Called their phone number. Was on hold for about 5 mins. A person answered, said it was not the right department. She transferred me. After 3 or 4 rings they hung-up on me. They need better phone service. Never tried to contact them again. Found another company that wanted my business.

I took my van in to get the front glass replaced, and after I got my car back I noticed there were scratches all over the hood of my van, I brought it to there attention and they said that it wasn’t them and they lied to me and they were rude about it!!! I’m highly disappointed in this shop here!! I’m going to be getting ahold of the corporate to get my hood fixed because they scratched it!!!! I do not recommend this store!!! And I will be making sure to tell others of my experience so they won’t visit this store!!!!!

There is no safelite here. It does not exist. Signs are blacked out.

Shae came to my work and fixed a rock chip for me and did amazing!! I came out and could hardly tell where the rock chip was! Highly recommend using safelite!

Had to call because the online quote generator would not tell me how much it would cost to calibrate my eyesight system after replacing the windshield in my Subaru. Waited on hold for at least 20 minutes before I got an agent and eventually was able to figure out that Safelite could not calibrate the system. Not sure if thats my local place or Safelite in general. They should make it more obvious what systems that they can calibrate.

Great service! they repaired a rock chip in my windshield & you can not even tell there was a chip at all. I highly recommend their shop.
