I am delighted with the service I received from Plano Bath. I needed replacement opaque glass for a broken bathroom window. The exact texture was identified immediately and, because a large enough sheet was not in stock, Plano Bath ordered in a sheet and cut it to my exact size within 25 hours.

We ordered a new frameless shower glass enclosure from Plano Bath for a new shower we had installed. We got the call from the company that our glass had arrived a week earlier than originally estimated. Roy and Juan arrived the next day and did a great job installing the new enclosure. They were finished with the work and on their way in less than two hours.Were very pleased with the work Plano Bath did and can highly recommend them!

Our experience was outstanding with Plano Bath LLC. They came to my home and measured for a glass door and half wall. They showed me several options for instillation and made sure everything was how I wanted it before they left. I assumed it would take a while for the glass to come in and be cut, but I got a call that it was ready for installation in no time! The instillation experience was just as good as the first. One of the WORST experiences of customer service I’ve ever had. My family came in to make some window screens for our home, and we stupidly ordered all of screens we needed from this horrible place paying the full price for all of them. They said they would call us to pick up our screen as soon as they came in, however more than a week and a half passes by with no call. When we call them to simply inquire about the order, the staff on the phone is rudest I’ve ever heard and acts like they have no time to take our call. They tell us they will call when the order is ready and not to call them. We then go in to the shop to ask about the order as its been more than two weeks since its been ordered, and again experience rude answers and some of the worst customer service. They repeated that they would call when it came in, even though its already been over two weeks, and since we paid in full there’s nothing we can do but wait. No answers or help was given and they were just plain impolite and insulting. Finally able to receive our order almost a month later. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They do not know how to treat their paying customers. I will never go back here, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I got solar screens from Plano Bath, they came and measured and were very professional. After pricing around we found they were also very reasonable in their pricing! The owner assured us if we had any problems to let him know. Thanks to them now my electric bills have been cut down😃

Horrible company to deal with and I would never recommend them...paid $3k for a shower door that leaks all over the floor..after they get paid they will tel you that a shower door isn’t water proof and it should leak water everywhere...call them to come see why and they say a shower door isn’t supposed to keep out water...we are in the process of getting paperwork filed for small claims court...if youHave any questions about this company feel free to contact me

Terrible terrible terrible customer service, if I can give you 1/2 star I would. Customers show up at the store, no greeting to customers when they walk in. The staffs seem like they dont care, just ignore customers. The staffs have no knowledge, cant even give any suggestions when customers ask. Please dont come here if you want decent customer service.

Its a local small business and that is the ONLY reason I didnt gave them 1 star...I didnt want the 1 star to effect their family business but I hope the owner will read the review.I was looking for an L part to enforce my shower glass. I searched on google and found this small local business. I always prefer to give my business to a small mom and pop shop.I went in and waited to get attention while the man and women keep talking to each other (I was the only customer at the store). The guy turned to me and said:Yah?I told him what Im looking for and he said why you are coming 15 min before we close? and turn his head back to the women and said come back tomorrow. Thats It. Very poor customer service. Very rude.This wasnt some high school student that worked there part time and doesnt really care.They were adult. Maybe even the owners, I dont know.After reading the reviews on Yelp and google, I understood that it wasnt only my feeling.

I have been driving past Plano Bath for over 20 years, so when I needed new frameless shower glass cut and installed, they were someone that I would get a quote from. Since their pricing was comparable to others, I signed up. Their are not many times in life, when the finished product turns out better than expected - but WOW - did it ever. This glass is so heavy duty, its like bullet proof glass compared to my old David Weekley model home junk. It is solid as a rock and could not be any more beautiful. The hardware is awesome as well. Not only are the brushed nickel hinges gorgeous, they are extremely solid and appear that they should well outlast me. The installer Roy and his helper were clean, super friendly, and were total pros in every way. I see no reason to ever shop for shower enclosures any where else, Im just sorry that I waited so long to have my shower glass done correctly. Thanks Plano Bath - you rock !

I called to talk about windows for my home. I got very blunt rude answers. Fine with me. My money can go somewhere else. These people might want to consider they are in the customer service business. But what do I know?

Had an attempted home invasion (someone threw a large landscaping stone through our master bedroom window, but didnt enter). Called at 8am when they open. Edwin was dispatched immediately, and had our window repaired in less than 2hrs total. That includes a storm window, and a trip back to the shop to get more glass, since I wasnt correct in the description of the window.Edwin did a fantastic job, and was very professional. He cleaned up all of the glass inside and out.The cost of replacing three panes of glass on short notice was much cheaper than I expected (under $200). Thanks, Plano Bath!

Ordered glass inserts for my table, gave them measurements and everything fit perfectly. Great service at a great price. Will do business with them always!

After spending a considerable amount of money purchasing a shower door in the past, I asked them if they could install a mirror in a second bathroom. I was told that 1) they were too busy, and 2) since the mirror was not purchased from them, they would not install it, even though they previously did this for my master bathroom. However, they gladly offered to install a bevel if I brought the mirror to them. Not a good way to treat return customers, but a very easy way to lose business.

Very poor customer service. No greeting when you come in. Charged me over 20 dollars for the seal for the bottom of my frameless glass shower door. (I found it somewhere else for less than half that- but had already cut mine at home). When I asked them the best way to trim it to fit, they flippantly said a hacksaw. If they had good customer service skills, they would have offered to cut it for me (since I had my old one with me - would have been a simple thing to do). Much better customer service and prices at a big box store or Amazon. I usually like to support local businesses, but I wont be returning to this one.

The people who work and Plano Bath were very friendly and helpful in selecting materials for a new shower. When the shower handle developed a problem, they fixed it promptly. I would recommend Plano Bath.

Scheduled an appointment 8 days in advance, since Plano Baths estimator Randall was too busy. That didnt help. Randall did not show up, nor called.When I called Plano Bath for explanation, the guy on the phone told that he doesnt have me in the schedule. And I certainly felt that he was bothered by my call. Just like the Jonathan Harris posted here, I think my money should go where I would be treated like a customer, not like a bother.

I went to their showroom three times for shower door estimate. The lady and another man in office were very rude in person and on the phone. They just don’t care customers’ business. Never want to do business with such rude peoples.

A price Im willing to pay, timely execution, friendliness and professionalism from estimate to install.

A little over 2 years ago, we had a frameless shower door and side panel placed in our master bath shower by Plano Bath. It is still beautiful in appearance and functions very well. We are careful to make sure that the sheetrock around the shower is dry once we are out of the shower. This is just a concern for all frameless showers. We couldnt be happier with the service and the performance.

Very rude, refuse to cut a piece of mirror, because it had tape crossed for safety, they said they wouldnt cut it even if I removed where they would cut, a no service at all answer. Sad we had always refered them to clients. BAD BUSINESS! It deserves less then a star.

I ordered a piece of custom Mirror from this place and picked up after a few days they had it all wrapped up and loaded up in my car for me, when i got home and unwrapped the mirror it had a chip in one corner so i called the store they told me that i made the chip in the mirror and were extremely rude to me and agreed to order me another piece, so i ordered few more mirrors from them just to be nice .when i went to pick up my new order the owner was so rude, he said he will not wrap up the mirror and refused to load it in the car for me and his and the employee Julie kept on accusing me of breaking the mirror .I will never again do business with this place, very very un professional business man and very rude .

This place should have a sign White Only on the door. A very disturbing situation for the city of Plano.
