This was my first time ever going into an adult store by myself, and I almost didnt go because my anxiety was trying to get the best of me. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately given a friendly greeting by the employee and the security guard. I liked the fact that I was required to have my mask on (they have extras, just in case), and I had to use sanitizer, so it was some added peace of mind knowing everything in the store was clean. The employee asked if she could help me find anything, and she immediately directed me to exactly what I was looking for, and she was friendly and talkative the whole time. Ill definitely be going there again in the future!

I’ve been in customer service for about 12 years and was shocked by the polite response I was welcomed with when walking into this place for the first time. I barely got to the door at closing time (open special hours and wasn’t aware until walking up.)Aster, did the opposite of what I expected someone in this area to do in her situation. I’m not from here, but haven’t been too impressed with the hospitality in any store I’ve been to since moving to north Texas. Austin/Waco is much different than what I’ve experienced here.Thanks again for your help and service with a smile because oddly enough, it’s what I needed after the day I had.I will definitely be going back soon if I can expect the same experience.

Just called the store & whoever was working the shift for Nov 14th 2020 @ 12:00pm, needs to learn how to properly answer the phone. Act like you want the job, not like the job wants you.

This store is very discreet and clean! The music makes things easier to relax and not be so tense while looking around. Madison was very helpful, she answered all my questions and help me locate what I was looking for. Please come give this place a try, they have everything!

Ive been here three times i love the store and the people. I went today and spent over a hundred dollars....but to my disappointment when i got home to prep my stuff my new toy dont work so im stuck with no fun and a loss of 63 dollar

Robin has got to be the most pleasant person I’ve ever met inside a sex shop! She is very kind, patient, funny, and charismatic. She made me feel welcome into her store and stood no judgement towards anything me or my girlfriend said. I am going to make the drive from prosper just for her because she is an excellent person! Would give more stars if I could.

Madison was very helpful in picking out the things we needed. The store was clean and the music was also nice. Not crowded and good for individual shopping.

Sorry place not ever coming here no more! Bad service rude staff. We literally came here to shop were looking at the langerie grab a package the plastic wrap fell off on its own, picked it up and the employee which is a white female literally came and snatched the package from my hands accusing me of getting it out the plastic when that never happened not to mention there was plenty of opened ones hanged there. She stand behind me watching me like if i was trying to steal some! Thats being racist! Get better staff and take care of your customers better!

We were looking for a bachelorette or bride to be sash I called ahead and the girl told me they had it. When we arrive they didn’t and when we asked her she says yes they do and processed to look and they didn’t she was like oh we had some earlier this morning.
