Helpful staff

This place is terrible since dave and toni sold out. Sold me an empty oxygen tank and would not refund the money. Employees are very rude. Used to be my favorite place to go but nobody there seems to have made it past the 5th grade. Wouldve been 0 stars but 1 is the lowest.

Stopped in with an issue on our school bus. We were on a field trip coming from over 2 hours away. The people at napa were fast and friendly. They even used their own tools and an employee came out and put the part on the bus in the parking lot. One of the best experiences at a parts store ever. Thanks napa!!!

I get lots of common farm parts here definitely cheaper than the dealer. Get your belts there. David, Tony Ben are the best

Great selection of products, but terrible employees. They either have no idea what youre talking about, or treat you like a complete idiot and laugh in your face. Completely disrespectful. Go elsewhere for car parts. Advanced Auto and OReillys are amazing companies and have respectful, knowledgeable employees.

I manage Spring-Green Lawn Care in Platteville. Our equipment needs constant maintenance. Toni and Dave almost always have what we are looking for. If not, its there the next day. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff!

You wont find a better inventory or more helpful people than Napa Platteville. And they warranty what they sell. Do it right the first time and go to Napa in Platteville. I have never been disappointed.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff will get you the parts you need. Take in your old parts if possible, computers may say one model, compare side by side when possible.
