😍😃😍 These are the best macarons in Texas! I ordered online the 20 Mac Box and got to pick from over 15 flavors and my choice of a beautiful lavender 💜 box. After a little hiccup with shipping issues on my first order, they shipped out a replacement. They came today perfectly packaged and so wonderfully delicious 😋. Thank you Chelles for getting my Macarons to my door step!

These are great macaroons. This is the only thing Chelles Macarons sell. I love the variety and the quality. I took these to European friends and even they approved. By European standards the macaroons are a bit too sweet, but for the local palate, they are perfect.

I have ordered a box of 12 macaroons and she just loved them. The packaging was really good and she received in 2days after doing an online order

Received them as birthday gift, they were wrapped like this tho which is a great idea for store to start doing it.They really tasted delicious.

This shop has the best macarons I’ve ever had! Not to mention it’s the most affordable, you can’t beat $2 macarons! Kyle was very friendly and helpful. We most definitely will be back.

Just purchased a box of 20 from a very nice young man. They look soooo yummy! 😁 And the box is cute and sturdy. Will definitely have to check out their Dallas location too, as it is closer to my home. 👍

Absolutely love Chelles. I’ve ordered a couple times and they are always top notch. Had a slight hiccup with my second order that they MORE than corrected for. Won’t ever go anywhere else for macs again. Nobody else even comes close.

First time here and got a dozen of various flavors and they were all delicious and not very sweet which is a plus! My favorites were lemon berry and Italian cream.

These macaron cookies are delicious! So far, I have tried every flavor and each one is unique and tasty. I strongly recommend picking some up if you live in the Dallas area; if you don’t, order online from anywhere in the US.

There aren’t many good places for macarons in DFW, luckily this place is good! Although some of the macarons didn’t taste fresh & tasted more stale, many of them were fresh. I really liked their red velvet, lemon berry, lemon, Italian cream, birthday cake, & pistachio - not my usual favorites. They are light, moist & flavorful with a crunchy shell. Can’t wait to try more flavors!

Got a 12 pack . All them were good except salted caramel, did not like it BUT, my boyfriend really liked it. Honestly, its trial and error, I got the 12 pack to see what I liked because Ive never had macaroons before and next time I come back, Ill order other flavors and the ones I like :) great service as well!

Great macaroons, this was my first time trying macaroons and I would definitely come back. They also have so many choices like: lemon, strawberry cheesecake, coffee, birthday cake, mango, cookie dough, etc. I would definitely recommend this place.

Update: One week since I e-mailed them, and I received no response. Terrible customer service.I had a pretty bad experience here. Came on February 13 for a pick-up order, and the place reeked like a butcher shop. The young man that helped me was not wearing a mask, a beard net or a hair net (a beanie, instead,) and did not change his gloves in between transactions. On top of that, the quality of the macarons was subpar. They were crunchy like oreos, and hollow on the inside. Stay away from this place, its dirty and poor quality.

Ordered online I paid for a assortment pack where I chose my own flavors. The sent me what they wanted me to have. Nothing like I ordered. Poor Customer Service.

Absolutely delicious! Moist, highly creative monthly flavors and flavorful standard macarons. Fruity pebbles, raspberry rose, and lemon berry are my favorite.

I bought a pack for my boyfriend as a surprise while I was traveling for work. They arrived quickly and apparently were delicious. The ability to write a note is a nice touch too. Fair price and fast shipping, no complaints here :)

Good macarons..was expecting a lot more but still good place for decent macarons. The coffee and tiramisu flavors were delicious.

There is nothing French about these Macarons. The shells are dense, the filling is basically frosting. Sorry but these are not authentic.

Ive visited the Plano location and LOVED the macarons I bought from there. They were absolutely delicious. I decided to order some via postal delivery and was disappointed to say the least. The dry ice or whatever the cooling ice pack was did not keep the macarons cool and they ended up being a mix of mushy or dry. Not one of the macarons I ordered was like the ones I had from the Plano location. Freshness makes a difference and the shipping option does not lend to fresh macarons. If Im ever near a Chelles location again Ill go in and order some but Ill never order online again.

Worst experience ever I ordered these to be delivered to my wife on Saturday which was told would not be a issue . Its almost Thursday and still not received them made 8 phone calls can not get no response. Will NEVER buy from this company again

These macarons are absolutely delicious. I adore how colorful and creative these french pastries are. It is a special treat to pick up a small box for myself and enjoy with a cup of coffee. The have a variety of flavors to choose from--my favorites are the lemon berry and raspberry rose. I first discovered Chelles at the Dallas Farmers Market a couple of years ago and fell instantly in love.The service could be friendlier, especially at the Plano location. I had walked in and looked directly at the lady who would be providing assistance, saying hello before I was ever greeted in return. That was after the lady slowly stood up from her stool and reluctantly walked away from the iPad on the table, as if I was disturbing her with my presence. The entire time I was there (which was all of 5 minutes) I felt that I was not welcome there and that I should leave as quickly as possible.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! The employee was simply wonderful. And the macarons are unbelievably good. They fully live up to the hype.One thing - yall may want to look into updating your hours of operation on Google. I was trying to come for weeks, but was never able to make it because yall were closed. Come to find out after talking to the employee, youre open much later!

This company totally ruined my surprise gift for my husbands birthday. Placed an order with promises of delivery for the date and then late afternoon was told.it was out of their local delivery range. If I had known earlier I could have had a courier pick them up or made.other arrangements. They did not go out of their way to solve the problem or help. Would never reccomend this company. Very poor service.
