I had no problems dropping off some items from this Fedex store! The store in question is very big, spacious and easy to move around in and very clean to boot! Service was to the point very polite and helpful with everything I was needed. The pricing for the service I needed, sending some packages, was very reasonable on all ends despite the weight of both items. I do not have any complaints really, everything went well on all fronts for me here!

This is my first time here and the staff is friendly, my package was shipped and I also found a few things that I needed it. You’re gonna find everything you need for your packing and shipping, envelopes or boxes, full service printing where you can print a big canvas, signs or banners. There is a self service station with copy machines and workstations, the staff also can do everything for you.
Can I give negative stars!!Horrible customer service at the Planation FedEx Office!! I asked for help on scanning a few documents. I followed the directions on the screen and the it stated error with copier. I tried another copier but it said I needed to end my first session. I asked one of the sales associates for help, she literally said follow the instructions on the screen. Her response was very confusing to me because obviously something wasn’t going right (more than likely user error) hence I was asking for help. I know it would have been very exhausting to walk 7 feet to show me how to use the machine or what I was doing wrong. Will never go back. Waste of time going to a business when customer service is so pathetic.
I have visited this location twice, and both times my experience as a customer was absolutely deplorable. One of my visits was near closing (7:54pm to be exact), and the doors were locked and the “Closed” sign was up. The store manager (Alexandria) said to me, after trying to convince me that they were closed 7:54pm, that she was not doing any prints for me because she had to leave at a certain time (personal issue). She refused to offer me any services, despite the fact that I was at the store before closing time. As a result, I missed my deadline for a job I was contacted to do, and lost money. My objective were not accomplished at the hands of someone else unwillingness to do their job. I did the right thing by showing up “During hours of operation”, and was treated like I was the most inconsiderate and unfair person in the world. It is simply unfair and unbecoming of someone in customer service, to make the consumer feel like they’re being an unreasonable and inconsiderate jerk. This location has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any location.
I just had a very bad experience with a young lady with an extremely rude attitude. I did not get a chance to get her name but she is African-American with braids and glasses. She was working the morning shift on May 11, 2021 Along with Darrell Saffayyal. She is extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable. She def has personal problems that she brings to the job or she is just an outright rude and nasty person! I suggest you go elsewhere for your printing and shipping needs. On top of being rude and unprofessional they lack knowledge for basic business services.
The center was very clean and organized, the number of people attending the customers was very balanced, service was quick and the staff was very communicative. i was in and out in under 2 minutes with no issue at all. they have self service stations with printers and an abundance of supplies all neatly organized in their places.
Package has been delayed 5 times
I arrived just as they were about to close at 9pm. They were kind enough to process my AT&T modem returns. I had no idea that FedEx has a partnership with AT&T. They didnt even need the boxes to process the returns. They were able to effectively find my accounts and I was in and out.
Clean store with great friendly service
No customer service. I spend $10,000 a year on Fedex shipping alone, not to mention the print jobs, packing materials and other services. I arrived to check up on my print job and was ORDERED TO GET IN LINE WITH THE PEOPLE WAITING TO SHIP SOMETHING!! There were at least 15 people waiting in a big line with packages. What an insult to me.

Inadvertently, I dropped my wallet in the store. When I went back the next day, they had it secured in their store safe. Its refreshing to know there are honest people working at this store who truly care for their customers. Thank You Again! You saved me a lot of hassle.
I went to this location to fax several pages last week and paid and had very nice service.Akeem helped me to fax because I am disabled and can not stand for very long.He tried faxing several times for me until it finally went through.A week later I went back and Akeem was there again and I told him the facility said they did not get the fax for some reason and told him that they wanted me to send proof of the fax from last week and because it was time sensitive so he sent a new fax. Akeem was very nice and helped me resend the fax to the corporate fax number for me with the proof that I sent it last week and he took care of it all for me and assisted me because of my disability.He is a great person and I will always use this Fed Ex store again and again Also they have many items in this store at great prices and clearance items. Great store.Great service.
Have frequented FedEx Kinkos for years I like this location because it has great hours. I met Tim over a year ago when I needed a booklet printed. We had a great experience last year and Tim, as Manager has a great disposition and does things right. I could not give them 5 star review there were too many unpredictable circumstances which resulted in Tim having to take a loss on my job. The consequences were a trade off for what should have been a different experience and outcome for both of us. I think if we reviewed both sides this week it is a realistic review! I will continue to do business here since I know that with some modifications this will not be an issue moving forward. I will give 5 stars to the Manager since he is a professional and he leans on the right side of ethics and morals. His exemplary courtesy and his professionalism has kept me a very satisfied customer. Thank you, Tim, we will have a different experience next year. I think a lot can happen in one year!

I go to this fedex a couple days a week. Usually everyone is super nice. Akeem is a pleasure, Theresa is always nice. I met Steve the manager who seemed very professional. I continue going there because of these reasons. Well, that changed today. Today I met Darrel. I was asking another employee about a package that never made to Bronx, NY. Before the young lady had a chance to answer, Darrel chimes in and says we dont guarantee anything. I ship multiple packages weekly. I understand these things happen which is what I told him. I was looking for protocol and guidance on what I should do next. Darell interrupts me again and says we dont guarantee anything. Not a proper response. I then speek with Steve the manager. I think that was his name but he was a manger. as Im speaking with the manger, Darrel interrupts again. We have no guarantees. Again, I understand but can we see where the package is, the eta, anything.Talk about adding stress to an already stressful situation. The manger told me who to call and how to go about getting answers. Thank you to him. Darrell has no business dealing with the public. how is it that the entire store is a pure pleasure except that guy darrel. I will be back to drop off packages. Hopefully I wont have to deal with him again. This is the store in Plantation, fl on university.
Could have gotten better service from both curly hair ladies in the front. I’ve been to this location plenty of times because of convenience.

If you have an hour to ship something, go to this FedEx location. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Ended up leaving since they dont even bother to acknowledge people waiting for 30+ minutes. 3 employees that I saw and only 2 people already being helped when I walked in and still waited 30+ minutes.
I wish 0 stars was an option! They made me wait an hour, because they are incredibly slow and do not care! There wasn’t even anyone in the store! Tonight, I believe his name was Thomas, REFUSED to print 20 copies of an invitation I designed. He told me the illustration I drew wasn’t a registered copyright so he could not print it! Are you crazy? Who copyrights every illustration they draw? Not only that, but he saved my artwork onto the corporate computer. How do I know he isn’t going to use my design without my permission? This is unprofessional. I’m never going back to this location again. This used to be where I printed everything for my clients. Never ever again.

Please coach your employee Bria. I had to repeat myself multiple times throughout interaction with basic information she needed for my shipment. Took more than 20 minutes just to create my shipment (check your video footage on transaction processed on 6/21/2018 at 10:44am) if you need.I even made it easier for her by removing half of what I was shipping to reduce amount of items and still took her a significant amount of time to process my request.This is the worst experience I’ve had at FedEx.When a customer says, “do what you need to do regardless of the price because I am in a rush”, you don’t take your sweet time”. It only takes one very bad transaction for your customers to never trust you again. That’s the power of customer experience.

I needed to print business cards for my web blog. Excited, I first went to the competition not far from this location. Needless to say I got nowhere so I left very frustrated. I walked into Fedex not knowing what to expect or worse to have the same negative experience . Much to my surprise and relief I was greeted by Tim. After asking what I needed done, Tim helped me with the entire process : zip extraction / forwarding the images and printing my cards! Employees there dont like where they work. All look bitter and cant multitask. I asked a simple question do you have a blue pen? And the lady had me wait to take a call. Then to tell me no we dont seriously?? The manager was right next to her. Heard me asking didnt even respond.
The staff is very rude, I asked for some copies and I was told to do it myself at the self-service station. I didnt know how to use the copy machines, then I asked for help and the employee barely helped me. Dont go to this office if you want save yourself a bad time.
My printer was not working and needed to print documents late at night. That this location is open 24 / 7 was awesome, since I was able to find a solution to my problem. On time of this, I also had issues saving from my computer to my thumb drive, so I called up Fedex Office, they gave me an e-mail address to send too... 2 minutes later I received an acknowledgment with a code so I can retrieve when I arrive. How convenient! This helped me out big time!
For those of you that are environmentally friendly, I suggest rethinking any future visits to Fedex Office in Plantation off University near 595. Aside from the poor customer service, the staff member dumped the recycling bins into the trash. When I asked if they actually recycle, I was told no aside from boxes. This is deceptive behavior, and I dont like it. They shouldnt have recycling bins if they are not going to actually recycle.Aside from the recycling issue, the counter representative, was reluctant to help me. I asked for help regarding the laminating machine. As the employee walked to help, she made a snide comment to another employee that the instructions were on the machine. I am not the copy or laminating expert. How would I know where the machine is or how to use it? This individual was either having a bad day and taking it out on me or is just not meant for customer service.
Arrived at the store at 5:55 after Calliing to make sure they would be open. I see an employee run to the back and turn off the lights after locking the front door! Not so professional. If the store closes at 6pm and a customer arrives before 6pm, shouldnt you still be open? Just lost a customer. Ill stick to UPS.
Kate and Michael served me quickly and graciously. They also helped me with some technical questions. The entire staff worked together as a team and showed they take pride in their work.

Service was pretty poor on the day of 2.10.2018/Saturday. For starters I walked into store at about 9am and store associate Noah walked by me about 3 times with no acknowledgement. The store was not busy and there was a free associate near by. I waited for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged by store associate Mario after she finished with another customer. Service from her was less than enthusiastic and during my transaction store associates Mario and Noah engaged in a personal conversation right in front of me?? So he has energy to engage in a personal conversation but not greet a customer? Mario was all smiles for theyre personal conversation but none for a customer? They seemed fairly young so maybe this is a teaching moment but FedEx is considered the boutique of shipping with prices relatively high...so service should be much better at this location.

Walked in, only 1 person was ahead of me which was great. After the customer in front of me finished I walked over to the counter and said “Hi how are you?”. No reply. “I wanted to drop off my package and get a receipt” No Hello or smile, just attitude across her face. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but your Employee Cierra was extremely rude. Even after after she printed my receipt, she didn’t say “Here you go or all set” NOTHING. I said Thank you and still she said nothing just turned around and started walking away.
The employees are super nice but the line is always long. There is usually only 2 people dealing with the long lines and the wait time can be over 15 mins. As a pregnant customer, waiting in a line for that long while my feet are getting swollen is unacceptable. I had to leave after 20 mins in line because I still had 3 people in front of me (3 behind me) waiting and my feet were starting to hurt. I cant imagine the stress and pressure the employees feel when dealing with long lines. How do they even go to lunch if the line is never ending? Corporate needs to look into this situation because 1) the employees need to be treated right and accordingly per labor laws and 2) customers have other things to do so the wait time should be reasonable. Hire more employees FedEx. This location needs it.
I used them I called them I bothered them but customer service ensured me that everything would be fine.All agents were competent in computer & other areas necessary to get the job done for the client..I refuse to go elsewhere even though I feel like the computer use adds up quickly.Well worth the relief to my brain for my project deadlines
This is the absolute worst fedex location. Honestly, it’s like walking into Pop Copy from Chappelle’s Show. The employees have every reason in the world NOT to ship your package or they go to extreme lengths to make you so uncomfortable about shipping a package that you literally go to USPS with the shakes. Honestly, the rates are so ridiculous and the rules for insurance are insane. Go anywhere else! If you’re a business considering making an account: DON’T!

WOW!There is something exceptional about how this store is run. I know this is a team based store but I must single out one manager with this review.Chris from the store was a borderline miracle worker this past weekend. My fiancé and I stepped into the location completely lost with a ton of cardstock paper a template and short amount of time till our wedding. (Were Spanish its expected! ) We talked to a rep in the store that passed us to Chris to help us with our wedding invitations.We had very specific dimensions that needed to be met and a ton of laborious work with a strict deadline. Chris spent almost 45 minutes with us breaking down the details of every aspect of the invitation and told us that he would personally see to the start and completion of this project! Just because no one else would get it!That was a Saturday and he advised us that he wouldnt be in Sunday so he gave us a possible Monday expected finish date. He closed Monday so he was informing us possible late Monday. Which wasnt an issue to us. It was rather shocking because other companies take minimum 1 week.Monday comes and my fiancé needed to run to FedEx, and could see from a distance Chris working on our invitations. He came in at 3PM and this was now around 6PM. He then called us around 10PM to inform us that the job was close to done and we could come pick them up.We got there around 10:30 and he was just finishing up. I couldnt believe how great they came out!!! It was just so amazing to know Chris took his time though I KNOW it had to be divided to personally complete this project. It goes above and beyond customer service and I pray this review makes it to corporate to know you have a gem in that store who if is leading by example could make the company even better than it already is!Thank you Chris and thank you FedEx our wedding will happen because of you both!
Its official FedEx has worse customer service than Comcast or the DMV.Bottom line: I placed an ordered through FedEx and it didnt arrive. Two months later and I still dont have a refund and may have to wait another FIVE weeks for it!Long version:In May I found what I thought was a quick and economic place to get cute adress lables.I ordered them on May 31st.I was out of town and didnt know they hadnt arrived (I have roommates who will always take in packages for me when Im away). When I got back later in June and realised that I hadnt recieved my package I checked online and confirmed that FedEx had marked the package shipped June 1st and delivered June 6th.June 24th I called customer service to report that the package never arrived and to have the order resent or for a refund. They told me it would take 7 to 10 days for an investigation to take place as to what happened to my package. I reminded them its been two weeks since the package was lost. Maybe my expectations for quality customer service have been skewed by every other online retailer Ive had contact with over the years but Ive never had to wait for a company to complete an investigation to get a refund on a lost or damaged item. I protested but they insisted that waiting for the investigation was the only way I could get my refund. This phone call took just short of half an hour.Fast forward to July 8th. I had not heard from fedex or recieved a refund. In the meanwhile I bought and printed my own adress lables for the invitations I needed to send out by July 1st. I called again, in all fairness it was a Saturday. I finally spoke with a representative/advocate after getting bounced around that actually seemed capable and confidant of being able to help me. She unfortunately was not able to give me confirmation that my refund would be processed because another department had closed. She instructed me to call back on Monday. This call took over 30 minutesAnd so I did... the following monday I called to speak to another series of unhelpful representatives ending with a woman who told me a check had indeed been cut to refund my money, and that it should arrive by the following Monday as it can take five or so business days. Another 15 minutes wasted on the phone...Today is the next Tuesday and I have no refund, no check. So again I call. To wait on hold while I get transferred again. The representative I get this time seems competent but informs me it could take six weeks to get the check. Again 15 minutes on the phone...SIX weeks.... this is FedEx... and it will take six weeks for my refund to get mailed to me.... SIX WEEKS after they lost my package that they themselves printed and packaged TWO MONTHS AGO...I will be contacting Amazon and opting out of fedex as a carrier from this point forward. And not using FedEx in any other avoidable circumstances in the future.My advice to any who read this is just to back charge your card instead of dealing with this shenanigans. It would take far less time than this foot dragging malarkey FedEx apparently inflicts on their customers when their drivers are at fault.
I got there to fax only two papers. when I got there there was only one person waiting at the desk to be helped. I went to the self-service fax machine as to not bother anyone but I could not get it to work I asked the young lady for help there and she was so rude and she told me to get in the back of the line even though I was there first by this point there was already 5 people that had entered I was so upset I left in tears this was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced

Kind staff, plenty of printing equipment to use. Very hard to reach location, dont both going during rush hours; too much traffic due to the surrounding restaurants, mall and other businesses. International shipping rates I was quoted for documents was far too expensive.
