Joe is the best!!! After having a terrible experience at an other Lids store (Stonebriar mall) I was kinda reluctant, but very quickly Joe made me feel at ease with the whole process. He was kind, polite and professional. He went above and beyond my expectations!!Ask for Joe next time.....hes the best

Good selection if you like wearing team logo hats.

Friendly staff... My only complaint is that the store was extremely hot. My TWINS were dripping with sweat when we walked out of the store. Other than that it was good.

A little disappointed that they not only, didnt have the hats I wanted, which is understandable, but no gift cards either.

Frederick the manager was outstanding and he really went above and beyond to give me a top flight hat with my logo at a great price!

Great buying experience, ordered 4 t shirts online while they were on sale, picked them up at store located at mall. Very convenient service and free delivery. Store staff is professional and courteous, will definitely buy again from here.

If you ever dreamed of having a hat with your emblem or family seal stitches on it youre going to love this place. You can buy any hat you want there bad if you want something that is unique and absolutely out of this world cool then try to imagine any type of stitching that is the right size to go into that area on the hat and create something just for you. I cant wait to purchase my first hats with the Helm of awe Vikings symbol on it. Go Asgard!

Hard place to review, the customer service was great and outstanding! But beware if you want something custom be there early and be specific to want you want and need. It took me over two hour to get a hat down, the system was slow and not as accurate. Yet I state the manager and employee were great.

100% Good Hat Store

Went to the store to pick up a hat I purchased online. Show up approximately 6:45 PM on a Thursday and they were closed. Per the website, store should have been open until 9. I called corporate and was basically told sorry and I would have to come back another time to pick up the order. Told them I wanted to cancel the order and corporate said they could not do anything since the hat was delivered to the store (was never even originally told the hat was delivered. I again had to contact corporate to check on the status). What a terribly run establishment. Have had much better luck at The Galleria store, but that doesnt matter as Lids has lost a customer for life.

Not much range in hat sizes. 4 of the hats I wanted werent in my size which is a standard size.

The perfect place to buy hats

I recently purchased a Colorado Rockies fitted hat with Nolan Arreanados signature and number stiched onto it. The manager putS the hat in a bag before i could see the stitching done. Instead of getting Nolans stitched autograph it was stitched with Dac Prescotts number and name. The manager it seamed tried to pull one over on me and was very disrespectful when i asked him about it. Instead of willingly trying to make this mistake Right I had to insist that i get in writing that Lids would make this Right.d. The manager then said dont you TRUST ME? The next few days go by and i dont hear anything from Lids. Turns out the manager was no longer working there. Had i not insisted on getting something in writing i probably would have been Out of the money i spent.In addition i have gone by the Lids at Collin Creek Mall Plano during the middle of the day on a Friday afternoon only to find it closed. Not only is Collin Creek Mall a dying Mall but Lids is a major reason retail store shopping has become so Dismal. I will not buy another Lids item again.

I was shocked they would not sell me two visors unless I provided them my email address. Why would any real retail business not want to sell merchandise to cash buyers? The staff was just sitting around talking to their friends and had no interest in helping anyone in the store. It appears that Lids business plan is selling peoples email addresses and not selling merchandise to cash buyers.

Hours say 10am - 9pm. Showed up at 11:50am and gate is closed without a sign saying when they will return. 12:32now and still closed.

Mall at willow bend opens at 10am. I’m standing outside of Lids right now and it’s 10:21am and they are still not open.

If you advertise your open till 9, then stay open. What a terribly ran establishment. So extremely disrespectful to your customers.
