I like it has more selection on furniture indoor, outdoor its bigger clean very friendly employee s good customer services expect the manager that was there he couldve been more friendly without the attitude I asked for help he just ignored me smh found what I needed i recommend this place

This perfect gentleman made my wife and I feel like highly valued customers should with his world-class service. We were in need of some options to furnish a small apartment dwelling and Michael delivered. He shared his knowledge and expertise with us which guided us to make the best decision. Organized, clean, & easy to get around store. Plenty of home decor, they are good at sticking current & upcoming events. Cashier was pleasant & patient with me.

Although Big Lots still has good prices on some items, the store is no longer the bargain hunters paradise it used to be. Their prices for every day products are comparable to those in department stores and large grocery chains.They do have friendly staff, theyre well-stocked, and the store is very clean.But dont go there expecting to save money - youre better off watching the weekly sales circulars at other stores.

I would only reccomend coming here for home decor. The have a lot of seasonal items, blankets/covers, bath mats, candles and even furniture. Other than that I wouldnt say you be saving money shopping here unless there is specific promotonal deal going. Very friendly employees as well.

I love the furniture department at big lots they have something for every budget. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. This location is not in my neighborhood I went there to pick up an order that I placed online and the process was quick and easy.

Some locations are very stocked while others look like they are going out of business. This particular location seemed ok on stock given coming out of a pandemic. The staff was very friendly.

Michael M. in furniture is a great guy! Ask for him. He will help you with kindness, patience and efficiency! We went in just before closing on a Saturday night and he helped us with our purchase all the way through figuring out how to get it home. His attitude was awesome!

Didnt realize they sold Ashley Furniture at some pretty good prices.

Big Lots appears to have changed from a place where you could normally go and buy seconds to a place thats trying to be more of a big box provider and in all honesty their prices are no longer cheap or even competitive their stock is generally lacking and the stores are set up in a wider footprint but I dont feel like Im getting anything more or better so I really wasnt impressed

This store is a little disorganized re merchandise placement, but liked the choices, and I liked the young girl, Payton, who was our cashier.

People should visit this store. You never know what youll find. Good selection of nuts and dried fruit.

The store was well lit and had few customers in the store. The store was out of the weekly Friday free item. They were good about bring the carts in from the parking lot. Lots of furniture in the store. They have lots of Christmas decorations.

Trying to buy a stand for my TV Patiently waited over 20 minutes for the guy on the floor to finish his conversation with his family members that happened to show up he was so involved with them he ignored us completely.... Or he just doesnt like white people. Either way I left without A TV stand.

Everywhere you see theres some clearance and low price products showing. Depending on the season youre in of the year, you find different stuff. But theres also a section where you find all year items.

Never a good experience at this store. Not sure why I keep going back. Management is rude and no one wants to help you. Alot of folks walking around looking busy. I always feel like they are running away from me.

The girl that checked us out was not very helpful whatsoever and she didnt have any personality. The store could use a little straightening up.

I walked into this Big Lots 10/09/2020 at 7:30 ish pm. It was clean and really nice looking compared to other Big Lots I had been to. I was greeted and helped, not in an annoying way, but in an actually helpful way. Michael was especially helpful in answering my questions about furniture. He helped me find the table I wanted and let me know when the furniture was likely to cycle out so I could plan when to buy the stools that go with the table. He promptly helped me purchase and then loaded my car with the table. Honestly couldnt ask for a better experience! This Big Lots rivals IKEA for me. Who needs a crowded IKEA when you have a close-by Big Lots with stellar customer service? Thanks to everyone who helped me out that night finding the perfect table for my needs.

I like this store but they never have anything Im looking for.

Basically they have a little bit of everything, except food.

Prices were a bit higher than I expected but did find some good buys.

Clean inside has most of all the house whole things from patio to bedroom

Dont like it as well as the old big lots that was on independence and 15th

Great store.. great customer service... when I entered I was greeted and was asked if I needed a basket...the young man offered to get it for me and informed me the basket have been previously sanitized.

Cashier was super friendly considering it is Xmas Eve.

I went in this evening to buy TV dinner trays. I walked all over the store and there was no one around anywhere to help. There was several associates near the register but none on the sales floor. I finally asked a guy and he pointed where they were on the other side of the store. I looked another 20 minutes and still couldnt find them so I just left. Horrible customer service

Clean, not crowded, merchandisedisplays spaced out to allow for social distancing, employees all wore masks. Has been my favorite Biglots to shop for years.

They have mid-quality furniture but nice and affordable. A great assortment of household items. And it was overflowing with Christmas decorations.

I like big lots, they have a very nice line up of things one needs to customize or improve your home or apt. And the quality and prices of thier products are impressive as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I try and visit them when I need something. But I also buy things from Walmart and another place Ive found. either way I recommend big lots for your home needs.

Who don’t like biglots??? Hands down a good place to find all the things you didn’t think you needed. I say that because every time I go into that store I come out with more than I originally went in there for. GO FOR BROKE!!!! Worth the stop any day.

Nice furniture and help with finance is there but you gotta ask for it. They are always nice when i go in there. They have all sorts of things for everyone and even a few cute things for the furrbabies

Best, largest, and cleanest Big Lots Ive ever been to. I purchased two Simmons couches (Made in USA) about 6 months ago and a wicker patio furniture set (Made in China unfortunately) recently. Staff was very helpful and nice during both purchases.UPDATE: There was a great sale on the wicker furniture a week after my purchase, so I took in my receipts to see if they would honor the discount. The manager working was friendly and promptly got me taken care of. I was even able to purchase another chair with the credit!

They remodeled this store and apparently have new employees as well.Such a big difference from the previous employees they had. The little blond cashier is very nice and friendly.Just wish the stores had everything they claim they have on the website.

Great customer service! Greeted right when we walked in the door. Kaitlyn helped us find what we were looking for at another location.

Dog food, soda, OTC medicine, and home cleaning products are usually such a good deal here. Also great if you need some inexpensive kitchenware or holiday items. The groceries can be hit or miss but half the fun is unexpectedly coming across something that would normally cost an arm and a leg in a normal store for $3.

Big Lots is great for what it is, and I found discounted Christmas items that had sold out elsewhere! Good job!

It used to have a larger variety of merchandise, but lately they focused on furniture. The international imports were better represented, too, which made Big Lots an interesting place to go. Especially that prices were better than Pier Imports and the kind.

I like this Big Lots. The store was cleaner than other locations, and it wasnt barren. The staff were friendly, too. Parking was easy. As for everything else... Pricing and decor are standard among the franchise.

Shelves are empty and need to be restocked. Didn’t find anything special here.

Furniture prices are very reasonable & they have a good layaway plan.

Some of their merchandise can be a good buy. Some of its the same price as a regular store. Be sure you know what the regular price is before you go in so you dont get ripped off! Manufacturers coupons arent accepted. It might pay to shop online at Dollar Tree or 99 Cents Only while youre here.

I visit this location on many occasions for various needs. I found that this is by far the BEST spot to purchase Mach 3 Razors. The price savings compared to big chains such as Walmart is worth the stop alone. I sometimes find that the selection of misc items from home to office allows me to shop for various aspects of my life in one trip. Worth a stop in, if you havent already.

Bought a bed, mattress set, and kitchen island. The furniture salesman, Ron, was very helpful. Helped load everything onto the truck. Was very patient as we changed our minds a few times.The bed is Ashely Furniture and great quality. Its the same bed sold at the Ashely Furniture stores (or at least online, where I was checking) but for a couple hundred bucks. Mattress is Sealy brand, about $100 less than other mattress stores

This location is the largest, best organized Big Lots Ive seen.

Yes it is store which has from 1c to the extent to roam without anything buying is very tough here I loved to go this shop because we can find cheaper as well as higher price ..Decorative things will be there in clearance all time..

This is a well laid out store. They dont have as much furniture as other Bog Lots, but they have a good selection of the rest. I like their prices.

I usually just try and hit the sales here - other than that their usual prices are decent - my biglots sofa made it about 5 years before the leather started to flake everywhere but as the old adage goes - you get what you pay for lol
