask a lot of questions while I have had kids on tow. The pricing is great too. I am thankful for the excellent and consistent service!

My first experience with Outdoor Warehouse exceeded all expectations compared to other nursery/bulk yards. The staff is knowledgable in their inventory and also helped me with design.We have a shaded area about 400sf in a shady corner around a 10x10 shed on concrete piers. Bark mulch was constantly washing away over our retaining wall leaving a muddy mess for our three dogs to track into the house.The folks at Outdoor Warehouse helped with suggesting a natural stone border that will be filled in with decomposed granite (DG) around the shed. Even more amazing is they were able to help match the stone and DG with our 35 year old exposed aggregate pool deck.Continuing to raise the bar they offered to deliver the 2 tons of DG in 2 giant plastic bags with a fork lift and flatbed truck along with the 1 1/2 ton pallet of stone. Considering all our rain in North Texas they advised this would be much easier for me to transfer and less messy than a dump truck pile on my driveway. It rained the same afternoon after delivery and they were right. The nominal extra fee for this delivery was completely worth the expense.If I came up too long on the random length 4x4 stone blocks they suggested a special stone chisel and my rep even showed me how to use it.Admittedly, this is my longest Google review and the whole team at Outdoor Warehouse deserve it. I will definitely be going back for other landscape projects!!!P.S. I was not compensated in any way for this review. It was my pleasure to take the time to recognize exceptional service.

We did a backyard DIY project and had found Outdoor Warehouse online, thought we’d go browse their selection of crushed rocks and larger rocks for lining a walk way. We were blown away by the options and friendly staff who helped us measure out what we needed and get it into our truck. Everything is super reasonably priced and we were given personal attention, despite not spending as much as other customers there. This place has an excellent selection of landscaping materials. I originally came here to purchase some stepping stones for my backyard but ended up buying some shrubs and garden pots as well. The staff was very helpful in assisting in my purchase. I will definitely be back in future!

I LOVE this place. They always have such a great selection of plants and materials to pick from. They are always very knowledgeable about things and have given me great pointers. I’ll definitely be a “regular” there.

I’ve seen nothing but quality customer service, and professionalism from Michael and his staff. Over the last 5 years Outdoor Warehouse has been my first phone call when looking for materials. There are multiple other stone yards in town, but none of them compare in regards to service. I drive an extra 30 miles so that I can order material from their store. We needed to get some stones for use as steps along the side of our house. Their selection of options was second only the helpfulness of their staff. I wouldnt think twice about coming back for any future needs I might have. Highly recommend.

Its rare I give 5 stars, but this company has always been reliable in all aspects. The customer service is always spot on when Im needing help find a specific plant or plants. The delivery process is easy to understand and very quick. Ill be using this company for all my plant needs.

Update:Mr. Taylor came out despite having some personal difficulties which we do appreciate and these difficulties probably contributed to our original difficult experience as family does come before business.His proposed solution was above and beyond what we were expecting and we now have our garage back again and might even be able to park our car again.I believe our previously negative experience was a one time thing caused by a bit of miscommunication coupled with bad timing, but in either case my interactions with Mr. Taylor showed him to be reasonable and as such I feel it is only fair to revise my review to reflect this. He has turned what was going to be a customer who would be a number one critic to a return customer.Thank you,

Great place to shop for all your outdoor projects. My wife and I love to build and renovate things ourselves. This place has all the stuff we need for our outdoor projects in bulk. We just pull up the trailer and they load it up with ease. Everyone there was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. My latest experience was the kicker. Google has the hours of operation incorrect. It says they are open on Saturdays year round (only open Saturdays between the daylight savings periods from Spring to Fall). So when I arrived and noticed that Google had it wrong, I was upset. Luckily for me, Cole was there watering the plants and offered to open the gates just for me so that I could load up the trailer and finish my project. Talk about an awesome company. Thanks to all these guys.

The products we purchased were reasonably priced, customer service was excellent, response to texted questions were immediate, delivery was sooner than expected, and the delivery driver was friendly and respectful of our property. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant buying experience - easily 5 stars.

Bought the plants I needed and they were beautiful and appropriately priced!I bought compost and they loaded everything in my car. This is my new favorite nursery in the entire metroplex, their plants are top quality and their prices are comparable. They have beautiful pottery, not to mention pavers and all types of stones. Alec was great guiding me in there, since it was my first visit!So patient and everyone there was so helpful and nice! Cant wait to come back!
