Yamila is EXCELLENT! She has wonderful customer service experience and was very knowledgeable about her inventory and based on our financial needs found us the right wedding set! She took the time to hear us and paid attention to what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction of the store jewelry displays. Such a blessing I hope they keep her. We went back twice to buy two more pieces of jewelry and honestly I rather only deal with her. She actually remembers you as a customer and Make you feel very welcomed!!! I wish more people would learn from her. I hope her boss reads this review and acknowledge when they have a good employee!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! First they sized me wrong for my engagement ring so when my husband purchased rings mine were too big THEN I had to drop them off and wait almost 3 weeks to get it back to get sized to my correct size and they refused to tell me who they were sending my ring too mind being these are very expensive.. THEN my husband went back and purchased a tennis bracelet for me for my birthday and its HUGE so now I have to get this sized AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER ONLY THE SALES !!! BEWARE!

My boyfriend bought me a promise ring here and its beautiful! I brought it back to get resized that same week and they wanted to charge me. He even purchased the warranty and they said it didnt cover that, only cleaning for up to one year. Doesnt seem like they care if they lose your business. Never going back.

My fiancé purchased a ring for me from this location in November. The same day it was set out to be upsized and it came back missing a diamond. The store sent it out for repair and it came back again missing a different diamond. I did ask for a refund and was told no the store did agree to have the ring remade identical to the original ring. Three months later which is today I received the ring back and it’s the wrong color.This is the worst experience I have had at a jewelry store. I am now questioning the quality of their jewelry and highly questioning the people who work at this location. They lack quality control and customer service skills.Buyer beware at all cost avoid this jewelry store spend the extra few dollars so you get quality items

Great Staff! Very ProfessionalI especially want to commend Julisa for her professionalism and expertise. She really takes the extra time to inspect our rings and make sure that everything is very good. On two occasions, she detected a problem; one with my ring and the second one with my husbands ring. We were able to have the problems corrected under warranty to our satisfaction. The worst store to shop! They lie to you. I went there to buy a necklace. And i was told that I get 0 interest for 24 mths if i apply forTheir store credit. Hell no!! A matter fact the sales lady Sylvia told me to come back the following week to get the correct necklace. U went back more than 3 times. I have up!IfUntil now. Ann and Karen the managers giving me the run around. Theyre not professional. Make sure you read before you sign. And dont let anyone forced you into something you not happy with. And they over priced. Not the best quality! I REGRET walking in that store! It was my first and it will be my last! I will continue to post on ALL social mediaMy horrific experience at Kay jeweler in Westfield Mall. (Broward mall)If I could give them a 0 I would. 1 star is too much for them.

After speaking to the corporate office, my fiancé and I felt we still needed to post this! Just so you know, make sure you have the Kays employee print out sheet for every inspection and keep it on file. By the looks of it the company feels its Our responsibility to keep record because their employees do not do their part!I took my engagement ring into Kays in Plantation, Florida inside the Broward Mall. Since the day, I received my ring it has been my prize possession! I have taken it in every 6 months to be inspected as they made it clear it was necessary for the warranty to be valid. I took my ring on Wednesday, 2/22/2017 around 7PM to get the stone replaced AGAIN and to get my wedding band sized because Im getting married in a few months. After handing my ring over the woman said she had to speak to the manager, which I thought was strange. She then informed me that she would do me a favor and replace the stone. I didnt understand as I was just there getting the same stone replaced on back on 12/27/2016? She said the computer didnt show that I had brought the ring in and without tangible documents my ring wouldnt be covered under the warranty that it was MY responsibly to bring in my paperwork, isnt that why we have computers? Anyway, Every single time I took my ring in for inspection the employee always asked me for my information then went to the computer did whatever as I cant see as he is behind the counter, does the inspection, cleans my ring, compliments it and sends me on my way. I of course thinking all was fine. As I mentioned earlier this is my prize possession so I made sure to take it in to keep the warranty ! Apparently, if the computer says I wasnt there then I wasnt right? So lucky me I happen to have the receipt from when I got the stone fixed just this past December. So that saved me. One woman just kept antagonizing my fiancé after making a HUGE scene the manger told her to stop, she then reluctantly started the paperwork. Now heres what in my opinion is the worse part. As most women we have no clue what our partner pays for the engagement ring and as I look down, there is a sheet she handed me that has in detail the price for the engagement ring and the wedding band?!?! I mean how could I not read it when she had it with the paperwork she just asked me to fill out! I started crying immediately! I did not want to know. He spent SO much ! As a tear ran down my cheek, I looked at the woman and told her I thought she should have used a lot more discretion with that paper. She looked at me without an ounce of compassion and said she HAD to write it? Really? Why? No other receipt I have ever gotten had a price on it. Now my rings are sent away AGAIN for 2 weeks. I am seriously upset with Kays staff and their lack of professionalism. I should have just taken my rings and come back another time, not sure why but we didnt.In addition: This morning I called the store to check and make sure my ring was sent out for repair. So when the woman picked up the phone I asked to speak with the manager and as the manager picked up the phone her exact response was what do you want? This manager happens to be the women we had had the issue with the night before! My first instinct was, wow how did she know it was me? Then I remembered this was just her unprofessionalism as it seems she just speaks to everyone in that manner. Needless to say I will only return to that location to pick up my ring. After that, I will NEVER return to a Kays Jewelry and will advise everyone I know to shop elsewhere!

Those people are lie if buying something on credit you will pay it forever because I keep make payments instead my balance go down it go up . I noticed those people want you to pay something twice the money it cost .I regret the day I step my foot to that store
