Excellent experience here. Erica was very helpful and friendly. Explained all testing and results in a professional yet easy to understand manner. She helped set me up with a trial so I could test drive the hearing aids to see if they are helpful before committing to such an expensive purchase. She was available to help a couple days later with fitting as well. The office is clean and inviting. There is generally parking right in front of the store with no stairs for anyone who may have mobility issues. Reception was quick and friendly. Overall a great experience for testing I was not looking forward to. Highly recommend Plattsburgh Hearing.

Today I finally gave in and had my hearing checked. I had put this off for ten years. Well I am excited to say I can hear better now. I should have listened to my family years ago and got tested. I really cant say enough about how impressed I am with the young lady Erica Lefebvre . She was not only extremely professional, she was very informative answering all my questions including insurance questions. It was obvious she was a very bright lady and She had a personality that made my visit a pleasant experience. My hearing aids were adjusted perfectly and I didnt even buy them from Plattsburgh Hearing. Being a veteran I was able to get them from the VA but still Jeremy adjusted them for me. Excellent business!

My consultations with Jeremy have always been positive. I have found him to be very knowledgeable about hearing aids - but, more important to me, he puts my needs first. I left an audiologist who charged for everything including charging a $500 fee just to try new hearing aids. Jeremy includes all these services for free. He will even come in on a Saturday if requested. He is the real deal.
