Customer Service second to none! Jeff and the team at Affordable are awesome. They built an 8 ft board-on-board cedar fence for us almost a year ago, and it still looks great. Yesterday I noticed that we had a couple of boards that were splitting and places where the knots in the wood left small holes in the fence. I sent him a message through their website, and they came out that same day to replace all of the boards with any kind of damage. They have a great product, but the customer service is what really makes them stand out. Thank you, Jeff.

Affordable Fence Company did a great job putting together my fence! They were able to come out within a couple days of my first message to them, and they gave me a good deal. I have worked with 2 other fence companies before at previous addresses and had issues (like felt overcharged and then the fence ended up leaning), so I was originally just going to do the whole fence myself. However, after they came over so quickly and gave me a good offer, we agreed to let them try to get as far as they could on the fence for the good price. They finished the fence and the gate for me within 5 hours. I still need to get a new fence put up on the other sides of my house, so it’s nice to know a good company to call when the time comes to start those projects. Thank you for your help!

I first became aware of Affordable Fence Company a few months ago when I saw their work in my neighborhood. After seeing 3 different jobs they did it became apparent to me their work is consistently great! Their crews are very capable of building a fence on un-level ground, around trees and electric transformers. Jeff helped me work with a difficult neighbor in order to get the job done right. The company offers a great warranty and finished product at a great price. They hand select the materials so you dont end up with warped or cracked boards. Their communication was phenomenal and the work done was amazing. So very pleased with AFC, they tore out my old chain link and built a new cedar side by side; all work was completed in two days and it looks fantastic. They also put in dog windows customized to the size I wanted and made sure there were no gaps anywhere under the gates or in between the fence and sides of house. I would absolutely use them again, I have already referred friends to them.

Affordable Fence Company replaced my old fence with a 6-foot board-on-board fence, ~161 linear feet, cedar pickets, metal posts, and ~90 feet of wood retaining wall.- Jeff (owner) responded quickly to questions. Some other fence companies were much harder to communicate with.- Price was comparable to other estimates (not highest or lowest).- Installation included haul off of old fence and city permits. Some other fence companies would have the homeowner handle the permits.- Great warranty: 10 years on fence and gate, 15 years on leaning posts, retaining wall for life of fence.- Fence and retaining wall posts all set 3 feet deep, so they are less likely to lean. Most of the other fence companies I contacted had lower standards.- Construction quality by the crew was outstanding. The work started and finished on schedule without cost overrun.- Cleanup during and after construction was very good without any loose nails or screws left.I highly recommend Affordable Fence Company.

Our fence was on its last legs, so I checked out reviews on Yelp and reached out to a couple of companies. One company never got back to me, but Affordable Fence called back right away and gave me a ballpark figure using Google Maps to estimate the fence length. My property is less than 10 miles from their office, but since I live in Garland not Richardson they will not provide services. If you live east of North Star Road they will not service your area unless you live in Richardson. I understand service areas, but you need to have clear guidelines and post it on your website so potential customers do not waste their time.
