WORST COMPANY EVER!If I could give them ZERO starts I would.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews on here before making my purchase. I purchased a mattress after mine was damaged in Hurricane Ida because the delivery time was short. Even considering the delays in shipping due to the storm and the pandemic, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MATTRESS. I tried calling the company to have them track it down, and they cant figure out why it hasnt been shipped to me. After a month of not having a bed and sleeping on my couch, I decided to try to get a refund. They told me that theres nothing they can do until the package is delivered and if I want to cancel/return my order I would have to refuse the delivery. I asked them how I would refuse a delivery THAT NEVER ARRIVES. (Ive also talked to FedEx about it and theyre just as horrible). No one will give me any answers, NOR WILL THEY EMAIL ME INFORMATION IVE ASKED FOR REPEATEDLY. Someone from Admin Support finally emailed me and told me that they were going to charge a 15% restocking fee when I refused the order THAT I NEVER RECEIVED and wanted to charge me to keep the pillows THAT CAME FREE with my $1300 purchase. They will not send me a prepaid label to send the pillows back but want me to pay for them! Ive called multiple times and keep getting told that a supervisor will call me back. One week later, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and an even worse company. Ill be posting this review in multiple places.

Warning to not buy from Ghostbed unless you are sure you want to keep their products and not return anything. Heres my experience:9-10-21 at 7:49pm I placed an order for Queen bed from Ghostbed for $3,316.9-11-21 About 8:00am I called to update the order to a King bed and was told the order could not be updated, but had to be cancelled with a 15% restocking fee and a new order for the King bed created. I was dissatisfied and cancelled the Queen order. The representative said he would cancel items that had not yet been shipped.9-17-21 I personally refused an order of a mattress and other items from Ghostbed while these items were still on the FedEx truck. I signed their electronic device, but received no receipt.9-18-21 FedEx left a second order in front of my house. I was not home to refuse it9-20-21 Ghostbed representative Dianne Baum wrote: “Once delivered you may call FEDEX to arrange for return shipping.” This I did.9-24-2021 FedEx picked up the large box. Here’s a security cam video of FedEx picking up the box.10-12-2021 Ghostbed confirmed a refund of $1,861 would be issued. According to them, a 15% restocking fee and shipment costs amounting to $1455 or 44%. I feel this is dishonest.10-13-2021 Ghostbed representative Kimberly Duncan writes: “we have no record of your items being returned” but eventually issue the highly discounted refund.I believe Ghostbed is dishonest in how much they kept of my original credit card charge (44%). I believe they are vindictive in that they shipped items after the order was cancelled and for refusing to reverse the shipment once it had been cancelled.And I think Ghostbed is expensive. We were able to order an electric King Split Bed for around $3200 by getting the frames from a nationwide chain and ordering the mattresses from a well known online vender (T&N).

We called before we ordered to verify that the bed would be delivered in 2-5 days. They assured us it would be so we ordered. We received the bases promptly, but no mattresses. Now we are getting the run around from customer service - they refuse to tell us when the mattresses will ship. They just keep saying if we dont have them in a couple of days to call back. Or they say they are ready, but Fed Ex hasnt picked them up yet. They say anything to get us off the phone and the story changes every time we call, and we never get a real answer. We ask what day will they ship? and they say call back in a couple of days, just give us this week... We asked to speak to a manager - never one available and we never get a call back. We spent over $4k, they did not send the mattresses, and they wont even confirm when we should expect them. This company is stealing our hard earned money and needs to be shut down! Dont buy a ghost bed!

A horrible customer service experience combined with a product not delivered as advertised. I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this company. The hassle free, 100% money back is complete nonsense (read their terms and conditions very carefully). Also, you can only return the product after 30 days. Stay away.

In a rush, due to their false advertising about a limited time 40% off sale that was ending in hours but has been running for weeks, I helped grandma purchase an adjustable bed and mattress from this company over the phone. She is satisfied with the bed and mattress so far, but not the service. After purchasing, I was getting marketing email spam asking me to buy a bed. The salesperson ordered the wrong size mattress protector via phone (but said we ordered wrong online?) and we have still not received the right size even though its been paid for. The instructions arrived solely in French and the English instructions were buried in the website FAQ (Grandma does not have internet or a printer). Customer service says they do not have the ability to email an updated receipt and didnt provide a printed one with the order. Customer service doesnt do what they say they will do on the phone, so be sure to follow up. Request for a supervisor was ignored and no link was sent to provide a customer review on their website. Perhaps they control them so they are all positive? Hoping this will get resolved soon. Also, the company has full contact info, extended warranty, and could automatically register the mattress and base, but they make you do it within 30 days.

The bed is excellent, all as advertised, and the customer service is SUPERB. Spoke with Kim M. who guided me through a problem I had after a storm knocked out my power. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and resolved my problem.

A good night sleep is everything and the Flex mattress has been a game changer! It is so soft and actually feels cool to the touch when I change the sheets! I cannot remember my life without it! Thank you GhostBed! We have sheets, pillows and now a mattress from this company and love all of them!

I bought two pillows from this company on September 26th. Although they say they ship their products within 24 hours, it took them 9 days to ship. And even worse, I didnt receive my pillows. As I had the proof of delivery from Fedex, I sent it to them so they could see that this document did not contain my address and did not have the signature of someone receiving the products. Instead of trust in the customer and sending me 2 pillows or paying me a refund, they asked me to wait 72 hours for Fedex to give them an answer about my product! I sent proof that I did not received!!! Total disrespect to the customer. Instead of believing in customers and solve the problem created by them or third parties who work for them, they prefer to make us wait for what is best for them! Thanks to Gosthbed, since the beginning my wife and I are sleeping without a pillow. P.S.: On October 8th I sent an email and they not even answer it yet!

Ghost bed is so good its scary..... havent gotten such a good night sleep since I got a ghost bed mattress. Hands down the best pillows ever. If youre not sleeping in a ghost bed and laying your head on ghost bed pillows youre not sleeping right.

We ordered online, but so far it has been an awful experience. We couldnt find a bad review before we ordered, so hopefully this will reach prospective customers and save your time and money. After spending $4300 on a split king and the cooling matresses we have only received our frames. It has now been 2 weeks. We have called 4 times and been told that we will hear back soon with a tracking number. Have sent 5 emails with no response. Customer service is a joke. Do not trust the 5 star reviews!

Absolutely love my ghosted! Had it about 2 months now and its the best sleep Ive ever gotten. Also, first time in about 20 years I havent woken up with back pain. My wife and I have the split king ghost bed luxe with adjustable bases. It is fantastic for us to sleep together, yet have our own space. She has acid reflux, so she needs to have the head tilted up whereas I prefer just a slight tilt in the head. She enjoys the foot raising and says it feels like shes being held all night. I love the massage feature and use it every night to help lull me to sleep. I used to take an hour or more to fall asleep, now Im snoozing before the 30 minutes massage turns off. The light under the bed is very handy to see without disturbing your partner. USB charging ports are really cool also. Mattress is just the right amount of soft with support. Also got two ghost pillows, and we both agree they are the best ever. Wife has tried about 6 pillows, this is only one she likes. Overall, one of the best purchases we have made. We love it!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a pillow during the Victoria Day sale (may 29) and cancelled the order after two weeks because they hadn’t shipped the pillow yet. I cancelled the order on June 11 but I didn’t receive my refund until June 24th. Total garbage.Stay far away from this company. I feel sorry for the people that spent 2k on a bed from these people.

Ive had intermittent back pain for years which was typically managed well with chiropractic care and physical therapy/exercise, but over the past few months its been worsening. After 2 nights of sleeping on the Ghostbed I woke up and did not need to take OTC pain meds for the first time in months. I am a chiropractor and I will absolutely be recommending this bed to my patients! My wife and I are both extremely excited about this purchase.In addition to the comfort and quality, the price is fantastic and we also had the mattress within a few days of ordering. I am very impressed!

I’ve had my GhostBed mattress for just about two years now. I was excited when I ordered it, my initial impression was a good one, and now I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Immediately I started sleeping better and had relief of body pains I had on my old worn out spring mattress. I have the foundation now too and was just as happy with it as the mattress. When it comes time to finally upgrade in mattress size I’ll be purchasing more of their products. Can’t forget the customer service either. They haven’t let me down yet, in fact they’ve gone above and beyond to be awesome. Get you a ghostbed folks, you won’t regret it at all.

We paid $90 for the mattress cover. Slept on it one night and was hot and hard with our foam mattress. Called the company to ask for a refund and they said no. Website doesnt say it was none returnable. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. No customer service!

Wish I could give less than 1 star, company is very unprofessional, never delivered my product and refused to let me speak to anyone in management or corporate. Called 2-3 times a day trying to get a response from a supervisor but spoke to a different sales rep almost every time, who would ensure me a manager would call shortly yet no one ever called. Company doesn’t care about customers. Once you purchase product you become an order number to these guys. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

We found the mattress uncomfortable. When trying to return it we were informed that it was our responsibility to find a charity who would give us a receipt for accepting the mattress. Not only that but we had to pay for delivery. Claims of free return are false.To add insult to injury, we would have to pay for return of or pay $200 for the free pillows we neither wanted nor used.When I sent a bad review to the BBB, Ghostbed shamefully blamed their policies on Covid!I have itemized complaints to Go Public and would suggest other victims do the same.

Im a fan. I love the way this mattress forms to your body and bounces back so quickly, set up was a breeze with the oh-so-quickly expanding foam. Ive tried other mattresses before and within two years they were ready to be trashed. Im so excited about the warranty on this product last for 20 years! Im ready to go back to bed again already!

Do not go with this company; Choose another brand. Called the company to find out what legs to elevate my bed with (higher then what it came with), Took their advise and it turns out to be the exact same size as what the bed frame already came with. We called customer service, first they told us we cannot send it back. Then they told us $25 to return and 15% restocking fee. Yeah right, this was not our mistake and they will not budge. Terrible customer service especially since all over their website it says hassle free returns. Interestingly, there are no customer reviews on FB but my complaint is exactly like others on Google Reviews... buyer beware!

TLDR: run! First and foremost the Ghost Bed is a terrible product, just a piece of firm foam in its cheapest possible form. It reeks of chemical fumes for weeks and weeks. Once you want to return it (because of course you want to return it ASAP!) they make it a hassle, and you’ll lose money. You have to pay shipping out of pocket for separate items. You also have to pay for the pick-up and donation of your mattress. I’m told there’s also no return on other items.If they want to lower their rate of returns, maybe they should consider making a half-decent product in the first place! Crooks!

Ordered a bundle package to include: king luxe mattress, sheets, pillows and bed frame. Received everything but the bed frame within 1 week but the bed frame didn’t come for almost a month. It’s been almost 6 months now so I feel I can leave a knowledgable review. The luxe is in fact NOT the coolest best in the world; this mattress provides no cooling. The pillows included in the king bundle were standard size, not king size, so they are useless. The fitted sheet constantly comes untucked; even tried other brands and they do not stay tucked so there is clearly something wrong with the dimensions. The bed frame is the worse, it squeaks with every move and is non returnable. I’d give the mattress a 8/10 for comfort but again it doesn’t provide any cooling effect. The bed frame a 0/10. The sheets a 5/10 and the pillows a 1/10 for simply not being king when you need king pillows for a king mattress. Unlikely to recommend to others.

Awful customer service. Has no issues taking your money when purchasing a mattress but when it comes to spending a little to send the free t shirt, they will not do it. Then has a horrible customer service rep replying to me stating ‘as I said it was a misprint’. That’s not MY misprint. It’s YOURS. No accountability. Horrible business practices. I do not recommend.

I ordered a ghostbed and the mattress has loose threads all over it. Coming apart at the bottom seam of 1 of our mattresses. The bed itself is rickety and loud. I also had an issue with the free pillows. The shipped them once and never arrived. I called and got the run around. I asked to return the whole unit and got the run around again. The company has temporarily closed its doors. I spent over $5000. and have received terrible customer service. IN MY OPINION....this a horrible company to deal with and do not provide what they promised. Buy something else!!!

Do not buy this!I made a mistake on the online order. Not even 30 mins later I called to cancel and they refused saying my order was already being processed (liars). They said I have to return the mattress and pay a 15% restocking fee (almost 400$)Also, since I called about an order mistake, they told me the 100 night trial was voided! This was the main reason I purchased the mattress. That it was mentioned in the small prints. You cant be more shady!Im in a dispute process with the credit card provider. No way to reason with these guys.

Poor costumer service. This company does NOT honor their money back guarantee. Please make sure you truly want this bed because a refund will NOT be issued to you if you are unsatisfied. I slept on this mattress for 3 nights and wanted a refund-the company refused. We invested in a sleep number bed instead.Update: After being stuck with the mattress we slept on for three nights and wanted to return to Ghost Bed (because you know-they claim to have a risk free guarantee on their mattresses), we had trouble ordering the exact size frame we needed from Amazon, so we made the difficult decision to go back to Ghost Bed for the frame. We should have known better! Ghost Beds atrocious customer service record did not disappoint! We ordered the frame, but it came without ANY hardware to put the frame together. We called and asked for some hardware, they gave us the run around and eventually said they would ship it to us. Two weeks later, still no hardware! Finally the hardware arrives and we put the frame together-they sent us the wrong size frame! We needed a queen frame and they sent us a full. We attempted to call and sort this issue out, but they refuse to work with us and have blocked us on social media. I beg you, read this review and go with another bed-in-box company. Save yourself the headache-its not worth it. This company is a joke.

My husband and I slept on the ghostbed. He said it was fine but it did not suit me. We therefore returned the mattress per their policy and utilized their return contractor Sharetown who picked up the bed. No problems with Sharetown. We were given a receipt which my husband sent to the company. Ghostbed accepted the receipt and said that they would start the refund. All of which is chronicled in an email chain. We started the return in November. The mattress was picked up on December 1st. We still have not received our return of over $1600.On a side note. If you buy the mattress do not accept any of their gifts since they want them back also. That is understandable but they expect you to pay for shipping. So just decline them since their pillow are nothing to shout about anyway. The people on the phone were polite but they have failed to fulfill the transaction according to their terms. Instead of dealing with them any longer I have started a dispute with my credit card company.

Company is as shady as heck, and I’ve reported them to the competition bureau of Canada. Mattress was not made in Canada as promised. They will not respond to me in any way. If I need to return my mattress then I’m out of luck. I’m so disappointed in the way I’ve been treated. And by the way - don’t fall for the “sale” prices, they are always on sale. And the discount they gave me for a review is far worse than any sale price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my GhostBed classic! Its the perfect amount of firmness for my husband and I. I suffer from really bad back pain so this mattress has helped me a lot in alleviating the pain. We got the adjustable bases too and we both LOVE the massage feature on it. The set up was pretty easy so no complaints there. HIGHLY recommend this mattress and the fact that theyre super local to me was a plus as we got to check out the mattress before we bough it. A+++++ service from Greg the sales guy.

Ive been happy with my mattress, but trying to get a replacement cover (the zipper broke the first time I ever tried to take it off to wash it) has been a nightmare. Emails go unanswered. The customer service number does not allow me to reach a person. The call back option resulted in no call back. The chat function on the website was useless.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS/VOICEMAILS ETC. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!I ordered on 4/17/20 . On 5/17 I contacted to return. I was experiencing severe hip and shoulder pain. I was advised by Tammy at Ghostbed, that I had only had the mattress 28 days and it was a minimum 30 day trial. She also advised that they were banned by govt. from returning beds at this time due to Covid.I waited until 6/2/20, checked local restrictions in Plantation and contacted them via email again, I advised that businesses were open in Plantation and also in Phoenix, where they have a warehouse (and where I live). I got a confirmation of receipt of my email. I received no response to my request to return the mattress.On 6/10/20, I went online and opened a chat. I asked if they were open during covid and the response YES. I said I was interested in purchasing a mattress, but was concerned with Covid, that there may be return problems. Tammy assured me that they were all working and there would be no problems. I copied the chat and sent it to Ghostbed and asked someone to please contact me. No response.On 6/12 I called their number during business hours and it went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail with all my info and have still not had a response. I have purchased a new mattress, but live in a small patio home and need to get the Ghostbed out

I was completely unsatisfied with the body pains Id get from this bed less then a a month and a half from buying it. I tried talking to their customer service and it even went up to the CEO of the company who directly responded that they were not going to honor their return policy. I still own the 700+ dollar bed they forced me to keep and never had the option to go with a different bed since I was stuck paying this. I hope they dont do the same to you! 👌

Consumers beware: under certain circumstances the mattress may be returned. But, this doesn’t apply to accessories such as a box spring/foundation. No where on the Ghostbed website does it indicate this policy of no returns or refunds on accessories such as the box spring/foundation.

I could not have been more wrong. #Ghostbed and #Naturessleep are not only an #epicfail but they actually ghost you when you have an issue. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.A little background: I suffered from severe back pain and scheduled a surgery to correct my spine. Before I purchased two twin XL Luxe mattresses and the adjustable bases for a split king, I called Ghostbed after seeing a review the bases were on backorder. They assured me the bases were ready to ship out.Here are the details: I purchased the bases only because they offered 50% off if I purchased with the mattresses. I received the mattresses a little over a week, no bases. I called and they said the bases were shipping the next week. When the bases arrived 2 weeks later, one was so damaged I didnt even get it out of the box. I called immediately and after jumping through several hoops, sending them photos and being interrogated by their customer service director Dennis Manning, they had FedEx pick up the damaged base and replaced. Another week goes by until the replacement comes.Once I had the bases and mattresses, I set up the bases and I opened the mattresses and one was at least an inch or two thinner than the other: noticeable to say the least. Then, my wife was vacuuming and found a screw under the base. I look under the base and in addition to the one bent screw that came out, there were three more bent and hanging screws. I am not happy to say the least. I called Ghostbed and left a message with their staff. I then emailed them details on why I wanted to return everything and included photos. A day later, I get an email from their director Dennis Manning with more interrogation questions. I call their director of customer experience Dennis Manning with the understanding that the base could have happened in shipping, but the quality if the mattresses and bases were poor to say the least. He tells me the 50% off I received does not count to refund the mattresses and they will not take the bases back. After he kept trying to talk over me, arguing with me on technicalities, sending me list emails, and telling me there was no one higher than him, I responded “Unless you are the owner, you have a boss”. He then told me he would have his “SVP” Alan Hirschhorn call me, they would send a “tech” to look at the screws on the base and he would arrange a charity to pick up the mattresses.The next day I get a call from their SVP of sales Alan Hirschhorn. He agreed that I would receive a full refund for the poor craftsmanship and we left it at that. A few days later the “tech” came to look at the bases. He took photos of the bent screws, the uneven mattresses and the damaged shipping box and went to a hardware store to replace the stripped and bent screws. When he left, he said there would be a report made in a day or two. I never heard back.3 weeks later and just after my surgery, not only do I get a partial refund, but my wife finds yet another bent screw on the floor under the bases. So, either Alan lied to me or the staff did not come through. I sent another email. No response. Three weeks later with as many emails: I was officially ghosted by Ghostbed. They will not respond or even honor the warranties they promise, the bases from Ghostbed are only fit for the garbage. I cannot risk our safety with such a serious spine surgery.Businesses should not run like this. What a terrible practice to not own up to mistakes or errors not caused by the customer. Shame on Ghostbed and Nature’s Best for this and even employing people like this. Truly #NaturesWorst business and people. Don’t get #ghostedbyghostbed. They are clearly only out there to scam people.

I ordered a bed and box springs 2 weeks ago. I recieved the bed within 3 days but havent recieved the box spring. I have called everyday this week with no response or call back. Now their phone line goes directly to a voicemail. Terrible customer service.

This company is a FRAUD when it comes to refunding your money during the Trial Period. We bought and adjustable base with two Twin XL beds from them. The beds are way too firm for our liking so we wanted a refund on them since you cannot get a refund on the adjustable base. Ghostbed is trying to only give us 1/3 of our total purchase back claiming the adjustable base is more than two Twin XL beds. Stay away from Ghostbed!!
