Nations Hearing, specifically a customer rep name Austin S, provided invaluable service to me. I appreciate her so much. She helped resolve an issue I had with an audiologist and went above and beyond in her customer care and responsiveness. Thank you, Austin. They should clone you or promote you.

I am an Aetna customer and was told to use Nations Hearing for hearing aids.To order hearing aids from there approved local Audiologist I had to pay for devices up front so they would order them and take two weeks for arrival.When I returned in approved time, it is taking 3 weeks for my refund!I would not suggest using either Beltone of Nations Hearing and save lists of money and go to Costco.Better service, better fitting, open 6 days a week, lifetime service, warranty 3 years and 6 month return policy not 60 days!
