CosmoProf is for LICENSED PROFESSIONALS only. This is the policy at all locations, not sure why fuel rider went into Cosmoprof knowing he isn’t licensed. There is also a sign on the front that states licensed professionals only.

Rachel at the Pleasant Grove location was very rude, short and not helpful. Will not do business at this location.

This is my favorite CosmoProf location in Utah County. I love the layout and they always have what I’m looking for. I would rate them a 5 on that alone, but a 1 in customer service. I went in today and there were no sales associates around. When they finally did appear, they didn’t acknowledge any of the patrons whatsoever. I wasn’t greeted or offered any sort of assistance. When I checked out, the associate didn’t say anything to me except told me my total. I used to come in quite frequently a few years back, and Lauren was always friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I’m not saying I need someone to be talking to me the whole time, but it would be nice to be greeted or offered assistance.

They literally are closed like every other day. I always am off guard when I pull up and they are closed, which makes it’s really frustrating when I need things for clients.

I love this store, the employees are very helpful. I am a licensed hairstylist, the girl named Paige helped my find all the products I needed around the store. Would recommend!!!

Love this store!!! Also FUELRIDER got mad because THEY don’t sell to people who are not licensed professionals. As in Cosmetology,barber, nail tech etc. IF YOU WANT TO SHOP, send in the licensed professional, to get what you need! We are WHOLESALE FOR THE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS!

I have gone just a handful of times to this location and have been disappointed every time. Very bad customer service not knowledgeable about products in store and aware of sale items.The first time I went in I purchased a shampoo and conditioner. Total came out to around 50+ decided it was to much so I took it back. Come to find out they had a huge sale on the item that I purchased for half the price. I asked the sales rep if she was aware of the sale and she said she was (but forgot to mention it when I was there) ended up exchanging for the sale price.The other time I went I was wanting to exchange 2 items. When I got the register, the 2 workers were talking to each other said hi to me and then continued there conversation. I told the cosmoprof rep that I didn’t have my receipt and she told me that she would be able to make the exchange but only store credit. I have been to multiple cosmoprof’s and they have been able to pull up my receipt with my card login. I don’t know if she just didn’t want to help me or I was interrupting her and her co-works convo. I don’t know. But I do know that she was not being helpful. At all. More like I was bothering her.So, I got on my phone and looked up the receipt and gave it to her. Not very friendly or helpful. If you are in the area, just head to the cosmoprof in Orem. They are a lot more friendly and Knowledgeable about products and sales that are going on.

I love this store! Its one of the few places to buy professional products that the staff isnt bratty and ignorant. They are always very helpful and sweet!

Always helpful and if there is a better deal on something that Im buying they always let me know.

I went in and tried to purchase shellac colors and I wasnt aware that you had to be licensed to shop there. The lady at the cash register was really rude and made me feel really stupid. She asked me if I had my cosmo card on me and I replied no and then she asked if I had my hair license on me and I replied no and she said then you cant shop here in the rudest voice, she could of said it a lot nicer. I will tell all of my friends who are hair stylists not to shop there ever again.
