This company is extremely good. I am 100% pleased with how they treated me as a customer and my experience was overall awesome! Our a/c went out on a Thursday night at 8:30. I called 40°Air and spoke with Anthony who was at my house within an hour. He looked at the unit and decided it was the fan motor. He took it with him that night, got a new one, and had it fixed by noon the next day. He even contacted the company and found out it was under warranty, even though it was purchased by the previous owner of the house. Anthony was great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for service in the Plantation area.

Called for service around 6:00 - Anthony showed up within the hour. Quick to diagnose and got it fixed. Fast, friendly, and professional. Cant ask for more. Will definitely use again.

I called today because my AC suddenly would not kick on. I called this place because of the 5 star rating and reviews. Anthony came within an hour and diagnosed AND fixed the problem in less than an hour. The pipe was clogged and backed up with water. He flushed it out and the AC is on again. The price was a little higher than I expected ($225 + tax), but considering this is FL & he was so quick, I was ok with it. And he was a nice guy to boot.

First couple days of summer and my AC busts! Luckily 40 Degrees Air was around my area. They came out and got the job done, quick and painless. The heat is serious out here dont hesitate to call.

Be careful will rip you off. Charged me 350 dollars for a 10 dollar part and 20 min labor...

Buyer beware. Rip off company. Attempted to charge me $300 for three parts that cost $11 each. Stay far away!
