Bought my RE GT650 from them. Cole was extremely helpful throughout the 2 week process. Helped me throughout the selection, and even when they didnt have the one I wanted he called me back the morning they got 4 new ones delivered. Went that same day to put down a deposit and signed for it the next day with Zigzag. Exceptional customer service from both and pretty much everyone in the building was super cool. You can tell there is a good and healthy work environment just by how they treat their customers. Ill 100% be doing business in the future with them.

My riding partner has a Kawasaki and they were even willing to do a rear tire replacement for her, same day. Awesome, highly recommend!

Everyone is great! I took my Ducati in for maintanice on a recall, and sitting there I over heard a conversation between a couple of employees in the service department. This normally is nothing to mention. What caught me off guard was the simple question, was he (customer) happy? The reply was yes, followed by thats great thats what I like to hear. I dont know about you, but to hear that they are genuinely concerned about a customers thoughts even after the customer has since been gone just took me back. Gave me a since of confidence that I my bike will be taken care of, and worried about the customer.

Had a great experience buying a new Triumph here. Everyone was super nice and really helpful on any questions I had. I got the chance to test ride the bike before purchase as well. I originally went in just to check out one of theres and compare it to the MT-09 but after the ride I had to go with the Triumph. They gave me a pretty good deal on my trade in bike and a discount on accessories for the bike.Recently I had a small issue with the bike and brought it in. Their service depart talked with me through the issue and resolved it quicker than I had expected. I liked how deeply they looked as well. From comparing it to the same model they had on the floor and taking a decent test ride. So while their service department always seems busy it looks like they have it flowing pretty well.

In February I took my 1199 to European Cycle Sports. Nothing really wrong, it was just idling a little rougher than normal on startup, so I decided to get the fluids changed out before the summer and since I live close to them, I took the convenience into account for this decision.First call: Bad fuel in the tank. Needs to be flushed.Second call: Fuel regulator is not working properly. – Odd as I rode it up there without a hint of any problemsThird Call: Cam cover is leaking and Water pump is leaking. – yet not a drop of anything in my garage where it sits after every ride.At this point I was quoted approximately $4000 to get everything taken care of. Things that suddenly appeared after drop-off. Needless to say, I was somewhat suspicious. However, I am close to the Desmo service mark so I asked if they could just do that. I was quoted $2700 additional to the $4000. I refused…this was absurd considering my bike was running fine. After $600+ for just fluids (not even sure they did that) I picked up my bike and after 1 mile it became un-rideable. Intermittent gas, died several times, could not get enough power to get out of 2nd gear. I managed to limp and push it home…FURIOUS! My bike WAS FINE! After European Cycle Sports it’s no longer rideable.Trailered it to AMS on March 8th and explained the issue. First thing they found was that the plug connector under the tank was broken and that explained the intermittent gas issue. The Fuel regulator was fine. They agreed that if the cam cover and water pump was leaking that it would be covered during the DESMO service. By the way, the quote from AMS for Desmo was significantly cheaper than Euro’s. Last thing is that they said when the clutch is pulled there is an over-rev of the engine. This has them stumped and at this point the bike is still sitting there at AMS since March.I have total confidence in AMS and the quality of work they do…yes, they are slow AF, but it’s done right. Basically what this all comes down to is I will not have my bike back this summer and frankly no idea when I will get it back. I will NEVER allow the clowns at European Cycle Sport to lay a finger on my bike EVER AGAIN. As much as I love my Ducati, I am beginning to regret buying one.Response to the Owner:I have not had a bad experience with AMS at all. Simon has been up front and honest. AMS is known to be slow but their work is solid in all my past experience. My ISSUE in this review is with European Cycle Sports. Perhaps you should read again or get someone to explain it to you. The issues I raised here are in my opinion created by what I believe to be sloppy work by European Cycle Sports.

I had my bike in for some work and had some issues that were hard to figure out. They had the bike for 6-8 weeks the first time. Took it back a second time for some other issues after I had the first issue fixed. Had problems as far as what I was being charged for the work since it related to the first time they had the bike. I was helped by a different person the second time and told him the history of the first time the bike was in. I was not happy when I picked up the bike. I had Jake help me the first time and he called back a few days later and discuss what happened and was more than fair on making things right! That’s a big deal since I had already picked up the bike and had paid what they charged me, they could have easily not done a thing to make things right but they did! I’m two states away....I take a gutted van to haul it and just hope for the best. This was the most positive experience I’ve had purchasing not just a bike but any vehicle period. And that’s 100% due to Jon Dominguez. That guy is about as genuine as it gets. It was all smiles from the first phone call reaching out and ended with him and his guys putting and strapping down (properly) my new Ducati in minutes. The bike was a killer deal and it was everything he said it was. I drove 12 hours one way in good faith and I don’t regret a mile of it. Hello everyone, Ive been taking my BMW s1000rr to this shop for maintenance ever since I purchased it earlier this year. First of all, I want to say that Ive received nothing but AMAZING customer service from this shop. Ive worked with Jon Rutherford a couple times now to get a service order written up and hes been phenomenal! Jon is very professional, friendly and stays true to what he knows! If he doesnt have an answer for you, rather than giving you an off the cuff answer, he will get the right person involved. He also took the time to inform me about a job I was thinking about having done that ended up not being necessary and would have cost me lots of money and downtime if Id gone through with it. I appreciate that honesty so much as honest people are hard to find in this industry. Another awesome award goes to Cory for taking the time to come out of the garage to talk to me about a noise my engine was making that had me concerned and ended up not being anything but normal. Cory also gave me a couple warning signs to look out/listen for if they ever happen so Ill know when to bring the bike back in. I freaking loved that!! Next, Id like to highlight Eric over in parts who is another awesome guy who is straight up hilarious at times; its impressive that although hes been riding a Harley for years, I can still have a conversation with him about my BMW; hes super knowledgeable about his stuff! Hes also helped me a couple times with finding the correct solvents for cleaning/lubricating my bikes final drive and he also helped me find and order an OEM replacement cam chain tensioner recently. Lastly, Ive also had an outstanding experience with Derek at the service desk! He wrote up my first service order when I visited ECS for the first time, and has always been very friendly and professional to talk to! This shop has an amazing team! Everyone does their part here and they do it extremely well! If I could give this place 10 stars I totally would because this has been the best shop Ive been to in the 18 years Ive been riding! Thank you so much!!

I hardly ever write reviews, I feel like I owe it to these guys to let y’all that you’re in good hands with them.I brought my bike in to have some mods done and spoke with one of the service reps about the work, and came up with a ballpark number of what the cost would be. 2 days after dropping the bike off I received a call from the rep telling me that they halfway through with the job, but needed to tell me that the work was going to be double the price that we had talked about. I was a little on the furious side because it was way more than I planning on spending for cosmetic mods and I never would have gone for it at that price. I thought it was too much to ask since they had already put some of the parts on, but I asked if they could just put my original parts back on and I could just take the bike somewhere else and get it done. Jake, the service manager, without hesitation told me that it would not be a problem. When I came to pick the bike up he even through in some handlebar grips, that I was planning on putting on the bike for free.I haven’t done business with many companies that try as hard as these guys to make their customer happy.

Overall dissatisfied with the motorcycle that was advertised as being in great shape & well maintained, but in reality had significant damage that had been hidden from my view. The purchase experience was worse than the undisclosed damage to the bike. They deposited my check on the 5th of the month and I finally received the bike a month later. The owner was good enough to credit back the $349 for the shipping charge. However, regarding the damage that had gone unmentioned by the salesperson and not being disclosed in the advertisements, the General Manager backed down from his given word of well make this right & we wont screw you over and said We hope you enjoy your purchase, this matter is closed. Upon offering to take the matter to small claims court, the owner wrote dont try that legal BS, but then the next day seemed to have a change of heart (maybe his lawyer advised him his company had falsely represented the condition of the motorcycle, and it was easily provable). In the end, the owner offered to replace some of the damaged parts, but not all, AND would not cover labor for the work needed, AND I would need to sign a waiver..... Anyway, live and learn, wont be back to this place, nor should you.

I had a tire problem and needed a quick tire replace for a Suzuki DL1000 for a ride that day. They had a large inventory of tires, were able to fit me in and quickly turned around the tire mount at a very reasonable price and despite being very busy and not for a brand bike in their specialty.
