Arrived here at 8:10 on a Thursday & they were closed. There was a car full of giggly kids leaving the kit with a box of donuts. Open sign on, Dunkin & Baskin CLOSED. Went to Carvel & was not disappointed 😋

Terrible service!!! One person behind the counter for Baskin Robbins and Dunkin donuts, the wait was Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I did a u-turn OUT of this store as I noticed mold on the Ice cream labels (inside the freezer cabinet). Funny enough, I only noticed once one of the loose labels fell into the tub of ice cream the cashier was about to serve me.No thanks ✌🏿

Ordered ice cream, didnt have what we ordered, most of them out, they had no spoons, when asked to speak to the manager was told that the manager was not in. Staff dont really care about the store, asked for chocolate chip and pralines n cream I have no idea what I was given but it was not what I had asked for . Ended up just throwing it away . Worse experience ever . Too bad I cant give less than one star

Ice cream was excellent quality. The price is just outrageous! When they say 1 scoop they mean 1 scoop. No extra like most places. The scoop was so small that there was still space left on the bottom of the smallest cup. Next time I want ice cream I will go to the store and buy a quart for less money.

Went for the Stranger Things icecream and the service was amazing! The staff is super friendly and they want to make sure that you are happy with everything you get. I accidentally left my bag and they secured it and contacted me immediately.

The staff was very attentive as soon as we entered we were greeted. We stopped in for ice cream. We were pleased. Store was clean, spacious. They also have an available conference room for rent if you want.

Basic Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts combo. The prices looked exorbitant compared to those in KC, $4.50 for a single?!?! But when she checked us out it was only $3.50 for a single.Staff was friendly. Ice cream was good. I got the nutty coconut and it was teeming with walnuts, pecans, almonds, and coconut. The cake cone was good too. My buddy got the blue ribbon and it was dripping with caramel. He greatly enjoyed it.

Very very slow in service. Had to wait for half an hour and no one shows up to take the order. Just had to leave...This is not the first experience, this is my 3rd experience...Not going to this place anymore...

Good ice creams for the price, but this place needs to be updated and clean it outside a bit.Employees were nice.

Closed way earlier than advertised

Not a great place for ice cream. We ordered banana splits, but the didnt have the regular containers so they put them in round ones which does not hold as much. They were out of hot fudge, they were out of strawberries, they dont have nuts....

One of the two ice cream freezers was broken. The remaining freezer, the ice cream that was inside of it looked like it had partially melted and then refrozen. This particular location was tied to a Dunkin Donuts as well. They did not have the flavors that we wanted, usually flavors that are always available at Baskin Robbins. We ended up getting a small ice cream cake roll and it tasted mediocre-at-best. This location unfortunately was not the quality that we expect from Baskin Robbins at the time of our visit.

By far the WORST place I have ever been to. The employees are incompetent and very unfriendly. I went in for a brownie Sunday and she told me she didnt know how to make it. I went in 3 more times after that on different days and they had no brownie. Ive tried to call them and ask so I dont have to go out of my way to get to the store only to come home empty handed but they disconnect your call! They might as well shut down

Great icecream. Lousy customer service from female server. Buying icecream should be a pleasant experience, instead, this female server wanted to cop an attitude, start an argument and become loud and beligerent. She is bad for business.... bottom line. Thanks to the male employee who still secured my sale. Cutos to him for his pleasant demeanor.

LOOOVVVVEEEEEEE this place, fell in love with the German chocolate cake ice cream. Ice cream is always fresh, very affordable, get a lot for your buck.
