They are meticulous in every aspect of every job: they adjust color, provide higher resolution of photos, and adjust text and formatting. Since then, I have utilized their services for commercial brochures and bulk order business cards. What an amazing company! I had been searching for business cards, but didn’t have any luck with other printing companies. Lu, ECR graphics specialist, designed the perfect cards and labels for my business. Customer service was outstanding. It was unreal how quickly they were able to accommodate my order. Being located in Nebraska, I assumed that it would be weeks before received them. But, they were able to get them to me within days as if they were right down the street. Great service. I used ECR Graphics and Printing to print invitations, thank you cards, and some picture cut outs for my son’s Toy Story themed first birthday. All my prints came out perfect. They even fixed the resolution on one of the Woody and Buzz photo I wanted and printed an extra one with “Happy Birthday Evan” written on it. They didn’t charge me to fix the photo or for the extra prints. Everyone at ECR was very nice and professional. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
