From assorted grocery items to hot and prepared foods, from coffee to halva, drinks and desserts, it is always fun to shop and see the variety as well as try several different styles and flavors. Not being from this culture, I find it most enjoyable to experiment and this store gets an A+ on my list. Also, my wife loves the olive bar ... great that is is back!

I really enjoy visiting the Jerusalem Market. Everything is freshly made and the array of goods is uncanny! Today (My Birthday) I enjoyed a beef flat bread, Cheese Bread, Rice and Tabbouleh- delicious. It was exactly the meal I needed to feel great! 😁*The bread was exceptionally airy, toasted in the right spots, and flavorful. 🤤Thank You for the memorable dining experience!

A large market with just about everything you need for Middle East food and supplies. They also have a deli with cooked foods each day so you can pick up lunch or dinner if you wish. (We bought our meal for that evening for our family of four and it was delicious) Friendly staff willing to answer questions.

I went to Jerusalem Market for the first time this past Thursday evening. It came highly recommended by a local business owner located in the same plaza. I had been looking for a new butcher who’d cut my meat neater & not leave any fat.The elderly butcher at this grocery store is beyond rude! He made me feel like I was wasting his time. I don’t know why he had a problem with me but no matter how many times I told him to cut these whole chickens (in the picture) into smaller pieces he ignored my request.He took 15 minutes to just take the skin off after I tried telling the cashier (who seemed to be more interested in talking with whoever was on his phone) to tell the butcher to please take the skin off & cut the chicken but despite him supposedly telling the butcher the butcher still only did half of what I asked him to!Because of his poor service I’m going to have to find another butcher/grocery store. He was friendly to & even greeted the guy in line after me. I’m not sure if the butcher has a problem with non-Arab Muslims or women in general or what but I’ve never felt so insulted at a grocery store in my life!I just defrosted these chickens today thinking they were cut in small pieces & they’re not cut at all! This is the first time I’ve met a butcher who doesn’t want to do his job! Astaghfirullah!If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was looking and still, for a real and fresh Lebanese food in Broward. I know what a good shawarma or falafel are. since I have a Lebanese friend. ( sadly she leaves in Montreal). Also I was living in an Island with a very big Lebanese community. I used to go where they ate. Therefore I expect a Lebanese Supermarket make a decent food. Very disappointed, the falafel has no taste. Not even close to the boxed ones, to go low in the scale. And the baklava oh, worse, taste old and the pistachos where mushy. Do not recommend it and not going even close. I will keep looking, know there must be a real deal in Broward. I know that you can improve do it please.

This photo has a story,, the cashier gave me this bread accidentally without me paying for it. It was another customers bag, when I got home I called the store, the owner answered the phone and he said that bread is free for me to keep, and not to worry about it at all. Great example on excellent customer service.

Theyre food is delicious, so are theyre pastries and manaqeesh! And above that, they have the sweetest staff ever. Everyone is nice and hospitable . Super helpful and above and beyond with generosity.

Charging tax on food charges went twice on my card

They should put a sticker on everything they sell. I bought 4 sesame bagels (simit) that I thought was $4.99 since that is the price I am used to buying from other places too. It turned out to be $6.99! Yes 7 dollars for four skinny bagels that is nothing but a rip-off. They must be making over 300% profit on these and I do not care it is their shop and they could sell it for whatever. That just have to put those price tags! I would have never bought it if I knew if it was $6.99 for 4 tiny bagels and will not but it again.

I visited this place first time, liked it .They need to put price tag on products, meat is good .My experience with cooked food was not good at all, I got shawarma wrap takeout on my way I just took few bites and my bad, meat was so dry and tasted spoiled.My wife had it too and she threw up.

Went to this place for the first time today. Fresh food good prices I found everything I wanted probably the nicest and most variety of any Middle Eastern market. The woman at the counter was very nice and helpful and courteous. I will go back there and this will be my new go to Middle Eastern market.

I love going to this place! They have the freshest meats and bread I can find while carrying a huge variety of both domestic and international groceries! You got to try their homemade cheese pies which they bake right in front of your eyes!! Not only does everything in the store taste good, it’s cheap! The staff are also very welcoming and let you sample their desserts! Keep up the hard work!

This establishment is located in a plaza in Plantation conveniently on the corner of University Dr and Sunrise Blvd.There is plenty of parking spaces in the plaza but do be aware that the spaces are tight and there are a few potholes in the parking lot.This establishment is a mixture of a grocery store and a restaurant. They have all of the traditional items found in a market with a special attention to middle eastern items.They also have a bakery with sweets and pastries as well as food pies. They also serve sandwiches and wraps and their prices are pretty reasonable for both grocery items and from their cafe.They also have a meat department that serves fresh meat and have a butcher on call in moments notice if you want tour meat cut a specific way.Overall experience here was a 5 star and I would definitely be back and recommend others to this establishment.

Was it because Im a woman, was it because Im African American.. who knows, you read and see.I recently stopped by this market to take a look around. I have explored different cultures and their way of life. The accommodation in various place should be taken into consideration.Going into the store I was not greeted. I looked around for about 5-10 minutes. Finally, I picked up 2 items; a drink and a bag of cookie.When I got to cash register there was a gentleman in the back that seemed to be occupied, so I waited for 2 or so minutes for him to get situated. Thing is, 2 minutes turned into dismissal. Another gentleman approached him and they started speaking to one another, idled even. They both looked my way more than one occasion, but neither attempt to approach the cash register to take care of me. What I come to find out that he simply did not want to serve me.5 additional minutes went by and I became restless. After looking around at the treats behind the glass shelf next to the register, I made a decision. I put the 2 items back. Before I walked out the door, I saw a lady speaking Hebrew to one of the two gentlemen, at the cash register 😑.I waited 2 days before writing this post. I went through all my irrational and rational thoughts towards this event.So I ask you, was it because I was a woman, no. Was it because I was black? You tell me what you think?
