I loved everything about my visit with this store & especially my Assistant, Amy. She was helpful in ways I didnt even know I needed! She was genuine, kind, knowledgeable, honest which I completely appreciated in choosing a dress which would truly compliment my physique best! Amy is a consummate professional who still feels like your own personal wedding stylist extraordinaire. While I didnt catch the name of the other stylist who mainly assisted a separate wedding party, I was impressed at the way she & Amy were able to support each other, and their separate partys in having a most enjoyable & productive appointment. Amy helped me find my perfect Mother-of-the-Groom dress & feel just beautiful & comfortable inside it! The price was very reasonable. She also helped me see how to bring out its beauty even more with the best accessories, including a spectacular belt. Before this visit, I wouldve denied my ability to locate my perfect dress so easily, but I wouldve denied stronger that I would also feel at my age of 50, like a princess inside it! THANK YOU, AMY. I felt like a spent time with a long lost friend that day.

Having shopped multiple bridal shops in the Saratoga and Albany area and not having the best experience, Eternity Bridal and Boutique was a breath of fresh air! From the moment my daughter walked in the sincere customer service and attention that was given made shopping for a wedding dress a memorable experience. The selection of beautiful wedding dresses was outstanding and you have an abundant amount of room to try the dresses on unlike other bridal shops. Never felt pressured or rushed in any way. We returned and she said “Yes to the dress” Well worth the drive North. Make the trip. You won’t be disappointed.

Jackie even went to the airport the morning of the of wedding and got a suit coat and delivered it to the hotel! Larissa the Seamstriss was amazing as well! I loved this shop! Jackie helped me so much and I found my dress here! I looked for weeks to find one, I went all over Burlington and couldn’t find anything I even remotely liked! The most important day of planning for me was finding my wedding dress. Eternity made my experience absolutely wonderful! They listened to what I was looking for and were so patient while I tried on the same two dresses over and over trying to decide.We also went to Eternity for our bridesmaids dresses and tux’s where they again were so patient and helpful. I would recommend them to every bride, they are a one stop shop for everything! Their attention to detail and listening to what their customers want is above anywhere I’ve ever gone.

I can’t even explain how absolutely wonderful my first time experience was at eternity bridal boutique today. They were the kindest and most patient people I have ever met. They were so accommodating and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The boutique is beautiful inside and the dressing rooms are huge. I did not feel rushed, judged or uncomfortable in any way. I brought 7 people with me and they enjoyed themselves just as much as I did. They made saying YES to the dress so perfect for me. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

I cant say enough about how special this store is, Larrisa was incredibly helpful, always one text away, the dresses in the store are gorgeous... The owner Jackie made my wedding dress dreams come true, if you have an idea of what your looking for, she will round up different styles from all her stores and have them there at the time of you appointment. The vibe is great, Im a firm believer of keeping my business local, after being snubbed and almost looked down on at a previous shop in town I thought Id surely have to take a trip to a boutique out of town... Incredible. Every detail was perfect. Jackie and her team go above and beyond to make sure every person, bridal or prom, gets the dress of their dreams!

My son was in a wedding recently. He was unable to try on the tux prior to the wedding. When he did try it on, the slim fit pants were way too tight and the shirt was way too large but also smelled badly of body odor (not his). When I had a friend return the tux (they were open only 12-6 and I was working in Peru until 6), I sent a letter stating these things but never even got a response or call. I think this is bad business and would have appreciated at least a call acknowledging my complaints. I do not complain often but felt this was something a new business in Plattsburgh needed to be made aware of.

Worst experience ever. Reserved a dress for a certain day & time and when we got there after driving two hours it WASNT there!!!!!!!!!! We were told they could get it there around 4. Seriously. Lets just wait around for 4 hours when we called 8 days in advance so they could have the dress brought from their Potsdam location. Also found out the reason the dress wasnt there when we got there was because they got a deposit on it (a deposit on a dress they were holding for my daughter)and then the girl tried it on and didnt end up liking it. So they tried to sell the dress out from under my daughter and didnt even bother to let her know. They also had very few dresses after we were told they had a lot of prom dresses. Dont waste your time going to this place.
