Ordered something through doordash because I couldn’t drive there do to “emergency” WAITED 24 mins for 5 things to find out my dasher has been waiting and she is a female her name should be on their computer to know who is picking up my things and let a GUY walk out with it instead…….makes no sense even if he showed u something thats B.s because it tells you who is getting my food it says dasher: and the person name im so mad its not doordash fault …! Whoever the manager was is no help

This location is very clean and the employees were friendly. I ordered from the app and when I arrived my order was ready. There is also a free air station at this location for your tires.

Friendly convenience store.

Female at the foo station on 5.2.21, completely ignored me waiting for assistance as a long line began accumulating. She carried on as though tending to other activities while avoiding eye contact. Store personnel in security uniform chased me around for about 30 secs, yelling, mask, mask! Without taking into any consideration those medically or religiously free from wearing one. Besides that, what exactly is a security guard doing inside a gas station?

This place is always crowded why not refill the paper to print the receipts at the pumps so people don’t have to keep going inside? Just a simple thing to do what would happen if it’s a difficult task

The coffee bar does not have an actual milk dispenser you guys leave bottles of milk out for everyone to touch and open which is kind of disgusting especially right now. Yes you do have the little creamers but thats not what I use I use milk. Cumberland farms coffee bar has a milk dispenser you should get on that pronto I wont go back until that is available.

I guess it was a fluke. At 6:50AM 10-26-20, there wasn’t any coffee. I’ll try again tomorrow.Nope not a fluke. 11-10-2020 at 6:30AM. My second visit, no coffee again. Hopefully third time is a charm.

Awful experience from beginning to end, I mean I understand its a gas station but this is also a business where they lack serious customer service especially in the Deli. First and foremost I guess gretting customers is to much of a stretch these days so ill always make sure to speak even when the cashier associate couldnt. I ordered two separate orders and somehow after waiting for about 10 minutes which is the normal here. Since this is considered fast food. I patiently waited another 5 minutes and then ask the 3 women behind the counter working on 2.12.21 around 1:15 pm is there an issue with my order. The lady looked around and told us it was thrown away. Ok? She then she proceeded to make other orders to tell her coworker you threw away a order no apologies, no your order is coming right up. Nothing was said to us for the mistake. Then a heavier set women ( i apologize i usually get names) proceeded to combatively argue with me to let me know the sandwich is being made in an attitude its which I was in the wrong how dare her and management needs to have a serious about equation with their Deli team Im most patient person in the world but the customer service here seriously lacks and needs to improve do better ladies.

I will only go there overnight, Derek was exceptional made sure I got everything I needed was so nice
