THANK YOU!!!My daughter has a peanut allergy and you probably saved her life!Shes a high school student that was eating at the local Panda Express, whatever she ate was contaminated with nuts. Of course, she did not have her epipen on her and her friends brought her your pharmacy and you provided! Seconds and minutes matter. Thank you for simply acting!A very happy and grateful dad
Took my daughter here for here Covid-19 vaccination. Had a 9am appointment, no one else was there and it took 45 minutes. I got mine at Smiths and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The second shot was even worse. Waited 45 minutes then told them we had another appointment and could we come back. The girl got frustrated and said I’ll just do it. Took another 10 minutes and my daughter said she was very rough with her and didn’t say a word. I told her thank you as we were leaving and she didn’t respond. Pharmacy needs some attention.
I’ve been a Walgreens customer for 15 years and I’m done. Collectively the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Matt the pharmacist is the most patronizing and dismissive a$$hat that I’ve ever dealt with. Switched to a new prescription and every month it’s out of stock. So I say well is it ever in stock? Matt says oh no you need to call three days in advance so we can order it every month…..(but the location a few miles away just magically had a one months supply) all of which would have been great to know 3 months ago when the change occurred. Nobody bothered to tell me I needed to call in, they just put me through the same BS every time I try to refill. PG Walgreens is the hot garbage pile of the pharmacy world. There I’m done.
Went to refill a prescription, and I had a new insurance plan, but no physical insurance card yet, just digital. When I asked if I could just give my member ID and insurance provider to get my prescription, the man working gave me a flat out no (this has never been a problem ANYWHERE else I’ve gone before) and turned me away. He said he “had an automated system that looked for insurance based on the customer info” and since it didn’t find anything that’s all he can do and he refuses to look it up manually. In what world can a pharmacy not look up my insurance if I have all the information to give them? Seems like an issue of not wanting to do more than the bare minimum to me.
I got there at 9:59 and they just looked at me as if it was closed…. Disgusted…. They should drive the pictures that I ordered to my house. I’ll never look at Walgreens the same after this horrendous act
Poor and unprofessional pharmacy cervice, long waits even for scheduled appointments. Use a different location
Have been going here for several years, yes they are often understaffed, but generally try to be up beat and kind. Went in w questions for the pharmacist on staff ( one I had not seen before) and he was rude, impatient, and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I had a question about a script I had, when he saw the script he said if you want that filled your in the wrong line, even the tech was quick to jump in and say I had a question....the discussion went downhill from there. Thinking of having all my scripts changed to different place
Worst customer service! Do Not expect to get anyone on the phone.
I recently went in to get my first dose for the phizer vaccine. The younger girls at the front desk were super nice and welcoming to me, but I noticed a man in the back glaring at me. I thought this was strange but ignored it. I then found out he would be the one giving me the shot. He was very short with me and seemed unhappy. When he gave me the shot, he did it very forcefully and it hurt. It also started streaming blood, which has never happened to me before. He never told me to to wait 15 minutes even though thats protocol. And he also didnt tell me to have a good day. I unfortunately never got his name but he was working April 13th around noon. I went to a different Walgreens for my second dose and had such a better experience. I was wearing a rainbow mask, and I am assuming he made an assumption about me and treated me bad because of it. Watch out for this man when you go! Go to the Orem location instead!
My son and I went through the pharmacy drive thru and it was the most ineffective thing ever.
Karrie was awesome at the photo lab! I love the Walgreens at Pleasant Grove. Everyone is super helpful and kind.
Way too short staffed. I waited at the register for 5 minutes before anyone even noticed me.
I rarely write reviews but had to say that I LOVE the pharmacist here!!! Here is SO KIND, doesnt ever make you feel dumb when asking questions, and is all around just pleasant to be around and talk to. Hes awesome!
So not once, not twice, but multiple times they have contacted me about refilling a prescription (a good thing) and then when I go to pick it up, they dont have it and dont know when they can get it. I ask, cant a human call me and let me know that you dont have this before I drive to the store only to be told that you dont have it and wont for months? This can give me time to find an alternative pharmacy or call my doctor. I know this happens to others also. If you are going to be in the business where peoples health is at stake, please do a better job.
I wish I could remember his name, but to the guy who helped me find my package this evening, thank you! I left the store feeling super happy because you were so kind and upbeat. Give this man a raise!
Love our Pleasant grove pharmacy. Theyre are like family. They know us by names, our entire family. I always ✔ good rx app and 80% of the time, theyre the cheapest. Thanks for seeing our familys medication needs.
2/18/2020 visit update: Dealt with Assistant Store Manager named Edgar - worse manager to be dealing with! He didn’t make anything easy for the customer when it comes with a digital coupon, and seemed like he couldn’t do his job that comes along with his title. Attempted to get the Store manager but came back and said the Store Manager was “on his lunch and won’t budge”, so Edgar had no choice but to solve the issue himself - wow, Edgar didn’t perform as an Assistant Store manager and should not be in that position in my opinion. Edgar also gave off the feeling that he does not enjoy his job very much. Needless to say that I will not be enthusiastic in coming back to this location. Such a sad experience, as it’s close to home. Had a great experience here in 2017, but I guess that was short lived.
Love the staff here. Very helpful with questions. All the girls are really attractive! Manuka honey masks are to die for. I use it 2x a day and it cleared up my skin. Great purchase!
This is not a 24 hour Walgreens. Walgreens corporate model is to run their businesses on minimal staffing. It doesnt matter which store you go into, they are always short staffed by at least one person (whether in the store or in the pharmacy). With that being said, this store has a great staff, albeit overworked. Sure, any place has different personalities, but when you get to know them, they are great people.
I love Walgreens!!!The only problem is the price if the medication. If you don’t have insurance you will have to pay a lot more for your antibiotics. And others.Same time I just stop and get same presents for my kids.
Our family choice of pharmacies. The service is good, the prescriptions are usually fast, (15-20 minutes), prices are competitive, and while you wait, there is stuff to look at. :-) There are many pharmacies within easy reach of our home - even those closer to us - but we enjoy shopping where on Christmas Eve, we can go-at-it till 11:00 pm, if we need to...and we have!
This pharmacy has very poor customer service. I called them to get help with getting a prescription for an antibiotic. They said they would do it and to give them 30 minutes to have it ready. I called 45 minutes later to give them time to get it all done. They said that they hadnt done anything with it because they were too busy, on a Tuesday morning, and they wouldnt get to it for another hour. I let them know that I only have one day off a week, Tuesdays, and that I needed it as soon as possible so I could get rid of an infection so I wouldnt have to miss any days of work. She just said it will be at least an hour. Right after I got off the phone with them I called Cedar Hills Walmart Pharmacy. They said they would be happy to do and have it ready in 30 minutes, and they did. I dont appreciate the way the tech at Walgreens spoke to me on the phone. I live about two minutes away from this Walgreens pharmacy and will never use them again. I will also not be recommending them to anyone I know or come in contact with.
Theyre always helping me find a great deal at this location! Most of the time my Rx is ready 15-20 minutes. The pharmacist is always super helpful when I need to speak to them. Ive been going to this location for over a year now and have had no issues.
I had a horrible experience with the Walgreens Balance Financial prepaid card and the manager Ryan was so helpful. He was very understanding and went out of his way to help me out and do the best that he could to rectify the situation. Im still going to say this: the Balance Financial card is an unbelievable joke. Dont waste your time. But if you ever have a problem and you are at the Walgreens in PG, ask for Ryan! He was awesome.
The staff in store and pharmacy is very professional and customer oriented. I have never been dissatisfied in the several years I have done business here.
Ive been coming here for nearly four years. Today the new pharmacist manager refused to take my prescriptions because we dont hold them for customers anymore. They cant be filled for two weeks. Ive been submitting them when I get them from my doctor every 2-3 months for four years, every single time one or two isnt ready to fill, and they have never had a problem. I lose them if I keep them. The man has two jobs: counting pills and filing prescriptions. Today because hes lazy and doesnt want to do half his job he lost a customer.
Pharmacy staff is rude and offensive. Blonde hair girl with tattoo on her arm.
What makes this place a wonderful place is the staff. Cashier whose was working at 1:30 pm on 7th April 2017 (Didnt get his name) and Shift lead Xynthiia (Hope I spelled her name right). Very helpful staff and they go above and beyond to help the customer.
The pharmacy staff is always very helpful. They always try to help me find a cheaper option for my prescriptions when my insurance won’t cover them.
Solid service. They do what they say and have given good advice within the scope they are allowed to.I get a laugh at the people who rate them low...they kinds sound like whiners.
Love this place! Staff is super helpful and nice.
They are always so kind and helpful there great!
Im a doctor and I called this Walgreen pharmacy and and opted for the option of speaking to the pharmacist. After holding for 12 mins with a voice answering system saying the pharmacist would be right with you, I decided while waiting to check online if it was a 24 hr Walgreens, it wasnt. Why put anyone on hold when your closed is only one of the many reasons why I always dread calling in scripts to a Walgreens Pharmacy. Dr. Donald Almeida
These guys are always great and fast, Couldnt ask for a easier way to get my meds.
Every time I buy a extra strong charger for my phone it breaks within an hour they cost about 14$ btw
Convenient location quick in and out
Disappointing hours. Otherwise good.
Pharmacist was not helpful at all! He has an attitude.
I love this Walgreen
Ci Ci is extremely helpful
