I just started with them & I have my meals delivered to my home. Let me just say I’m very pleased! I LOVE THE MEALS! They are so darn good! I don’t have to worry about cooking because of my hectic schedule! Also, I’m trying to be better with my diet. This provides all the healthy foods I been missing out on. I’m looking forward to losing weight & having more energy. They are WORTH IT! Lifetime customer right here. 🙂

Terrific customer service, the girls are always helpful. The food thus far, has been tasty and a big help keeping me from derailing my diet. I go into the store always, which makes this so much easier. Many food services company require delivery with no chance of examining what you are purchasing; this option is awesome.

Getting my meals from fitlife foods has been a game changer for me. I work full time and am a student so I needed a time saving solution. The food is yummy and I love knowing that I’m making a healthier choice. I pick up my food weekly and the store is always clean and the employees are really friendly and helpful. I love love love that they offer a container recycling program so you don’t end up with tons of the containers.I recommend fitlife foods to all my friends and family!

Im so impressed with the customer service, the selection, and the quality of the food.Ive known about this place for years and have wanted to try it for a long time. I have a big work project this week and knew I wouldnt have time to cook, so I decided I was going to stock up on lunches and dinners from Fitlife because I didnt want frozen dinners.Wow! I had heard the food was good, but it is amazing!! So tasty, perfect portions, and so so easy. Im not a foodie, and I cant wait to eat these meals every day!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Just paid $16 for 1 meal. $16 for a 600 calorie meal. Will not be returning since the new price increases.

I get my meals here every week. I love the convenience of the meals and how great everything tastes. The meals are comparable in price to a meal delivery service (such as Freshly or Hello Fresh), but are made with much less sodium and in mind for weight loss. The employees are always super friendly when I come in and I’ve never been disappointed. Love FitLife Foods!

I was at this store a couple of hours ago for the first time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just had the Paleo Slopyy joe with the sweet potato rosti and found it to be delicious and hearty. I picked up a few more meals to start, I have a feeling I will be going back soon to restock. So convenient!!

Every experience at fitlife is an excellent one! Wonderful customer service, tasty and consistent meals, and a very reasonable price. There’s not much else you can ask for!

Visiting the store at Plantation always a pleasant experience. Food has always been excellent. After damage to Plantation store, Daniella and Janalynn incredibly helpful on getting deliveries setup, even while they were having to adjust to that terrible experience. In general, both the people and service positively pack into the stream of life, so appreciated in these times.

Always pleasant employees. Consistently have the online orders ready and complete for scheduled pick-up. Order early on restock days; otherwise, they sell out of popular items.

The service is so bad... the girls working there never smiles and if they don’t agree with you they roll their eyes. Very rude, unprofessional. I was scheduled for doing my body fat, I was told it takes 5 minutes and when I arrived the women told me oh no it takes 45 minutes. I said I was told that it only takes 5 minutes. She rolled her eyes and responded we don’t do that here. Lack of communication between employees... will never go back to purchase food or using their services..... they should learn how to smile and greed costumers....... also they have no idea what the ingredients are in the food, I specifically told them I don’t eat dairy and they recommended a dish, when I looked at the ingredients it has dairy.... do not trust them.

Every week we come here and pick up our dinners for the week. My boyfriend and I work opposite schedules and this makes it easy to choose healthy options. Everything Ive tried is delicious and my personal favorite is the Campfire Chili.

I was surprised to find this gem. Food already packed. Ready to serve for the on the go person. Or special diet. They have a wide variety of drinks and meal preps.

Amazing place. Completely takes the difficulty out of trying to eat healthy. Manually meal prepping is a nightmare, and this makes everything so much easier. Not only is the food delicious and conveniently prepared in perfect portions that are actually FILLING, but the entire place is set up so well. I love having three different sizes of each type of meal, and I love walking in and seeing the great big refrigerator set up the way it is. They have two microwaves available with numbers corresponding perfectly with the instructions on the food, and they even have packets of Franks Red Hot which completely sealed the deal for me, as if it already hadnt been. Love the place!

Staff is very friendly. The food is great. I started getting meals here last week and Ive lost 7 pounds already. The food portions are perfect and leave me full and satisfied.

I recently found Fitlife foods online thanks to Google search results. Ive been looking for a meal prep location that I am able to pick food up from. These places are few and far between! But fitlife foods is great, the customer service here is impeccable. The location is impressively clean, bright, and airy. Ive used their online ordering system (extremely easy) along with just walking in. The front desk/cashier person is extremely patient and helpful. I wish I could partner with this company to bring them closer to Miramar/Pembroke Pines area because this place would flourish! Keep up the great work - Im definitely a return customer and Im trying to bring you more of my friends :)

Dyonne was pretty good coach and had meals ready to pick up .When I went for my last weigh in they told me she didnt work there anymore and I would have to reschedule another weigh-in.There were three girls working there, 2 of them doing nothing and one eating. Nobody else in the store they told me they were too busy to do my weigh-in.We spent hundreds there the last 3 months, the weigh-in validated the expence. So I got I cook book and bought a scale and saved me some money.

Great choice of healthy food items - unless youre a vegan. Zero options. 🙁

Awesome place awesome food!

My daughter was very sick and she needed a given amount of calories but was restricted on foods she could eat. Fitlife was a life saver and I do mean life saver. Thank God for fit life.
