Things went great up until the point where I needed to do the financing, and then I had to wait three hours because there was no one in the dealership who could complete the paperwork. There were three people who could do it. One was on vacation, one had a court date, and the manager went home.

I was having issues with my 2018 Silverado starting. The service department got me in the same day as I called and diagnosed a bad starter. They had one in stock and replaced it, rotated tires and performed an oil change, so I didnt have to return in a few days for my already scheduled service appointment. Very satisfied customer, thank you for your speedy service.

Scott Kramer is very good at what he does! On my last oil change I talked to him about my tires! Bought GMA Arcadia on Oct 2019. 22000 miles on it! The tires were very warn! He looked at them and did some research! They were faulty and it was still under warranty! He is very knowledgeable! Very good asset to your Runde Family!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Kent was amazing to work with. He was extremely patient with me and did everything he could to help me find my dream car without making me feel pressured to make a decision. The service team is EXCELLENT. Within 12 hours of having my new car I got a flat tire. Scott was amazing at finding a time that worked best for my schedule, patched the tire so I was able to drive it, ordered me a new tire, and replaced it for free. They also installed new floor mats and fixed my license plate while I was there. I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service. This was my first experience of buying a car on my own, and am extremely happy that I chose Runde Auto Group.

We felt the dealer representative was in a take it or leave it atmosphere and didnt really care if we purchased from you or not. To be honest I sold my used Buick to a dealership in Sauk City. It is fortunate that we had already said we would purchase your vehicle as they had the exact same one sitting on their lot. I sold my car for $2000.00 more than your offer sight unseen. We purchased a new car from McGrath Chevy in Dubuque earlier this year and the salesman took his time explaining the options and how to set them in her car. Your agent showed us how to open the hatch with our foot. To say the least a bad experience.

I bought a brand new GMC 2500 HD AT4, and did every bit of it virtually! Carter was great about communicating with me via email, text, phone to keep the process going smoothly. We were able to make all the custom additions to the truck at the dealership, so when I got it, It was perfect!Runde went above and beyond to work with me on deliver of my new truck as well. It so happened that I was in Rochester, MN from Kansas City as my finance was there for brain surgery. They gladly delivered the truck to my hotel, 3hrs away, to ensure I had it before she went into surgery and so i could pull her car back to KS.I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Runde and its excellent employees!

I took my truck in for repair on what I believed to be a bad wheel bearing. After a detailed inspection from one of the technicians it did turn out to be a bad wheel bearing, but it also damaged the brake rotor and axle shaft. I’m not dissatisfied with the service to my vehicle, however I am dissatisfied with the fact that I have an extended warranty on it but have to pay 1200 out of pocket. I understand it wasn’t Rundes decision but at the same time there’s no point in having the warranty of you have to pay that much out of pocket. I also requested a loaner vehicle to use while the repairs were being completed. I did receive a loaner, with an empty tank of gas. When I brought this up to the service manager, I was just told you never know who you loan the vehicles to. I would like to think an inspection would’ve been done after it was returned and before it was given to someone else. Overall my experience wasn’t good or bad. Again, I’m thankful for the service completed, but everything else I’m highly dissatisfied.

Try doing that at a quick change business.

Service department seemed overwhelmed and didn’t seem to care too much about the services that they were providing. But I think that’s what happens when they’re stuck fixing Equinox’s all day. Just disappointed that they couldn’t fix my exhaust problem but then had the nerve to charge me for labor to tell me that my exhaust was plugged, even though I knew that.

Took car in for battery issue. They were able squeeze me into their busy schedule and got my car taken care of quickly. Thank you!

Jason Zuck does a great job working with customers through email, phone, text - this is the 3rd truck I have purchased at Runde - Thumbs Up!!Chevrolet really needs to figure out how to offer the functional trailer mirrors that can be installed at the dealership - it is really silly the way they offer really poor(none) connectivity between the truck and the mirrors that are offered to the dealership to purchase and install for customers.

Contact was always courteous. Appointment was kept promptly. Car was returned to me clean and with problem resolved.

They arent very competitive and will let you walk away offered WAY less on my trade than its worth wouldnt even budge going up any!! I wouldnt recommend these people at all as they dont even let you talk price down on vechicle.

Got the truck in after the scheduled time and took a very long time on it. Looked into the shop and saw a group standing around talking. Job was done perfect, quality of work is great but on bill there was a misc parts charge for tightening up a control arm bolt and an alignment. What parts are needed? Some explanation would have been appreciated. Just took much longer than expected in the shop, about 4 hours. But at the end of the day, the truck is good, problems were fixed so I cant complain too much. Side note, had the truck in last year for an oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation didnt happen because they couldnt figure out that my lugs are a 19 mil deep well and you cant use an impact socket. So this time I left my personal socket in the cup holder in case they needed it. Only shop Ive been to where I felt the need to provide them with my own tools. Would still recommend the shop because their work quality is good.

He was extremely helpful giving me information before I drove out and my experience at the dealership was truly amazing. From the moment I got there all the staff were very friendly and personable and Matt was outstanding. He was well informed and helped answer questions I had about the car and then Bob in financing helped to get me the best deal. There was no pressure and I left with a car that I love and a fantastic experience. I have dealt with pushy salespeople in the past and feeling like it was all an act. None of that here. Genuine people looking to help you get you in the vehicle you want. I cant recommend them enough.

The staff was easy to work with, too.

Buying my new 2500 HD at Runde was truly the easiest, most hassle free care buying experience I have had. Great low pressure environment with an amazing selection of trucks. I live 3 hours away and Jason helped get me a great price on my new truck and offered a fair price on my trade in. When I arrived everything was ready and they didnt try to sell me tons of extra stuff that I didnt need. All car dealers should take a lesson from Runde. I had a warranty issue with my 2013 chevy Equinox. I called for information they had my car scheduled by the end of that week, gave me a beautiful loner to drive and had it repaired by Friday afternoon. All of the service people I dealt with have always been very accommodating and congenial.
