They offer hot dogs, chili dogs, and loads of ice cream treats. Its clear they care about soft serve delights. Their menu is expansive.There was a big line when we showed up, but it moved fast. Heck, a line just means its good, right?
Really good ice soft serve. It taste amazing, however the barely even fill your cup half full. If i pay 4$ for soft serve I want a decent amount not the amount I would feel a 1 year old toddler.
Like an old roadside stop from the good ole days. Not much to speak of in the way of amenities, all outdoor seating, just walk up to the window, order ice cream, pick it up at the next window.Lots of local charm!
Usually good ice cream but we stopped at 9:30 on a Saturday night 10/14/17, they were open until 10. They had cleaned everything so you could only get cones and cups. I got a cone and the ice cream not what I usually get... VERY soft and melted quickly and it was only 68 degrees out.
I have fond memories of stopping here when I was much younger, on my way to visit my sister at college. My visit last week did NOT live up to my memories. First I asked what the flavor the week is - We dont have one. Its... right there on the board, Flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Swirl, Flavor of the Week... so I asked for a vanilla cone with the blackberry flavor blast. We dont have flavor blasts. What?? Those are written on the board with the dry erase marker, if they dont have ANY of the seven different flavors on the board, they can just erase them! So I ended up with my third choice, a vanilla cone with butterscotch topping, but the ice cream:butterscotch ratio was really heavy on the topping. Im so disappointed that they dont even serve half of what is up on their menu! The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that it is very dog friendly - all outdoors yes, but also there are complimentary dog treats.
Essential summer experience right here. Their soft serve is the best Ive ever had! Toppings are always fresh, too

Ice cream is great. They have fun specials. I prefer to give my money to mom and pop shops over chains anyday. So I definitely recommend this place
Not the same as it was 10 years ago. Sold off twice since then. Prices ok, still a little high. Kids love it though so next year when it changes over, well visit and rate the new place.
This is such a unique little ice cream and burger shop. We stop here when ever we are near here. I love there milkshakes!
Good Ive cream and lines are pretty quick. Parking is a little limited during summer days but normally we can find a spot. My only complaint would be the limited seating, which is all outdoors and fills up very quickly during the summer.
Pickle Bob’s is a fun soft serve ice cream spot right behind Sheetz in Haymarket. They offer a variety of soft serve is cream, sundaes, milk shakes and other treats. The have recently expanded their seating area where they have oldies music playing. It is one of those places that the entire family loves. They were recently purchased by Swirlies which is another local ice cream stand which has a very similar menu.
Good soft ice cream served with a smile. They even have small cups of ice cream for Fido with a bone on top! A frequent stop for us.
One of my absolute favorites, both for quality and price! Now operating as Swirlies of Haymarket after a renovation.

Everyone loves Pickle Bobs. Great atmosphere, great ice cream, lots of options. They even have pie now and can blend it into an a la mode blizzard!

Their Ice cream is great but tonight their customer service was subpar. As I was parking my car saw people ordering, as I walk up to the order window I look up to see the closed sign swinging back and forth and the workers hand moving away. I stood for a few seconds thinking I would get called over but nope that did not happen. Trying to close a retail location is hard Ive been there before, but you never turn the sign in a customers face. I probaly wont stop going but there are other choices.🙁😔
The product is good but the service is lame. Got charged $0.50 for whipped cream on a milkshake then the guy (Mohammed) didnt even put the whipped cream on it. I had to ask for it. Ive been here before last season and had WAAAAAAAAY better service.
Ice cream is ok nothing exciting about it and it takes 30 min to get your order when the line isnt even that long and when all you order is a plain cone. I wouldnt waste your time, you will be very disappointed. Chick-fil-A is way better

Long line with two people inside. The older lady took it upon herself to tell me that I have to wait for the younger one to take my order because shes busy stocking the merchandise...guess she felt guilty for making me and my four year old wait for 10 mins.
