Its confusing if you have not been in here before but if you ask they are willing to help you understand how it works. You can either take the food home to heat up or have them heat it up for you in another area. You can also order from the area where they heat the food up.There are many sections & Friday is pizza day.I must say the food had great flavor!! It was a little pricey but the flavor makes it worth going back for sure. Definitely a different type of experience.

Omgosh❤ The owner started a hamburger joint called Fuddruckers which he franchised and sold. This is a beautiful upscale market catering to upscale palates. Pricey but quality always demands more $. And todays times everyone is paying more. Truck and inventory shortages etc. You know the deal.just walking in I felt like I was on a foodie field trip. Having just had my pupils dialated I couldnt see prices lol. But I saw the array of food catering to every foodies dream. From the freshly baked goods and roasted coffees and teas to lunch lines for sushi 🍣 or mouth watering brisket. 😋 The staff is so lovely and accomodating . I stayed for lunch and ate outside. Let me post pictures they will show and tell as words do not do this place justice!Wine selection was impressive as well. Half bottles and full bottles plus beer local IPAs etc. 👌 perfect loved it We all eat through out eyes first . This immaculately dressed gourmet market was perfect. A gourmets dream is so worth the trip !

Lots of options in this place. There is a grill line with daily meal specials to select. There is a sandwich like with loads of bread, meat, cheese and topping options. Similarly there is a great salad bar with as many or more options. They have a great selection of meal components to put together at home including wines and desserts.

Kind of a weird experience for me this last time I went, and it really just came down to the checkout process. The associate said they were ready for the next customer as someone was walking across my path, so I waited a moment and approached like normal. The associate didnt really acknowledge me at all, and just talked to a customer at the register next to me the entire time. It seemed like they knew each other, a regular customer perhaps, so I get that. But even as we wrapped up, still no acknowledgement that I existed, no thanks, have a good day, nada. She just took the receipt, kind of crumpled it for some reason (that felt unnecessarily aggressive lol) and threw it in my bag...thats how I knew I was good to go/They had a fairly snide sign about masks at the entryway, so maybe I offended them by wearing my mask; thats the only reason I can think of for why theyd treat me so gruff. Sometimes people arent having a good day, but they seemed perfectly pleasant to the other customer. I dont know... but it was pretty awkward for me.Did some research on the owner afterward, and seems like theyve been involved in some small controversies recently too.To each their own, but I just dont think this is the place for me anymore. :(

Costumer service no so good. Went in wearing sweats, they were inattentive. They should treat people equally. Same lady, super nice to my wife. Same lady, very rude to me, had a hard time ordering. When my wife walked up, she was all peaches, it was like night and day. My wife, pretty young white girl. Me, bearded Mexican. This made me feel very bad, not sure if we will be going back.

Great place with huge selection of food to eat. Not deli style, everything is $/lbs. So costs rack up very quick. Like A La Carte by the pound. Everything looks super fresh, go try it.

Amazing! First time there - service was great. Wore a mask, not everyone did but we stayed away from those that didnt. Food offerings were good. Desserts are so cute!! Some are very rich, some are okay -- not much. I love the sandwiches. Best things there hands down. Delicious 🤤.

The blood orange lemonade blew me away. Better than I expected!The food, how could you go wrong with food STRAIGHT OFF THE GRILL mid Tuesday meal of lobster STUFFED salmon. My sides of choice (always the case) the filling mashed potatoes & the creamy mac n cheese.Also had creme brûlée, destroyed it before I got the chance to take a pic, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

$12.49 for a salad only to find this. Luckily I saved my receipt so that I can get a refund. When we visited there were flies everywhere. This location is absolutely filthy. We will never frequent this place again.

I love this location. It’s not the closest one to me but they have the king ranch casserole when I need it. My husband is obsessed with it. And for good reason, it’s so good. I love this place. The people working there are always so friendly.

I have picked up there to deliver, but I have it on my list of destination eateries. Amazing choices...salads made to order or prepared....breads that have that aroma we all love.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Found some wonderful tasty cupcakes and delicious food to last us at least two days!!The only downside was I had trouble pushing my full basket thru the door that does not side and also needed to be pushed. A customer was nice to help me navigate my way to my handicapped parking spot.

Eatzis is always fabulous. I had the turkey meal with green beans and mashed potatoes and everything was absolutely perfect! Its enough for 2 meals and the taste is wonderful!

Best salad in town......My last 2 visit, They acted has if they didnt want to wait on me, 2 people fixing salads and sandwiches looked at me but not asked if they could help me, I was the only customer standing here, They all was acting like they were doing something on the wall were the lettuce is keep. I used to love stopping by here for breakfast before work or during my lunch break. Stopped by for the first time recently since the pandemic started, and they have a very smug sign on the door talking about how masking is a personal choice. Enter inside, and none of the employees are wearing masks. In a pandemic where over 600k have died in this country alone.If eating food prepared by unmasked employees who are around the general public in an enclosed space all day long is your thing, go for it. But Im out.

Superb food from the deli. The food in the bakery section is quite delicious. Do go when youre hungry for you might take home more than originally planned. Lol

Today I walked in to Eatzis and of course they had those delicious pastries just right there in the Walkway as you walk through the door. Such perfect marketing strategy for those who cannot pass up such delicious sweets.

Management is good, they have the most delicious meals.Turkey meat loaf is very tasty. It’s a nice place to go for meals, and relatively healthy choices.

Eatzis is a magical food emporium. They create so much food in such specialized and spectacular ways it overwhelms you at first.After I take in 10 deep breaths to centre myself, I go hunting for that elusive item I have either never had before, or had once when I was on a Italian sabbatical.Hyperbolic? Maybe, overstated? Not a chance.

We have Eatzis Market 3 to 4 times a week. The normal routine is the rotisserie chickren and 2 sides $14.95. Just awesome. The fresh humus and salad is also one of the staple item we routinely add to the grocery list.

Every time I go to Eatzis, I leave extremely happy. I live in McKinney, and wish there was one closer, however until them, I will continue to visit the Plano location. The food is always fresh, and served with a smile.

Fun atmosphere — good food. Grab an easy dinner from the grill or custom sandwich/salad bar. Avocado toast is great for breakfast. Do yourself a favor and pick up a loaf of the 4 cheese bread — I’d recommend toasting it. Last but not least my husband will drive 15 minutes each way for their UNsweet peach iced tea. If you are an iced tea person, it really is on point.

Eatzis is the best place to pick up dinner when you dont want junk food. You can have your own salad or sandwich built, and they have tons of options, including gf bread for the sandwiches. You can ask to sample dressings before you choose. They also have high-end food available if you are serving people at home and dont want to cook, but the salads and sandwiches are quality food at really good prices. They have fun drink options, and dont forget to grab a loaf of bread for the gluten-lovers in your house! They also have a pretty good wine selection. They have multiple register areas to check out, so waiting never feels long, in spite of the high number of people who come in and out. We have six picky eaters in our house, and every one gets excited about Eatzis.

One of the best places to get a cake for any occasion, especially for last minute surprises. They have a wide range of cake flavors. I was a little confused on which flavor to get, and one of the chefs there was happy to give me a sample and help me narrow down on one. You cannot go wrong with their Italian Cream!

Great place, people friendly. Items expensive but very good, though did buy premade wrap, Cesar chicken wrap, had it for lunch next day, it wasnt great. I know if I made it, it would taste better. not quite sure the problem but didnt want to save the other half. otherwise, their tuna was great, and havent tried their jumbo shrimp yet but looks delish.

Always amazing service, fresh food, vibrant atmosphere, just makes food fun... and delicious! I try to get something different every time, and its always great. My favorite thing to do is walk up to the custom sandwich area and just ask them to use their imagination and craft me something. So, so, so, so good! Never been disappointed. Their knowledge of which flavors work together makes each sandwich unique and just badass.

This used to be an AMAZING place to go since everything in there was fresh, therefore didnt mind spending the extra $ since it is expensive! But this latest visit left us extremely disappointed! The circle of food in the middle of the place has lots of noodle options, Quesadillas, chicken, etc. We normally get 2-3 noodle options and Chicken Salad but this time I thought Id also try their Quesadillas since they looked great...well I was COMPLETELY taken. I figured Id try 2 types, the Steak one and then the chicken one. 1st of all, shame on me for not making sure the price he put on the pkg should match the advertised price seen behind the glass. But when we got home ready to devour our $80 worth that would normally be about $40 in a store, I saw he put a price that was $2 more than advertised!!! So I go to eat these Quesadillas and they look like a normal crunchy outside flour tortilla but it was COMPLETELY soggy and soft from sitting in there too long, then bit into it and it was HORRIBLE and GROSS! And BOTH were the same which had to be the WORST Quesadillas Ive EVER had in my life, and Ive had tons:( Even the simple meat and cheese Quesadillas you cook on the stove would have KILLED this competition:( Now to the noodles that are also sold from the center of the store. Bought 3 different noodle dishes and ONLY 1 was descent!!! All the others were OLD OLD OLD! Chicken Salad was also descent but again, NOT fresh and can tell its been in there a few days!!! And lets get to the Baguette sliced bread you buy in a large bag to eat with your stuff. The NEXT day, the WHOLE bag was MOLDED! These normally last almost 4-5 days so this was a COMPLETE waste! And have to mention the lady checking us out DEF hates her job as we tried to do the normal friendly Hi, how you doing? and basically zero response or engagement and NO, there was no line when we checked out so dont give that excuse! So unfortunately, the place our whole family USED to love will no longer see us again! Absolutely disgusted and disappointed beyond the norm. Highly recommend going somewhere else till they stop selling OLD OLD food and get BACK to selling FRESH!

I just love this place! Its a little pricey so its a once in a blue type of visit but I decided to treat myself the other day. Their traditional chicken salad is AMAZING! So I bought some cheese, fruit, wine, chicken salad and their basil pesto spread. I felt like just having some really yummy snacks. Also they have amazing prepared food. I bought a grilled salmon dinner that was just delicious!

Their grill food - the whole and half Chicken, ITS ALWAYS DRY.I eat here about twice a week, not sure why. Im tired of their bland broccoli and DRY CHICKEN. I asked tonight if I could get dark meat only, he gave me attitude and walked off. I was like, WOW.ORGANIC PRICES, and it is NOT even close to that good of quality .

This place was very disappointing, especially after seeing the decent reviews here. I ordered the $12 create your own pasta which tasted like they took a can of Prego and poured it over pasta with the bottom stems of asparagus and 8 WHOLE CLOVES of garlic? The creme brûlée tasted like vanilla pudding. I feel like this meal shouldn’t have been more than $15. Food was watery and over priced for the most part. Maybe I ordered wrong?

Every thing had become allergy galore! they don’t use olive oil !!on non of there cooking ! we Italians, even fry with olive oil !!! that is the only oil we use . And we make our cakes with the extra light version Olive Oil . so don’t tell me is like Italian cooking .

If I could ever manage to stray from the Eatzis cookie counter and try anything else in store, then I may be able to give them a perfect 5-star review. Nonetheless, the cookies offered at this location are immaculate. As you can see in the featured pictures the chocolate chip cookie and chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips are baked to be somewhere in between a classic cookie texture and cookie dough. Simply put these cookies at this particular location are perfection. I would be daring enough to say they are the best cookies in DFW. Lastly, the chocolate chip cookies are made with a hint of coffee to balance the sweetness factor. Go out and try them yourself!

Wow, their new no masks needed policy really shows their true colors. This place gets crowded, and they employ dozens of essential workers, but they cant be bothered to require a piece of cloth to protect all of those people.Now that I know the selfishness and lack of care for customers and employees, Ill never be back to any location.

Breads are almost always stale. The fresh ones go to restaurants and businesses. the ones behind the counter are 90% of the time not fresh. In my opinion, It is worth it to take the extra mile to the Central Market to get fresh baked goods and better customer service.

As a longtime and frequent customer who been at Eatzis well over a hundred times I was shocked to see the no mask policy. Any company who is more concerned about freedoms over public health is a company I will no longer support. Based on the empty parking lot today and the many other reviews that feel the same it may be just a matter of time Eatzis will be out of business.
