Dr. Kubala is the best! He takes the time to explain everything so you can understand, and so knowledgeable. He’s the only one that has been able to help me with my condition. And on top of that, he’s a nice person. Also, the office staff is extraordinary. The waiting room is inviting and clean. Keep it up!

Dr Kubala is wonderful. When I went to him I was 25 and 6 months postpartum. My pregnancy resulted in so many problems but this doctor was patient and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about my partial thyroidectomy that had to take place. I was so worried about scarring and I’m writing this a year after my surgery to say there’s barely even a noticeable scar, he cut right on a natural crease of my throat so the scar just blends in and people can’t even tell I’ve had a surgery until I point it out. Thank you for being an amazing doctor/surgeon!!

I just finished a clinic rotation here for the semester learning under Dr. Lisette Jackson for audiology. I really enjoyed my time here because everyone in the office was friendly and it was just a very enjoyable environment overall!

I am 41 years old, and needed to get my tonsils removedI went to 3 different surgent to get second opinion as I knew the recovery in this age will not be easy.I choose Dr.Michael Kubala, because of his experience but mainly because of his patient and kindestHe was with me thrown all of the stages, answering all my questions and concernsI am grateful that I choose him as my surgent and as my doctor.

I can not say enough great things about this practice. They were able to get my son in immediately. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Kubala spent a great deal of time with us during the consult and we were able to get imaging done quickly. He personally called back and walked us through results and the plan going forward. I work in the health care industry, and this is the type of care you hope all medical professionals provide at all times. Highly recommend Dr. Kubala, Anna and the entire team for your ENT needs!

It takes a lot for me to leave a review. This place was amazing. From entry to exit took 30 minutes and Dr. Kubala was very thorough. I was impressed and would recommend Dr. K to anyone needing an ENT.

Absolutely rudest staff, doctors may be great but it is not worth having to deal with the staff. The incompetence of submitting insurance just made me worry and doubt how they handle all other paperwork. Make sure Monica correctly handles your appointment and verify what is needed she has no idea what she is doing and I don’t even know what to say about Cathy, avoid if possible. Hope this is helpful to others.

Besides the fact I work in the O.R. with the 2 docs at this pratice.They are ALL very good at what the do. In the Operating room, and outside.Good docs and always friendly to the patients.

Dr. Kubala is by far THE BEST doctor I have seen in such a long time! He is very personable, thorough, and so smart. I have seen so many doctors about a specific issue that I have had to live with for years, and Dr. Kubala was able to determine the cause of my problems during the first visit. He is a true blessing! Would not hesitate to recommend him to other patients.

We were referred here by our pediatrician who has taken her kids here. We took our toddler to Dr Rohn and he was wonderful. He was so good with our kiddo very patient and understanding about how to work with toddlers. His bedside manor is outstanding. He answered all of our questions and explained everything very well. He made me feel at ease about the procedure our toddler was having done.The day of the procedure he called us in the evening to see how our toddler was doing. I was so impressed that the actual doctor called us to check on us.I highly recommend Dr Rohn, he is wonderful and our family is so great full that he is our ENT.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Rohn and his staff! From start to finish they made sure my 5 year old daughter Emilie was taken care of and comfortable. And not just her, but us too as the parents! The initial visit was the deciding factor, Dr. Rohn was so patient and kind, the best bedside manner I have ever experienced! He took the time to listen to all of our concerns with her sleep patterns, answer every question thoroughly and included us in a plan to get my daughter healthy. Surgery day was a breeze, they made her laugh and put her at ease, she even wanted to show up with cards for the Dr.s and nurses that would be caring for her! (Dr. Fine, nurses Becky and Iris, and all the other ones we didn’t get the names in recovery!) They let her keep her toy stuffed tonsil (that she was so proud to show off), and her blankets during surgery and made sure she had them waking up. We got to see her right away afterwards to comfort her out of anesthesia and talk with Dr. Rohn directly about the outcome. At today’s 2 week follow up, my daughter wanted to invite him over to play :) for me as a parent, when a Dr. goes out of his way to make sure his patients are cared for... that says a ton! He even called us the night after the surgery to check on her! If you’re considering Dr. Rohn... just do it, you won’t regret it.

We were referred to Dr. Kubala for my sons tongue tie. He was efficient and thorough with his diagnoses and treatment plan. He explained what he was doing throughout the procedure and our little guy was feeding so much better immediately afterwards! He made us feel so comfortable and you can’t ask for more than that!

Dr Peshwani is marvelous. She is very knowledgeable and very patient.

Great doctors, wonderful medical staff. Very attentive to needs both pre and post op. Audio staff helped to treat my Tinnitus as well as the surgical procedure I had done by Dr. Rohn. Thumps up! Connie and Kathi are Gems. I miss Annie though.

I called to make an appointment and the lady that attended my call was super rude and disrespectful I will not go there ever cause they don’t know how to treat people. Doctors you need to pay attention to your employees, you are losing patients.

Doctors are great but front office staff has gone very downhill as of late.
